Enjoy your own private white sand beach in this unsuspecting little slice of heaven in Perdido Key, FL. Sandy Key Condominiums are gulf front, and adjacent to the Gulf Islands National Seashore (Johnson Beach), where you can walk on unspoiled beaches, collect seashells, and enjoy the beauty that surrounds you.

The Sandy Key complex is well appointed and maintained, with two swimming pools (one that is seasonally heated), a hot tub, charcoal grills and cooking area, an exercise facility, as well as basketball and tennis courts. Each swimming pool area is well stocked with lounge chairs, and high-top tables for lunch or an afternoon snack.

In our spacious two bedroom, two bath unit, you’ll find a master bedroom with a king bed, a ceiling fan, and a great view of the beach and gulf. The master has an adjoining full bath with a roomy walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two comfortable twin beds, and the second full bathroom has a tub and shower combination. The living room sofa becomes a queen bed, if needed. Each bedroom offers a TV and plenty of closet and drawer storage for your stay. The unit also includes a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience, as well as Cable TV and WiFi throughout.

As an extension of the living space, you’ll lounge on a spacious balcony equipped with a table, four chairs, and a lounging chair for afternoon naps. There is ample room for everyone to enjoy the great views.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’ll need, including a toaster oven, blender, Keurig or drip coffee maker, and GE Profile appliances. The dining area seats seven in total, four at the dining table and three at the bar.

Our gulf-front unit is on the 5th floor and the balcony has a perfect, unobstructed view of the gulf and white, sandy beaches. With the rental of our unit, you'll also have access to our ground floor storage unit for your beach gear. Sandy Key will be your new favorite home away from home!

First time staying here, and it won’t be the last! This condo is newly renovated and well stocked. The beds are comfortable and the showers are very nice! Loved the balcony! Great table for morning coffee and breakfast. There is also a lounger on the balcony- great for naps😉. It was so peaceful and quiet at this condo. Even though it was a busy time of the year to visit, it didn’t feel crowded. The beach is absolutely gorgeous! We spent our days under a tent relaxing with our feet in the sand; watching dolphins and kids playing in the ocean. If you are looking for a warm welcoming condo that is comfortable and impeccably clean, this is the place for you! Would stay here again 10/10!

My Mom, sister and I take an annual girls trip. This was our second year to stay in this condo. Owners really care about their guests experience. They are quick to respond when you need them. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. That matters because eat in most of the week. The balcony is large. We ate almost every meal out there as we enjoyed listening and watching the surf. You’re in for a treat.

Jessica and Brian are Great!! Made sure that we had all the info we needed to access the condo in a timely manner as well as followed up on an earlier check in time. I lived in Pensacola 20 years ago and loved it when I lived there. This was a great spot to be able to take my Family to and show them everything. Condo was clean and in a great location!! This was our second stay at this condo and it was just as perfect as the first stay. This condo offers all the comforts of home. The new patio furniture is perfect for dinners on the balcony with such a spectacular view of the gulf. This location is absolutely perfect and close to all the local excursions. In the past we have stayed on the other side of Pensacola and there was a lot of heavy traffic every day that we were there but not at this location and both stays were during holidays. Thank you Brian and Jessica!

We really enjoyed our stay at this great condo right on the beach. Everything was pristine. The king sized bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything I needed for cooking. The sugar white beach was fabulous. Convenient location for restaurants and grocery stores. We hope to return next year!

This condominium was as advertised. It was clean and vey well stocked. The only complaint was the shortage of forks., there were only 2 there were salad forks so we were covered. If that is the only issue who can complain. We would definitely stay there again. Great views, plenty of amenities.

The Condo was comfortable, clean, and the Balcony was wonderful. The ground floor storage was handy. The condo grounds and pools were really nice. The Jacuzzi was only a Hot Tub. No jets, just hot water which was better than nothing :)

Everything about this rental was perfect for my family. My husband, two teenage sons and myself all enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, well stocked, and accurately described in the listing. I love love loved the fact that it was not a high rise. Very minimal to no wait times on the elevator. Not having to park in a large parking garage was great too. The storage on the first floor for storing our beach gear was awesome too. The owners are super nice and the communication with them was great. I hope to return to their condo someday.

This is our second time staying at the Sansy Keys property. We love the ease of the beach of being steps away, access to storage unit so we don't have take all the sandy things upstairs, the smaller feel (only 8 floors, 3 buildings), and the private beach. The condo itself was perfect and the owners are amazing! Jessica and Brian were super responsive to the small hiccups we ran into and made sure that there were no interruptions to our trip! The condo is well stocked, kitchen had everything we needed, plenty of towels, and spacious. Perfect view from the balcony! If you're looking for a comfortable, clean, relaxing beach vacation, this is a perfect fit! Thanks again Jessica and Brian for everything!!

The best get away!

Everything was perfect from the moment we stepped into the door. The unit was spacious, clean, and the view was spectacular. The deck was perfect for dinners outside. The beds were very comfortable and cozy like home. We noticed the maintenance staff on site was always very courteous and friendly. The pools were also great. Overall this property is fantastic!
