Large apartment with beautiful view in a good location for nightlife

The Apartment is really large and well equipped. The amenities are updated and the location is really pretty with a great view of the lake. If you're looking for a night out, there are a lot of options just down the stairs: restaurant, bars, so on. The location is next to the citadel, so you have plenty of things to visit.

The locations is in the middle of street filled with restaurants and bars and it gets really loud with the music. If you're looking for a quite location where you need to sleep, only part of the rooms in the apartment can accommodate that. The living room is extremely loud and you could not get a good rest. The apartment has squeaky floors :D.

I would surely recommend the place.

The best view ever. Very nice appartment. Everything close by - site, lake, shops...

To find a parking place was not so easy and as expected had a cost until we were accostumed with the neighborhood.

Great apartment in a great location, in front of the lake and above plenty cafes, e had and restaurants.

At night there was noise from the bars in the street.

Great apartment in the Molos of Ioannina

Situaded in the Molos area of the city, very close to all touristic places, perfect as a base for someone who wants to explore Ioannina.

Very good

Great location close to the lake and ferry across to the island. Nice walk into the busier city area if needed also. Nice and clean. Comfortable apartment for a family with all the amenities needed for a week's stay. Staff were easily contactable but not over bearing. Parking close by and at good price.

Not a dislike as such because we managed but at time of booking when we asked for a baby cot which was provided it may have been nice to know that the apartment does not have a lift up to it so we did have to carry the pram upstairs daily. Not a big issue when your travelling as a group but a couple with a baby may find it more difficult.

Beautiful Apartment!

We had a lovely two night stay at the apartment. The apartment is perfectly situated with views of the lake and close proximity to bars and cafes (the apartment literally sits above a strip of bars and cafes). Despite the closeness to all the activity of Ioannina, the apartment is quiet. Parking was easily found 400 meters walking distance away. The washer and the two lovely balconies allowed us to dry our clothes while also taking in the city. Facilities of the apartment were a bit older, but everything we accessed was clean. Communication with host was easy and clear. Absolutely recommend staying here!

Unique apartment in an interesting location

Great location and a well-stocked apartment. The balcony is over the pedestrianized square and there are many cafes. The square was busy, but the bedrooms faced a quiet courtyard. Great for exploring Ioannina.

Great stay, well located for our exceptional visit to Ioannina

We chose this apartment being very close to the centre, on the lake, and having full facilities like washing machine etc. Easy to walk and enjoy the Lake, also next to restaurants, old castle, museums. From the town centre we had day's out with car and driver into the mountains, Zagori region, Vikos Gorge, Papingo, and the next day Dodoni, Metsovo and Meteora. Ioannina is an exceptional place and area. We would recommend this apartment

Perfect

The best location in Ioannina..Kind owner. Beautiful flat, fully equipped. Cleanliness on a high level. Beautiful view of the lake. Two private parking are at 100 m distance(price is 4 and 5 euros, 10 euros for the whole day), but you can park for free in one of the streets behind the house..Sincere recommendation. We will return. We thank the owners!
