Are you seeking a great getaway vacation spot or executive rental? Casa ‘Anya sits in the best spot in the tri-states area where California, Arizona and Nevada all come together. This is a perfect place for your whole family if you're thinking of moving to the area and need a home base while you work with your realtor. Rental period is 30+ days minimum, summer and winter.
Touches of the old Southwest greet you at Casa 'Anya. Navajo design rugs. Reclaimed Mexican furniture made of Mango and Acacia wood. Casas Grande, Tonala and Jalisco pottery. It's not your typical vacation rental home. This is our home we chose to share with you so we're constantly changing décor items to get to where we eventually want to be.
The area has an unending list of activities for you and your family’s enjoyment.
There’s fun on the water. Fishing giant Striper Bass and abundant Rainbow Trout or your riding on a personal watercraft or boat. If you don’t have your own jet ski there are many rental companies close by who will arrange a rental for you. Annual float parties on the river in the summertime are very popular. The giant Lake Mohave is accessible behind Davis Dam at Katherine’s Landing an easy 26 minutes to the north. From there you visit 198 secluded beach coves and 237 miles of coastline that divides Nevada and Arizona! If you have the right boat you can run all the way to the Hoover Dam, 70 miles north. If the boating party scene is more to you liking, Lake Havasu is just over an hour away with it’s famous London Bridge Channel.
We have our own neighborhood private boat launch just 1500 yards away with key card access (supplied). You’ll never have to wait to get onto the water launch again. Even without a boat you can take advantage of the fishing opportunities at our launch site so grab one of the fishing poles in the garage and try your luck.
The desert is yours to explore whether you’re day tripping to Oatman AZ to feed the Burros or off four wheeling in search of adventure. We have reference books here at the house to help you locate great rockhounding spots, ghost towns to visit, 4x4 roads or meteorite strewn fields to explore. Birding in the area is unbelievable and you’re welcome to reference the Audubon books. Hikes in Christmas Tree pass and Spirit Mountain (visible from the the back yard) provide a spiritual renewal of your soul. The area is rich in First Nations history and pictographs are within an easy walk in the mountains above Laughlin.
Farther afield, the magnificent Grand Canyon is 3 hours 20 minutes from the house and the exciting Las Vegas Strip is 110 miles away, about 90 minutes.

If you’re seeking some night-time excitement we are located 15 minutes from the hotels and casinos in Laughlin NV. They offer great entertainment, gambling to your heart’s content, and wonderful dining options whether you’re craving In ‘N Out Burgers, seafood buffets or a gourmet sit-down Prime Rib dinner with a river view. There is even a seasonal dinner cruise on the river.
You can play a different golf course every day for nearly two weeks. We have 12 courses nearby. There’s everything from little executive nine hole courses to magnificent 36 hole Country Clubs and scenic, highly ranked courses.
If you’re ready to take a “day off” and just hang out and relax we have the perfect spot for you! Casa ‘Anya is designed to fulfill your every need. The unheated pool is 10' x 30' and runs from about 2' to 6' deep.
Inside, our home is 1760 sq. ft and feels very casual with a large, tiled gathering room. The fireplace is the main focus in the gathering room, perfect for those cool evenings where you can sit and enjoy the 65” Smart TV. Loads of games are available, too! We have a poker table & chairs for game night and a small antique table with chess/checkers/backgammon and roulette. We have dozens of DVD’s and there are smaller televisions and DVD players in every bedroom so everyone can go off for some alone time. Our home sits on a 40 acre green belt where the kids (and adults) can play horseshoes or toss the football. There are six catch and release fishing ponds just outside the back gate and fishing poles in the garage. The kitchen is well equipped with a drip coffee/ Keurig maker combination, waffle maker or even a milkshake machine. We have a wet bar with sink and mini fridge to keep your beverages handy at just the right temperature along with a juicer/blender for specialty margaritas and a movie theater style popcorn machine. The primary bedroom is your private retreat with good linens and comfortable furnishings. The second room is cozy and comfortable and the third bedroom has twin beds. There is good healthcare nearby and Walmart is the next stoplight north on the highway that runs through town. The home is very close-in to all local fast food dining options for a quick meal yet far enough away in a good private neighborhood of professionals to feel very comfortable. It’s very quiet at night and the stars are awesome and we can't wait for you to experience our flickering flame lights around the pool at night.

PLEASE NOTE: Because this is our home, and not just a generic rental we do tend to vet our guests a little more thoroughly. We may even talk with you on the phone before we accept your booking. We do not allow parties or large gatherings of more than 10 people including the booked family and the HOA has rules against noise, parking parking etiquette, marina use, etc., and ask that guest be respectful of our home and neighborhood. Full disclosure; we have several Blink Cameras on the exterior of the house and also a ring doorbell. Our home security is not any different than that of a hotel. They overlook the front, sides and back of our home including the pool area. There are no recording devices indoors but we do have water leak, and intrusion sensors and both provide us with interior temperatures as well.

We have parking for two vehicles on the driveway and most seasons the 2 car garage will be available also. Full use of 2 car attached garage.

