We greatly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home a short walk from Lake Harriet. The space is great for families (we had 7 adults and a baby) with a large open gathering space with beautiful views of the park-like setting. We hope to be back!

The house worked really well for five adults and three children. We had great access to Lake Harriet and easy parking for three vehicles (with one in the street always nearby). We appreciated all the details that were supplied: laundry soaps, K-cups, paper products, and so on. Interactions with Kristy were perfect.

We stayed here with our young kids for two weeks and have nothing but positive things to say. The house was super clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed for our family of 5. The hosts are very responsive and easy to communicate with. The location is excellent, a quick walk from linden hills center, the lake, and multiple parks. We recommend staying here and are hoping to stay again in the future!

House was perfect for our group of 8. Kitchen was very well-stocked for dining in (host has thought of truly everything!!) and we enjoyed morning coffee on the deck, among the trees. Comfortable sleeping and gathering spaces. Fantastic location walkable to great restaurants and the lake, but still peaceful like being up north. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I would high recommend this place. If you want a nice area and quick and relax vacation. It is worth to spend the extra money to rent the house.

We were in for a family wedding. Myself, a few siblings and their spouses called this home for the weekend. We had children and their children, (also in for the wedding) stop by to take a walk to the park, the lake or into the village. A bonus, the Catholic Church was walking distance. There was plenty of 'living space' inside and out to gather, talk to a few, read a book or just sip on coffee. It was a Peaceful, lovely weekend.

The home is beautiful and is thoughtfully furnished with so many helpful and enjoyable items. Great VRBO property!

My two sisters and I stayed at Linden Hill over a long weekend. We had an absolutely wonderful time! The house is so charming and spotlessly clean. We spent a majority of our time in the living room, kitchen and dining room overlooking beautiful fall foliage. We prepared meals, listened to music and watched movies. The house is very well appointed and equipped with everything. The bedrooms and baths were lovely with plenty of room. The evenings in the area were so very quiet. Kristy was very responsive and helpful with all our questions. We had an opportunity to meet Kristy while we stayed at the house. She was delightful and encouraged us to reach out if we needed anything. We would stay at this property again in a heartbeat!!!

My daughter was getting married and we had family coming in from out of town. Our stay was wonderful.

We stayed here for 5 wonderful days and it was perfect. The location is ideal - close to restaurants, a beautiful park right next door for our grandson, wonderful forest views. We had plenty of room, everything was spotlessly clean, the kitchen is bright and cheery with everything you need. Loved it here! Would come back anytime!

We enjoyed the property - but we felt that the sleeping options for 10 (3 couples and 4 children) could have been better. The sofa bed and futon were only just adequate for our kids.
Still, we had a very good visit and would recommend the property.
The open living/dining/kitchen area with lovely outlook onto leafy trees was the best feature.

Great house in the perfect location. Description and pictures very accurate. Immaculately clean on our arrival.

This place is amazing. I grew up visiting Minneapolis every summer and spent many days/nights at Lake Harriet - being able to be in this location with my kids was magical. In addition to being walking distance to the lake, you are right in Linden Hills and can enjoy local coffee shops, bakeries, stores. The house is beautiful, clean, and works amazingly well for families. We would definitely stay here again!

It was perfect. When my mom arrived she was speechless. Such a beautiful location, we felt as though we were staying in a treehouse! The open floor plan allowed some of us to cook while the others visited or played games. Christy was a perfect host and very responsive and accommodating. The kitchen was also a dream, it had everything we needed. We are so grateful to have been able to spend this special day in such a lovely setting. Thank you!

We grew up in Minneapolis and this house is in the perfect place to enjoy this beautiful city.

The home is so clean and well-stocked with lovely views of the trees and the lake beyond. The beds are very comfortable. We took a short walk to an amazing breakfast as well as a lovely walk along the lakefront to get ice cream at the bandstand. There is plenty of parking and the hosts responded quickly to any need that arose. Wonderful all around!
The house is located along the airport flight path so we could hear occasional flights landing at bedtime, even with the windows closed. This was not a problem for us, but could be for some, I suppose.

