About this apartment rental
Better than a hotel, better than a time share. Upgrade your vacation and stay in a large, well appointed upscale town home located in beautiful Sedona, Arizona. We mention in our headline that our unit is clean because if you've ever rented out a home before, you've more than likely experienced the nightmare of checking into a house that does NOT look anything like the photos you saw online and was filthy dirty. We make sure all of our pillows, beddings, towels, etc. are always fresh and up to date. Add to that the fact that we have the best cleaners in Sedona and you're guaranteed a fresh, clean destination with NO bad surprises. As a matter of fact, many of our former guests have even commented that the townhome looks better in person than it does in the pictures.
We own this townhome as well as the townhome right next door, so we have two units connected to each other! This means that if you have a large group of family you can rent both units and have the perfect spot to hold a large family get together. The two units can accommodate up to 8 people. Gather out back for BBQ's or just sit around the table and chairs talking and enjoying the stars.
As far as the location of the townhome, we are located IN SEDONA, with gorgeous red rocks right outside the front door! You can practically see Bell Rock from the front porch, truly an amazing sight. However, if you read our reviews, you may notice that some of our past guests make mention that we are "near Sedona" or "just outside of Sedona". To be clear, the townhome is 100% located in Sedona. The city of Sedona is made up of four distinct areas: The Village of Oak Creek, Uptown Sedona, West Sedona and Oak Creek Canyon. Our townhome is located in the Village of Oak Creek portion of Sedona which we believe is the nicest area due to the natural beauty and peacefulness. I believe that the reason people think we are "just outside of Sedona" is because we are about six miles away from Uptown Sedona, which is basically the "downtown" area with lots of restaurants and shops. This area is a nice place to make a quick visit to do some shopping, but not the best area to spend your entire trip. When my wife and I go to Sedona it's to have a nice break from our daily grind and to see the natural beauty of the area, which is why we love the Village of Oak Creek. And we believe that once you visit Sedona, you too will agree that the Village of Oak creek is by far the nicest part of Sedona!
Our newly renovated town home is located across the street from the Oak Creek Country Club and we have red rock views from every room! Also conveniently located across the street from a quaint bakery (that serves Starbucks coffee), 1/2 mile from the award winning Italian Restaurant Cucina Rustica, as well as having local grocery stores, other restaurants, etc.
Sleeps 4 very comfortably.
Recently renovated and nearly everything inside is brand new. Condo consists of the following:
Large living room which features:
*Brand New Sofa and Chaise Lounge
*Brand New Samsung Smart TV's With Cable in the Living Room and 2 Bedrooms
*Coffee Table
*Ceiling Fan
*Wireless Speaker (Just Sync Your Mobile Device and Play Your Own Music!)
*Free WiFi

This was the perfect place to stay for our visit to Sedona. The location was super easy to get to, quiet but close to a grocery, restaurants, gas station and especially the beautiful sites. Check in was extremely simple and the condo had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the back patio was a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. I would heartily recommend this condo!

We stayed here for a few nights, while visiting Sedona. The entire house is clean, comfortable and has everything one may need when traveling with the family. Designated parking is provided as well
The place is located very close to many hiking sites. We peeled on in a guest binder the owner(s) had and followed their recommendations on dining options and weren't disappointed.
What's neat is that the door has a digital lock and you don't need to retrieve a key.

The condo was very clean and comfortable! We enjoyed this property and its location!

The property was in a great location with easy access to food, gas, and other good stuff. However, unless we (all of us read the description) there was no mention of the bedrooms being on the second floor. Had we seen that, in advance, we would've had to select another option as one of the party had/has trouble with more than a couple of stairs. She was a trooper and made sure she only had to go down/up once a day. We would (and have already done so) recommend this facility with the caveat there are lots of stairs. One other item of note: the bathroom attached to the bedroom immediately at the head of the stairs desperately needs the toilet repaired as it sings - loud, whenever it is flushed.

Convenient location. Lots of shopping and food available. Hiking close by walkable and driveable. Good coffee and utensila.

