Brilliant property well equipped and in a perfect location for exploring the south and west of Snowdonia. Close enough to town to get everything you need but remote enough for peace and quiet. Walks straight from the house are brilliant, mountains behind, or miles of empty beaches.

Excellent property - probably better than the pictures suggest.
Excellent property - probably better than the pictures suggest. Wonderful views. Very private. Within five minutes of the beach but down quite a steep, although short, hill. Five minutes drive into Barmouth, or 20/30 mins pleasant walk along the seafront.

It is simply a home from home, we wanted for nothing as it was a very well equipped and comfortable house. With two teens and a nearly teen it was ideal because of the wifi! Loads of space and the dogs loved the beach, bit of a trek down the hill but the beach at low tide is stunning.
The utility and side door was a perfect way to get the dogs in without trailing them through the house, it was nice that dog bed and bowls were also available.
