Excelente atención del personal. Recomendada la fiesta de año nuevo. Las habitaciones limpias.

La habitación limpia y personal del aseo muy amable. Todo el personal excelente atención y apoyo que las dudas.

El tema de la cochera. Como era año nuevo, tuvimos algunos inconvenientes con la cochera, pero se soluciono dentro de lo posible.

We paid for the suite extra and enjoyed the air conditioning and the location.

We loved the tropical wood, brought from over 1,000 miles away for the floors throughout the hotel and the ceilings in the public areas. Excellent service that helped solve some problems we encountered in finding things in the city, and arranged for our transportation back to Chile. Meals and food was excellent.

Be careful if you expect air conditioning. Only for an extra upgrade to "Suite" will you get air conditioning. The interior rooms don't get good air circulation and are uncomfortable without air. Noisy part of town, and we played our own music until 3:00am each night to cover up the street noise.