We had such a great time last year, that the guys and I rented the same two condos in the Village of Oak Creek for another week of golf, hiking, beer, and food. It is all right here close by and these condos make an excellent base (you can see the reviews I posted from our April 2023 trip (reviewed dated May 6, 2023) for additional details). The condos were just as we remembered them, and were again very clean and functional. There were a couple of very minor issues (hey, stuff gets old, just like any dwelling) but Phil was extremely responsive to our call (in fact, the maintenance guy showed up within minutes of my text to Phil, while Phil and I were still exchanging texts! Again, minor stuff that had no impact on our stay or enjoyment of the condos). We had a great time. The location is really perfect as were are near two of the courses that we played, and very near to several great dining options (Pago’s pizzeria and Italian and Maria’s Mexican, which is great for breakfast, are right across the street, as is JesseLee’s, which has great craft beer and wine; all within walking distance). Most of the trails we hiked were 15 minutes of driving away, so again very convenient. I've rented many vacation properties over the past 20 years, and these condos have about the easiest check-in and check-out processes of all; super easy! Overall, these condos are ideal for our needs. We are already planning our return trip for spring 2025!

Great location just out of town with restaurants close but area quiet! Very well appointed with everything you could need when we wanted to cook at home. Tv in all bedrooms.

Perfect condo! Extraordinarily well equipped and only ten minutes from downtown Sedona. Easy access to all the sights without the crowds! We loved it!

Great location for a visit to the sedona area and a very nice property.

Wonderful place - so large and roomy. Great for the entire family or two couples. Nice outdoor patio, grill, etc. Location is perfect - away from the downtown crowds in Sedona but still so close to amenities and trails. We would definitely return. Only downside (and a minor one at that) is that the bed frames are creaky/loud and the linens on the bed we stayed in were a bit worn out/pilled. The towels were fresh and new, but the bed linens could use an upgrade. Otherwise, fantastic place.

Our family of three was very pleased with our stay at this clean, cozy, and convenient townhome in the lovely area of Oak Creek. We appreciated being away from the busy part of Sedona, but it was close enough when we wanted to venture in that direction. The location is walking distance to great restaurants, and you have lovely views of the red rocks as soon as you walk out the door. We stayed for 5 nights, and 4 full days. We enjoyed our hiking adventures including Fay Canyon, Bell Rock, Little Horse, Devils Bridge, Doe Mountain, Birthing Cave, and enjoyed a short sunset hike at Secret Slickrock Trail. We also explored Uptown Sedona, Montezuma’s Castle, and enjoyed a jeep excursion with Arizona Safari Jeep Tours. The area is breathtakingly beautiful, and we would definitely stay there again. Thank you so much to the hosts of Desert Flower for providing the perfect home base for our Sedona area adventures!

We enjoyed our stay in Bell Rock Vista Townhouse. Your place was great and very clean, and we really appreciate that you shared it with us. It was spacious and accommodating for the two of us (or 4). The location in the Village of Oak Creek was excellent and the amenities provided were perfect. We met your housekeeper, and he was very friendly and helpful. And we enjoyed the Italian restaurant you recommended... Cucina Rustica. It was our favorite place! We hope to visit again!

Location was super short drive to tons of gorgeous hiking trails and easy drive to city of Sedona, Grand Canyon, Flagstaff and Phoenix. Village location of townhouse was very walkable to great restaurants, shops, grocery stores.
Townhouse was very clean and nicely decorated. Beds were more comfortably than what we have at home. Perfect size for family of 4.
Hosts were very accommodating and answered the one question we had immediately!

Great place; plenty of space. Easy in and out on multiple levels. Traffic is a breeze, which we found is not always the case in uptown Sedona. Check in and out instruction were simple and minimal. Thank you! Great restaurants near by and close proximity to several popular hikes. Uptown and West Sedona only a few minutes drive.

The townhome is clean, it was perfect for our stay, with everything we needed in the kitchen & even a washer & dryer. The host is easy to work & communicate with - great experience!

Enjoyed our stay: excellent location on the south side of town (less traffic), near awesome restaurants, clean and awesome grill out back, kitchen well stocked, ample parking, near hiking trails. Truly felt like a home away from home.

