Schlimmste Hotelerfahrung in Asien bisher - am besten in ein anderes Hotel gehen

Der Moment als das Hotel verlassen wurde.

Zwischentüren bei einigen Zimmern sind ein Witz. Leider ist hier ein entspanntes übernachten nicht möglich. Jegliches Geräusch aus dem anderen Zimmer hörbar. (wir hatten eine Gruppe Feiergäste nebenan - die natürlich versuchten die geschlossene Tür zu öffnen, nach einigen Versuchen haben Sie es glücklicherweise gelassen) An der Rezeption interessierte das niemand - Sie können nichts machen, die Personen wollen doch nur feiern und sind bestimmt ruhig in der Nacht) Schlimmster Service ever - kein Interesse (auch wusste am nächsten Morgen danach an der Information niemand etwas von den Problemen, weil angeblich bei Schichtwechsel nichts davon weitergegeben wurde) Zusammenfassend: Unser Problem! Kein Angebot, kein Geld zurück weil das Zimmer so nicht nutzbar war - selbst der zuerst versprochene Gutschein(Gutschrift für eine Übernachtung im gleichen Hotel) wurde am nächsten Tag nicht gewährt. Zum Glück hatten wir noch ein zusätzliches Familienzimmer in dem wir dann mitgeschlafen haben sonst hätten wir wahrscheinlich die ganze Nacht nicht schlafen können. Elektrische Geräte gingen teilweise nicht - z.B. 2 von 3 Fernbedienungen, Klimaanlage usw.

Good choice for a short stop in Vientiane

Location was great - just 5mins from the victory arch, several good restaurants nearby

Rooms are sizeable but bland and beds very hard

Très agréable séjour

La chambre était grande avec un large lit et une belle vue sur le Patuxai (arc de triomphe du Laos). L emplacement est calme et le petit déjeuner très bon. La piscine est bien appréciée en fin de journée.

L hôtel est un peu loin du centre mais cela va. Nous marchions jusqu’au Patuxai à 5 mn à pied puis prenions un tuk tuk pour nous rendre au centre-ville.

Un havre de paix en plein centre ville

Suite très fonctionnelle au calme avec machine à laver et étendoir très pratique. Nous avons fait 3 séjours en 3 semaines, toujours parfaits. Accueil excellent et plein d'attentions. Agréable piscine juste devant. Restaurant indien/lao a 100m Royal Kitchen, excellent avec atmosphère très reposante, peu fréquenté, une très bonne adresse car pas de restaurant dans l'hotel mais un coin restauration au dernier étage pour ceux qui voudraient acheter à emporter. Petit déjeuner très varié avec lait moussant+++. Pas trop de fruits mais crudités et toute sorte de plats chauds. Proche de l'aéroport (15min en dehors des heures de pointe, 40 min aux heures de pointe.

Literie un peu ferme. Quartier un peu triste, mal éclairé la nuit sauf pour aller au restaurant.

Hotel was clean, room was was very nice. The balcony provided a beautiful view and was perfect for relaxing. The staff were all excellent. Helpful, friendly and polite. Pool was also very nice. Would definitely recommend.

Nothing to dislike. The location is very quiet and a little far from the bars, restaurants. But not really a problem for us.

Worth the price, an amazing hotel

This has to be one of the best hotels I've been too. Everything from the staff to the room to their morning breakfast was absolutely amazing. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful with absolutely everything. We really loved our stay there and the price is completely worth it when having service like they do. Do yourself a favour and pay a bit extra to get the breakfast. The chefs prepare amazing food. Truly a great experience

Not in the center of the tourist area, but otherwise, great location/nice hotel! Value for money!

The breakfast was fine...a nice variety but not too much. Choose the breakfast option if you get a good deal...we did! Ask for "monument view" when requesting a room. At sunset and after dark, it's beautiful and worth the little extra money. The front desk was generally helpful, but sometimes they use the old saw, "hotel policy" when they don't want to provide the best service! No dining facilities except for breakfast but Royal Kitchen is just steps away. Fantastic food at a reasonable price. I'd go back to Urbanite Hotel just to stay close to that wonderful restaurant!

Was looking forward to using the pool, but it was closed the four days we were there. At least they were working hard to get it reopened as fast as possible, unlike many other hotels with pools. The exchange rate at the front desk was the worst we experienced in 37 days in SE Asia. Most hotels give their guests a more honest/better exchange rate, since it's a good/welcome service to guests who can't expect to pop into a local bank all the time. 3-5% profit on the hotel's side is understandable, but 11-13% certainly is not. Think of your customers first! In any case, don't change money at the hotel. Come prepared.

Very nice place to stay for visit Ventiane city, the room was ok, near you can find all your needs. A lots of things to do.

Close to main attractions. Clean, large room.

Officious staff. Weird check in. When, on the first attempt, the bank card didn't work in the strange machine, the young guy yelled, you got no money...which was odd. Also had to leave $50 USD ...only in USD, lucky we had it, for a deposit....unsure why, I did mention it was odd...as booked through BDC, maybe they thought I might eat the one chocolate bar, one bag of crisps and one beer left as a weird price listed rider.

The location is very central and close to everything you'd want and need for your stay in Vientiane. The gym was well equipped and the room was great.

Breakfast food was good but would have been better if it was warm. Staff is very friendly. Exceptionally large room (King Suite) with a great view of Patuxay Gate 200m away. Very cheap for the quality of the room

quite a walk away from the Vientiane "action". Not easy to find tuk tuks and they are expensive. Not many options for eating in the vicinity

Great facilities. Can’t trust staff

Spacious one bedroom apartment. Excellent facilities in room. Nice gym. Good tv Chanel’s. Comfy beds. Washing machine. Good breakfast.

Money was stolen from the room when we were out. Staff did not take the complaint seriously at all.