This property is beautiful and nicely located overlooking Lake Harriet. My family, consisting of my husband and I, our 2 sons and their families fit nicely. There were so many nice touch’s including kids toys, a PacNPlay and sleds. These were not expected but helped us enjoy our stay. There is a fantastic sledding hill next door which we used daily. Harvest Bakery, Pinwheels Toy Store, Wild Rumpus Books and fantastic restaurants were within easy walking distance. Kristy, one of the owners, was available to quickly answer questions ranging from recycling bins to adding extra days due to flight cancellations. This VRBO exceeded all our expectations.

...because although it is very spacious with plenty of room for everyone of all ages, it has a very warm, familiar and relaxing feel to it...cozy. Our family just tucks in here and it doesn't feel like a vaction home - it feels like home - truly. And the hosts could not be easier to deal with or more accommodating, I don't have a single thought as to how this place could be any better. We love this place!

Our family enjoyed this home and there was plenty of space for our 2 kids under 3 and extended family. Great location and and the kids as well as the adults enjoyed the sledding hill just outside. We would love to stay here on our next visit to Minneapolis.

You did not disclose in the posting that there was an occupied attached owner apartment. This is unusual for VRBO houses. You your state this it was a n unwelcome. surprise.

My family of four (two kids - 4 and 6) plus my parents stayed here in October and loved everything about this house. I am stickler for clean floors and surfaces and this place was spotless, beautifully decorated, homey, and has everything you need. The view of the lake is stunning and it’s in a prime location. Kristy - one of the owners - lives below and she was incredibly helpful and friendly. We are definitely planning to stay here again!

Wow. What a great property. So well outfitted. Everything we could possibly need. There was a problem with the heat the first night but they got it fixed. Thank you for a great stay.

We came to Minneapolis for a wedding. We considered staying in three separate hotel rooms but decided on a Vrbo instead. We were so happy to find this special gem. The house was very welcoming when we arrived after dark to find cute cafe lights lining the front porch and beautiful fresh mums just in time for fall. The house was very clean and tidy. We enjoyed the gas fireplace on the chilly mornings. The kitchen had everything that we needed and more with an ample supply of dishes and glassware. The lower-level bedroom is small with the queen size bed against the wall but was perfect for our one single person. The lower bath doesn't have a shower but does have a claw foot tub. The windows in the rear of the house gives you the feeling that you are in a private tree house. The two upper bedrooms are large, each with their own bathroom. The master bath is wonderful with a nice size walk-in closet. Loads of hangers and shelves for clothing. The location was ideal for us. Beautiful neighborhood that was very safe. Our family who lives nearby gave us their bikes to use during our stay and I would suggest to anyone staying here to rent bikes if possible. The garage can be used to store the bikes. The house is very close to Lake Harriet with great bike and walking trails. We found Whole Foods had better prices on groceries but was about a 10-minute drive away. Worth the drive. Kristy was an excellent host. We didn't get to meet her, but she was extremely helpful and got right back to us with any questions. We would highly recommend this lovely home to anyone.

The home is spotlessly clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked, and the table is great for dining or games. Bedrooms are very comfortable. Love the front porch and the back patio. A 5 minute walk to Lake Harriet and to the shops of Linden Hills. This is our third stay at this property and each visit is exceptional.

We had a family of 8 stay at this beautiful Linden Hills manor for a long wedding weekend. The place is clean and comfortable and cozy.
The neighborhood is ideal in that you can walk to great shops and restaurants and markets.
Kristy (owner) was extremely responsive and helpful. She stays in an in-law unit below the main house but we never heard or saw her at all.
Overall I definitely recommend this home. 10 out of 10

I live nearby so I rented this property for my family, who were visiting me from England. They were delighted with the accommodation. Could not fault it in anyway. It's everything the description says about it - we will definitely use it again for their next visit.

Family gathering in Linden Hills
Our stay in Linden Hills was absolutely wonderful and we’d definitely recommend this house for your family vacation. Kristy was extremely accommodating during our stay, and she was always available to answer questions or help out with something when we needed it. The house was spacious enough for our family group, and it was well stocked with everything we needed during our stay. The kitchen was awesome.
There were beaches nearby, a bandshell, and lots of places to take walks or go for a run. Offshore fishing was also available.
If we ever make our way back to Minnesota, we’d definitely stay again!