Great location, convenient for my needs! The place was really good for us…I loved the downstairs kitchen area (and patio, though it was too cool to be out much). Bedrooms were great…although my friends in the bedroom next to me had a “slip between” when the beds slid apart a bit! Otherwise, loved it…hope to book with Phil in the future 😊

The description given was accurate of the home. It had a lovely view and was close to all major trails. There were great places to eat just across the street (especially the Italian restaurant) so no need to move the car. Loved all the brochures and maps provided in the home. Would love to come again!

Just returned from a great trip with my family. We really enjoyed both the condo as well as the location. We've been to Sedona many times, so we know it's best to avoid Uptown Sedona (the downtown area) due to the crowds. We only stay in the Village of Oak creek part of Sedona to avoid the crowds and enjoy the amazing hiking. This condo is right in the center of the Village with easy access to shopping, dining, groceries, etc. The condo was spotless, which is a huge plus for my family and I. Phil was so nice too, which was the icing on the cake to this perfect stay. We will only stay here for our annual trips to Sedona.

The description got us in the door. Fabulous kitchen. Very good beds. Nice and needed extra amenities. It appears that the unit is wiped, sprayed and made shiny. Bathroom areas DIRTY, sinks, tubs and showers, all floors not clean. Walking around in socks, the socks were blackened. The description gave an option for 3 beds and a pull out couch, both are inaccurate. The couch is not a pull out and even though we opted for twins we got two kings. The two bedrooms are upstairs with a stairway of 16 steep steps. Very difficult for senior access. That pull out couch became an option but there wasn’t one. We made the best of it even though it wasn’t optimal. The lovely kitchen and the lovely beds and bedding made up for some of it.

Beautiful property, well maintained, nice outdoor area, but not easily accessible for those with mobility issues. I made the mistake when I booked by not checking on the bedroom locations. Both bedrooms were upstairs (about 12 steps) that would be difficult for anyone who walks but has some balance issues (such as my 87 year old grandmother who has a walker). Also, the beds were nice and big, but high for her and on rollers, so they moved slightly when she tried to get up. There was a downstairs bathroom, but no pull-out couch or anywhere to sleep, so we had to cut our stay short as i didn't want to risk a fall or injury. The owner was very quick to respond to messages and it was a convenient location with beautiful views, but don't make my mistake and book it for an older individual as accessibility is not easy. If it had been my husband or friend with me there would have been no concerns at all. Again, it was beautifully furnished, clean, communication was quick, and the area had a very nice view.

Perfect location if you are looking for great hicking and great restaurant and not get stock in Sedona’s traffic.
Only downside for us was the internet that was not predictable..sometime on and sometime off….could be frustrating if you needed for work.

Another wonderful stay at this property. Everything was as expected. One comment that we need to make and that is the bath, hand towels and wash cloths were stained and could appear to not be clean. However, everything else was great. Thanks!

Property was quaint, cozy, clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. Hubby and I stayed a long weekend for our 25th anniversary and had the best time. Only issue were beds which were 2 twins pulled together to make a king size bed. In one room the bed separated in the middle while sleeping and was really soft and squeaky every time we tossed and turned so we moved to the other bedroom which was better but still very squeaky. Other than that, property was excellent and will definitely come back and stay again. Would recommend to all.

This property is everything described and more! The location is fabulous! Especially after seeing the congestion in Sedona at busy times of the day, we were happy to be in Oak Creek a couple of miles away where it was easier to get to many of the hiking locations we wanted to experience.
This unit is exceptionally clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Having coffee beans provided was a nice touch so we didn't have to bring/buy coffee for just two mornings. The beds are extremely comfortable.
Even though the location is just off the busy highway, traffic noise wasn't an issue at all since there isn't much traffic at night. The patio is on the opposite side and was very quiet and peaceful.
We'll definitely book again!

