About this apartment rental

The Ingram Building, is located at 720 5th Avenue South in the heart of Old Naples, in the middle of the entertainment and Restaurant District. Our building consists of six exclusive and private residences on the third floor with balconies overlooking Camier Park, Von Liebig Art Center, and Sugdon Theater. Pristine white sand beaches, and some of the best dining and shopping in Florida are at your doorstep. Our unique guest residences all have exotic Brazilian cherry floors, solid mahogany doors and cabinets with granite countertops. Each residence is furnished with antiques and Persian rugs, and have fully equipped kitchens. All residences have full laundry rooms with washer and dryer. Our private, heated pool located on the second floor, is available for our quests. Ingram Building also provides wireless internet and free local telephone service. Elevators are located front and back.
The Ingram Buliding is one of the few remaining family owned businesses in Old Naples. It was originally the location of Ingram Hardware which served the area from the late 1940s until 1980s. The property was developed and is run by Dan Ruhl who is the grandson of the late Roy Ingram.

The Ingram is the jewel of the Naples, Florida experience! The location is amazing! Our delightful and comfortable apartment directly overlooked 5th Avenue South where we could enjoy wine and chocolate from our balcony while observing the excitement below. Inside, we appreciated the spacious design, the majestic hardwood, the eclectic art, the curated furnishings and the large kitchen. The rooftop pool was an added bonus where we could meet other guests and enjoy Cambier Park concerts. The hosts, Dan and Leslie are wonderfully friendly and accommodating in every way. They reflect the ongoing pride, history and beauty that makes The Ingram residences so uniquely special--all of which adds up to a fabulous experience! We can't wait to return! Thank you for everything!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo right in the middle of the action on 5th Avenue in Naples, with dining, shopping and all amenities nearby. The facilities were spacious and clean and the owners were great to deal with. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to visit Naples.

This perfectly located large condo was such a great place to enjoy Old Naples! We had plenty of space to enjoy the beautiful rooms as well as the amazing balcony overlooking Fifth Avenue. It was fun being in the middle of the action of 5 star restaurants, shops and within a short walk to the beach. We had everything we needed. Very comfy beds. Great reserved parking situation. Dan was a superb host. Hope to return very, very soon!

The place is spacious and nicely appointed. Having a washer and dryer in house was so convenient. The location is unbeatable in the heart of 5th avenue with so many shops, restaurants, great gelato, and within walking distance to the beach. We definitely recommend.

Perfect location! The hosts were very kind and helpful and the condo was extremely clean and spacious. Our family would highly recommend a stay here and we would definitely stay again on a return visit.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Apartment is tastefully decorated with antiques, fully equipped for a week or more stay. Being on Fifth Ave is great allthough couple of mornings we had early wake up by the pressure cleaning crew keeping the street clean. Defintely a trade off. It was very easy to communicate with owners. We will probably rent again when in Naples

Right in the center of everything downtown, including a nice park directly behind it with a beautiful playground for our kids to enjoy. Property was clean and fully stocked. Owners are very responsive and attentive to our needs.

Best location right on 5th! Well appointed apartment had everything we needed. Bonus was the outdoor concert out back we enjoyed sitting by the pool! Great experience and can’t wait to come back!

This property is beautiful, clean, roomy, well maintained, the primary bedrooms mattress is wonderful and comfy and the location is great!!!! It’s great to have beach towels, chairs and beach umbrellas!! Owner is very responsive

Located in the heart of the historic downtown area, this condo is right on 5th Avenue and you can walk almost everywhere. This is a beautifully decorated, spacious and well appointed unit. Dan and Leslie are fabulous hosts and very responsive. Thank you for an incredible stay. We will definitely be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay. Interior was immaculately clean, beds comfortable, every amenity provided, balcony was great overlooking 5th Ave for Christmas parade and people watching. Owners friendly, helpful and present, others residing there also very nice. We definitely will stay here again! Perfect location amongst all the luxurious attractions in Historic Naples. Location!!!

I have stayed here many times. Never been disappointed. Always clean and comfortable. The management/owners have always been attentive to our needs. Be warned, this is located right on 5th Avenue. There is traffic and some noise till the businesses close down for the day. We stay there for the location as we enjoy the all the restaurants and shops surrounding it. We will be back at the Ingram building next year!!

Stayed with family in this beautiful rental, right on 5th Avenue. Amazing, spacious, comfortable, beautifully decorated, cannot say enough about this unit! If you are staying in Naples, this location absolutely cannot be beat. Steps to top notch restaurants, shopping, parks, minutes to the beach. Owners were responsive and great to deal with. Will definitely book again if we are in Naples again!

Lovely property in the heart of town

Enjoyed a Holiday/New Year break with family. We found the place very comfortable and close to everything. Great access to restaurants 3rd street and the beach. Also great for tennis at Collier park where we played every day. Good kitchen and great and responsive hosts. Given the property is in the heart of town, evening noise can be a factor during peak times. Mattresses are also a little tired and could be updated. But overall a great place to stay and we are looking forward to going back to enjoy Naples next holiday season.

We thoroughly enjoyed the condo. Location was ideal for us in the heart of Fifth Avenue. So close to everything in town. We enjoyed sitting on balcony and watching the activity on the street. Kitchen very spacious and well appointed. Owners were very responsive and accommodating. The one thing that was a bit of a concern with our party of five was that the third bedroom is quite tight and needs more lighting. Otherwise this would be a 5* rating from us. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely return.

Condo was immaculate Had everything we needed . 6 people in my family and plenty of room for all . Upon arrival I met the cleaning crew and they were so helpful and very nice. Prime spot for food, shopping , short walk to beach . Nightlife was incredible. The street was decorated beautifully. The property manager and owner were very helpful and accommodating . I would love to make this a yearly tradition . My wife and kids loved it .
