Park Place Inn and Cottages is part of the Sanford Historic district and centrally located to downtown on one of the most scenic streets in town, Park Avenue. The property was built in the early 1930's in the Craftsman and Colonial style of the era. Park Place Inn is a vacation rental property that guests can stay for one night or extended periods of time. Park Place Inn and Cottages is a Veteran owned business by Aaron Butler, who also owns Creations Catering and Events. We work very hard to make sure all guests have a great and memorable experience while staying with us. We also host weddings and events on the property. Our goal is to exceed your expectations, provide a comfortable, personable experience, and give you the feeling that you are at home, which is unique from a hotel chain. Come stay with us and experience the difference! The Coastal Cottage is a quaint two bedroom apartment built into the carriage house of a historic craftsman home. The apartment features a terrace which is perfect for lounging in the sun. Other amenities include a full kitchen with fridge, living room with a smart TV and full sized bathroom with a tub and shower.

This property was ok. It could be fabulous but needs a little TLC.We chose a room with a balcony,the pictures showed it was furnished with a table with chairs and umbrella. The balcony was ankle deep in leaves,no umbrella and the railing looked like it was about fall. The

Property was as advertised. Quite fine for two elderly couples reuniting for a visit with additional local friends - coffee, wine and conversation. One disappointment was our 2nd story walk out porch had not been cleaned for some time. We desired to use it daily - so had to clean it ourselves. I urge the owner to address this for future quests. Otherwise it was quite enjoyable and I certainly would give the property a thumbs up.

This quaint cottage is picture perfect and as clean as you could get. Very centrally located to shops/restaurants/bars, etc. We were so impressed and excited to stay there. There were some circumstances that arose and we chose to stay overnight elsewhere; however, the host was in full communication with us, was very understanding of our dilemma and was gracious in helping us locate what had been left behind. I would have no problem booking this exact spot in the future, esp if i need a place close to the airport.

Proximity to the airport was fantastic! Met our goal for such an early morning flight. Neighborhood was a bit sketchy if staying alone, but was fine with multiple guests. Place was quaint and unique. Very clean and attention to guests needs.

The property is everything that the pictures show. We had a couple of communications with Aaron prior to arrival. He was very quick to respond. The unit reminds us what a place at Cape Cod should look like. We would rent this unit again.

It was a victorian home which was in a historical area. The owners responded quickly. Close to the airport. Nice decor and great beds only downfall was it was upstairs and i wasnt aware. I had my father who is handicap which was a challenge

This was such an adorable cottage that had all of the comforts of home. The staff was very helpful and the location couldn’t be better in the middle of an up and coming downtown area. We are looking forward to staying again in the future.

This place is in great need of updating. Was not clean, WiFi did not work, only one TV, we had toilet issues, walls very thing (could here what people were “doing” in the room below”), dirty rugs and floors, not enough space, the ONLY decent thing was the location. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

The property was truly “cozy”! Came for the and couldn’t be more pleased! Well appointed, comfortable beds, beautiful surroundings. The balcony was in the middle of construction, which wasn’t listed on the site, but the proprietor was just as kind and apologetic as can be. Disappointed that we couldn’t use it, but it wasn’t a “deal breaker” for the stay. We look forward to a return trip when we can take advantage of it once it is completed. Would highly recommend staying!

We loved this cottage! Super clean - above and beyond. Check in was easy, and communication was perfect. Great neighborhood - be sure to get BBQ from Fuel a few minutes away - wow - amazing food! Thank you - we would definitely stay again. Beautiful place.
