Bra hotell med centralt läge

Hotellet har ett bra läge nära centrum, fri parkering, fräscha rum och en OK frukost. Vänlig personal, vi fick förvara väskor i bagagerummet ett par timmar efter utcheck.

The price was so low for what we got! we will be recommending this place, without a doubt.

Kids loved the loft bed! The whole building and the room smelled so clean. the AC actually worked and we enjoyed being cool! loved that it had a fridge too. that was helpful.

I have no negative thoughts.

Pobyt udany. Personel pomocny i "na zawołanie".

Śniadania urozmaicone, w postaci bufetu. Podawane dania były też "na ciepło". Niczego nie brakowało. Obsługa kuchni zasługuje na podwyżkę - wszystko na czas i smaczne i świeże. Polecam z czystym sumieniem.

Nie było takiej sytuacji, nawet gdybym chciała "czepiać się" na siłę.

Almoust everything was great, almoust.....The almoust is for breakfast coffee....it was dirty water. Everything else was great, stay, room, cleanes, breakfast, personal.

Anstrengend und wenig erholsam.

Grundsätzlich ist das Zimmer in Ordnung. Kostenfreie Parkplätze stehen ausreichend vor der Tür zur Verfügung

Zustand der Zimmer insbesondere des Badezimmers war sehr heruntergekommen. Das Wasser floss in der Dusche nicht richtig ab, der Duschkopfhalter war defekt, die Regendusche funktionierte gar nicht. Das Frühstück ist mit 8 Uhr recht spät gestartet. Wir waren um 8 Uhr da und mussten noch 15 Minuten warten. Unsere Anwesenheit wurde mit einem Augenrollen der offensichtlich genervten Mitarbeiterin quittiert. Für die laute Schulklasse kann das Hotel erstmal nichts, aber mit einer anderen Zimmeraufteilung hätte man das sicher besser lösen können

Die Unterkunft an sich war toll, leider hatten wir das Pech das im selben Zeitraum eine Schulklasse da war.

Good central position for walking to town centre 2 minutes. Very clean and offered all you would require for a short stay. Good free private parking. Very friendly, helpful English speaking staff.

Would be hard to find something you didn't like especially as was such good value.

Loistava aamupala ja hotellin sijainti hyvä. Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta ja erittäin siisti ja viehättävä remontoitu hotelli. Ilmainen parkki autolle suoraan pääoven edessä . Todella suuri suositus kaiken kaikkiaan.

Shower was broken (the hanger and the door). The refrigerator in the room is very loud.

The desk clerk i encountered was delightful and helpful. The hotel was well-situated to walk to the town plaza and places to dine. The room was clean, and the bathroom had been remodeled.

The room was cramped. The shower drained slowly. Breakfast was not ready until 8:00. This is entirely too late in the morning, particularly when one needs to catch an 8:25 train.

Convenient stay

Very good location, town square and riverside promenade were within 2-5 min walking distance. Lot of restaurants in these areas. Clean room. Very small and every square meter was counted, but was equipped quite thoughtfully. Refrigerator and air conditioner were included to the room. Not much street noise was in the room, although windows faced the street. Parking in front of the house for our minivan, free of charge. Approx 30 min walk to Auswitch Museum and 30 min drive to Energylandia.

In the room refridgerator lights were not possible to switch off, so I had to switch off the whole refridgerator.

Unfortunately the bed was too hard for me. A simple solution would be to put mattress toppers on the bed, it would soften the mattress but if you require a hard mattress you can remove it very easily

Bleery-eyed, tired, and grumpy family...stuck in a hotel of loud teens...yuck

The location was awesome. It is close to most things, and having clear gated parking eased my mind for our personal vehicle and belongings.

It's not completely the hotels fault, but I later found out that the hotel had booked a large group of Swedish high schoolers. They were banging doors, crossing rooms, playing music loudly, and just being teens. However, the hotel could have put us in a quieter room, made it clear to the younger guests that loudness was rude, or simply informed us upon booking so we could have made other arrangements. Rather, we were in a middle room amongst all of the noise. It was not restful at all. In addition, the beds are extremely hard and the mattresses might as well be cardboard on the floor. No one slept well that night...the Hotel staff did respond promptly via text though as the noise continued and said they sent someone over to assist, but I was never able to confirm if they did anything since the noise continued from about 8pm to 11-1130 at night.

Superb

This is a perfect base for exploring the sights of the city and region. Modern interior, spotless and spacious rooms, a solid breakfast buffet, quiet street and located in the Old Town where you can find a selection of dinner options and can go for a stroll in the evening. The free gated parking is perfect if you travel by car. Staff were very friendly and helpful. If you're here to visit the Auschwitz memorial site, the main entrance with plenty of parking space is but a five minute drive from the hotel.

Excellent hotel

Everything was ready for me and my friend, we landed in Krakow airport at night and we arrived to the hotel about 1 at midnight and keys were in the safe waiting for us. We recommend this hotel to anyone who is traveling to Auswitz Birkenau as its really close to it, aprox 7 min with car.

Location is 200m from city center, 7min drive from Auschwitz museum. Room is cozy and clean.