This property was perfect for my son and me to enjoy Sedona. While it is not in the center of town it's the ideal location as you're away from the traffic and noise and can enjoy views of the mountains, across the street from a convenience store, and within walking distance to Oak Creek County Club. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all the necessities to cook a meal or have a quick snack and the patio was a great place for a cup of coffee or tea in the morning.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is nicely decorated and very clean. We appreciated all of the paper supplies and the condiments. Phil was very prompt to answer any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

I rented two identical units from Phil and Olly for our annual golf trip (thus the identical reviews). We usually go to Phoenix for golf and spring training baseball, but decided to change it up this year and head to Red Rock Country for a little hiking to go along with our time on the links. By renting two of these condo/townhouse units, with two guys per unit, we each had a private bedroom/bathroom combination, which was ideal.
The two units are practically identical, right down to the décor. Plenty of living space, well-stocked kitchens, nice size bedrooms and a very good outdoor space. A nice bonus was that these two units have connecting back patio areas, and we made use of both.
The units were very clean and very well stocked. The kitchens and bathrooms had everything that we could need. Plenty of towels and paper products. The wifi worked exceptionally well.
Great location as we were within a very short drive to both Oakcreek Country Club and Sedona Golf Resort (both are great tracks; highly recommended) and several great restaurants (shoot, we were within walking distance to some).
Check-in and check-out were a breeze. For check-out, we just had to pack-up, turn off the lights and lock the doors; the cleaning fee covered all the clean-up activities.
Overall, we had a great time hiking and playing golf in Sedona and the Village of Oak Creek. These two condos made for the perfect base for the trip. We’re already planning our return trip to Sedona and hope to stay

This is a top-knotch condo in Oak Creek Village. Far better to stay here than fight the congestion in Sedona. Many places to eat within walking distance and a super grocery store.

We loved this place—spacious, well stocked kitchen, updated interiors, clean, and located conveniently in Oak Creek., close to all the mountain biking and hiking trails on that side of Sedona. The owners were easy to communicate with and we even were able to get a package delivered while we were there. It was so nice having a washer and dryer in the unit and a hose out back to wash our bikes!

Easy access to Bell Rock trailhead. Unit is clean and well stocked.

This was a great condo with easy access to everything. We loved staying a bit outside the crowded downtown area yet but was only 10 min to the heart of it.
The property has everything you need- great having 2 bedrooms each with their own bathroom and an additional powder room downstairs. We didn’t do any cooking but the kitchen is great. The bedroom at the back of the property is very quiet but the front one had quite a bit of traffic noise -nothing terrible but if you have a lighter sleeper , put them in the back bedroom. Sedona is gorgeous and there are some nice restaurants within walking distance to the condo. I am a vegan eater and I’d recommend Butterfly Burger(great lentil burger!) and Dellepiane for a wonderful selection of empanadas.
A very enjoyable stay! Thank you!

Great roomy condo that accommodated the 4 of us very well. We’ll stocked kitchen and baths. Easy ride into Sedona, but Oak Creek has great restaurants and places to visit. Only wish the weather was better when we stayed. Would highly recommend as a convenient place to stay to explore the area.

Super cozy townhome, way bigger than expected! Lots of blankets, pillows, soaps, etc. Easy to walk to dining. Great views. Hosts were super responsive when we had questions prior to our visit.

This was a girls only trip. This place was perfect for the 4 of us. Great restaurants in the area and hikes in the area. I highly recommend.

Everything was great from the day we booked this 2 bedroom Townhome. Owner was prompt in communication. The location for visiting Sedona & hiking was perfect. Within walking distance of grocery store. We ate breakfast at the restaurant next to the grocery story & the meal was delicious.
One of the days we were there, we awoke to 6” of snow. The maintenance employee was there in the morning shoveling the parking lot!! Sedona was beautiful with snow!
The beds were very comfortable as well as the couches in the den. It was nice having a large smart TV to watch in the evening. It was also nice having a washer/dryer AND the host provided Tide detergent.
Kitchen was also nicely stocked. Not a lot of units in the complex so it was nice and quiet when we visited in March. SO HAPPY WITH THE PLACE -WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN! Phil and Olly ~ thank you for making our stay in Sedona so pleasant.
