I want to go back to Catania just to stay at this place again !! Definitely worth !

EXCELLENT stay !!! The place is an old aristocratic building turned into an air bnb. The host Chlo was extremely hospitable, showed us around the building and even let us use areas of the building to keep our luggage and change before our rooms were ready. The courtyard is a beautiful peaceful place to sit. Theu hosted a photography exhibition one of the days we were there and the host invited us to mingle with the guests and also have wine ! The exhibition was awesome and we were allowed to tour the entire building which was worth seeing.

there wasnt anything not to like !! But I would say maybe if they can clarify some signs of where to enter, as we had trouble finding the place

A lovely old building run by nice people

Location was terrific, in the middle of the old city with all the sights nearby. restaurants and bars at the front door

The location and staff were good Cafe opposite was brilliant and location was close Hotel arranged parking permit which was good

There were loud construction works on the first morning of our stay which were very loud and disruptive. Towels were not changed unless we asked for them

Καθαρό και κεντρικό διαμέρισμα.

Κεντρικό, καθαρό και όμορφο διαμέρισμα. Ήσυχο και μοντέρνο ενώ η επικοινωνία για ό,τι χρειάστηκε ήταν πολύ εύκολη και φιλική.

Η σκάλα μέσα στο διαμέρισμα είναι λίγο στενή και δεν είναι εύκολο να ανεβάσεις βαλίτσα στο πάνω υπνοδωμάτιο.

dans le centre de Catane, idéalement situé. très bon accueil, infos à disposition (restaurants, petit déjeuner) parking safe dans une cour intérieure ! très belle chambre rénovée récemment avec jolie terrasse sur les toits !

Ruim appartement in het centrum

Het is een ruim appartement midden in de stad.

Het was niet schoon. De tandpasta van de vorige gasten zaten nog in de tandenborstelhouders. Zo makkelijk om dit even schoon te maken verder vlogen de haren stof in het slaapgedeelte in het rond. De koffiemachine volledig verkalkt en ook zo makkelijk om dit te voorkomen. Kortom ruim appartement maar de schoonmaak mag en kan echt veel beter!

Superb

The main advantage is definitely the location. Right in the centre of Catania, near lovely restaurants, you are in a minute by foot to the main square. You have a private parking area. The entering to the parking is a bit sketchy if you have a bigger car. The check in and communication with the owner was easy. The owner Pietro gave us link to the website with all important information about the apartment and recommendations of what to visit in Catania. All in all, would recommend! :)

Big apartment with a lot of places to sleep, beautiful balcony, kitchen, and two bathrooms. The view from the balcony and the windows was amazing. The location is perfect. Air conditioning in all the rooms. Comfortable and closed parking.

There was a strange smell in the evening, maybe it was humidity.

Construction work

The entire place was renovated very well. It looks beautiful. The room is spacious and comfortable. The location is also very good.

Check-in was a bit confusing. There was nobody on the reception. It was thanks to other guests who called the owner's son, who came and helped us. Apart from the owners son, who let us in, we had no interaction with nobody else. I hope they have told us that they were doing construction work on the site. It was impossible to sleep after 9am or staying in the room. Drilling, hammering, breaking... the noise was too much.

nice property. good location. apartment needs a plumber.

nice big property with several rooms and art gallery. location was good. I paid for an apartment with kitchen so we could cook, but was put in a double room, which was nice and roomy. the owner explained the error and we moved to the apartment with kitchen, two levels. I should have stayed in the first room as the apartment had issues with plumbing.

the upstairs shower leaked into the kitchen area every time we used it. easy to clean but annoying. the down stairs shower has drainage issues, this overflowed also. also the coffee machine needs a proper clean as it also didn’t work.

The facilities were very good and the balcony has a great veiw. The stuff and the manager were very friendly and helpfull

Finding a parking nearby was very difficult and even had our car picked up once because we parked at the wrong place. The sofa bed not very comfortable

The stay was overall excellent. We would stay here again.

The location was great as we were in the center of Catania. The apartment had a fantastic A/C unit, which is rare for stays in Italy. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were in pristine condition.

The elevators lacked proper air circulation. On our last day, the hotel employees came early to inform us to check out, even though it was an hour before the designated check-out time.

When the students were gone, the stay was nice. Otherwise it was a hassle.

The location was excellent and the rooms were comfortable. Bathroom was excellent.

There was a photography workshop/class in the other buildings that are attached and I believe owned by the hotel. The students took over. On multiple occasions over the 5 days we were guests at the hotel, we were locked out of the coffee room that we had been told we could use. They filled that room (which was next to our room) morning to night. Their vehicles constantly blocked access to the parking area. It was one hassle after another.

Pietro was super helpful and responsive, he even recommended hiking trails in mount etna and amazing winery experience. Location was super and the apartment was clean and a big plus was the courtyard parking. Highly recommended!
