Externally, the communal rooftop gardens (approximately 5,500 square metres), offers stunning, panoramic 360 degree views across the Solent, English Channel and the countryside. These are the only landscaped rooftop gardens on a Grade I listed building in the country. The central courtyard is where the parking spaces are located and features a large water fountain.

West Wight is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is the ideal spot for catching a glimpse of the local wildlife, walking or just enjoying the beautiful countryside. From here take a visit to one of the island’s many attractions including Freshwater Bay, Alum Bay’s famous coloured cliffs or the Needles, one of Britain’s most famous landscapes.

Beautiful house/apartment. Plenty of matching quality crockery, cutlery and glasses. Loads of seating in lounge and dining area. Beds firm. Bedding and rooms spotless. We had no problems with neighbours or parking Phil was ace contact and kept appropriate and helpful contact before and at our arrival. A real asset. Small niggles: Personally I would prefer a mattress protector. Bathroom bins to be plastic (metal ones rusting) and inner bagged. Toilets to be clean and bleached... Baking sheets needed Surface cleaner required just to wipe down kitchen when we made a mess after cooking... Bought our own.

Lovely unique home , lots of character and well equipped , perfect for a group stay and a party. Amazing views from roof garden . Only negatives were 1) beds were hard and uncomfortable ( a thick mattress topper would help ) and 2) banging noise from pipes I think all night ( take ear plugs ) . An absolutely fantastic stay in a beautiful and well laid out property. The location was great to walk out from and close to Freshwater and Yarmouth. This property exceeded my expectations in so many ways, unique, spacious and so warm and welcoming. A special mention to Phil who greeted us and couldn’t have been more helpful when we arrived. We’ll definitely be back. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

we were very pleased and the weather did make a difference not that you have any control over that.