You can park your vehicle, trailer or boat on the street but most vehicle-boat combinations will exceed the width of the property line (35') so you'll likely have to disconnect your rig. If you block the neighbors property (including the empty lot next door) or tires on your vehicle or trailer are on the sidewalk, you will be in violation of HOA rules and may be fined.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please read, as this is part of your contract.
The following actions may result in forfeiture of damage deposit and potential immediate eviction:
-More people staying overnight and/or pets other than listed on the initial rental booking i.e., max 2 dogs, 6 individuals including children.
-More people on premises other than permitted i.e., maximum 10 people or guests of guests at any time
-Tampering with security systems including the router and hub, Ring doorbell, exterior cameras and interior water and intrusion sensors.
-Tampering with mechanical items such as water heater, pool heater, outside a/c condenser, etc.
-Any violations of HOA regulations such as improper parking, speeding in a no wake zone, noise after 10:00 p.m., etc. A complete list of Covenants, Restrictions and Rules is in the Welcome book.
An additional fee of $25 is required by our HOA Board to be paid to our management company HOAMCO to process your rental application.

This is our third time staying here and we will be back again. The house is great and has everything you need and the location and pool are perfect for a fun river vacation. The owners are great to deal with. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here.

Slice of heaven
Lovely property, it was just perfect for my husband, our dogs and myself. Our dogs never looked happier. They loved to stare out at the wildlife in the park/ wetlands. The house is super comfortable. We appreciate the many personal touches that made us feel welcome.

Perfect Casita
It was the best feeling walking into an air conditioned house after being in 114° weather. They were nice enough to have it cool and ready for us upon arrival. The house is immaculate and definitely welcoming. I can't wait to stay in this home again. They literally have everything you're going to need. The fact that they're pet friendly is such a huge plus.

Most relaxing Stay!
From the second we walked in the door, I was so impressed with the organization, attention to detail and thoughtfulness. The beds were so comfortable, the place was tidy and had all the things you could think of needed for the stay, communication was great. We really enjoyed our stay from beginning to end!

River Trip
This is our second time staying here and the hosts are so nice and have thought of everything. The pool is great, and we had everything we needed. We had a great time and would definitely recommend staying here!

Great Location. Wonderful Hosts.
This house is well located, 1/2 mile from Wal Mart and 3 blocks from the river. It is clean and has everything we needed for a 7 day stay. The garage is enormous and well organized, with a wide selection of tools hanging along the walls. Carla is responsive and generous and helpful. I would highly recommend this choice.

Thanksgiving Vacation!
We had a wonderful time at this property! It has a great room that all friends and family can spend time together in. The backyard has a beautiful view of the green belt and pond with mountains in the distance that is so relaxing. All shops and restaurants are just around the corner on highway 95. I highly recommended this house!

Excellent property
Owner communications were excellent. The private boat ramp was very handy. The house was well kept and very well stocked. My only delta was that the cost was very high, for paying top dollar and having to strip the beds was a little over the top. Otherwise we loved the house.

Perfect Home away from Home!
It was the perfect getaway home! We were amazed by their attention to detail. Carla and Scott were easy to reach from the minute we were interested in booking. The house was well equipped with everything your heart could possibly desire (pool toys, technology, kitchen gadgets, etc). The welcome binder was awesome to have and it made everything easier. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. We'd go to the river during the day and dipped in the pool in the evenings. It was a real treat! We'd totally book again.

Great getaway at the river
Last minute getaway and could not be more pleased with the accommodations. Family friendly, pet friendly and super comfortable. Enjoyed the river all day and BBQ’d nightly as the kids played in the pool. The neighborhood is mellow which is perfect for how our family likes to enjoy the river. Super easy check in and everything you need to know is detailed in a very thorough “how to” binder. Thanks for having us!

River Getaway
This property was great to stay at and the hosts were a pleasure to work with. The pool after a day at the river was the perfect combination. The neighborhood was very nice, having a garage to park the toys was awesome and the home was stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and plan on returning!

All info is in app. I wished I didn't bother the owner as much as I did. But I learned a lot about renting someone else's home. We all really enjoyed the stay, the backyard view, the beds & of course the pool. I would loved to rent again. 😄

Great property!
We enjoyed our stay at Casa 'Anya. Owners are very responsive and helpful with area suggestions, answering questions, etc. The property was spotless and well-maintained. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need, and then some. The location was excellent, right on the greenbelt - 40 acres of maintained green space with mature trees and ponds with ducks, geese and birds. Beautiful view from the table in the fenced/gated backyard. We stayed in the winter, so the tabletop patio heater extended our outdoor time, and the fireplace inside was an easy on/off for chilly nights. The property is a short walk to the Colorado River. Groceries and shopping nearby. Hiking the area in Grapevine Canyon and Christmas Tree Pass; and there is a really nice paved parkway along the Colorado River called Heritage Greenway Park and Trails, just north of 163 on the west side of the river. You can walk north all the way up to Davis Dam. Lovely stay, we will be back!
