el desayuno ayacuchano muy agradable
deberían colocar un tapete en el baño para evitar mojar el piso

The room was spacious and had plenty of closet pace for those inclined to use or need it. The hotel was also a short walk to the main square and most of the bus companies had offices on the same street as the hotel.
It was pretty noisy, although it got quieter after 11pm. There was a heavy wool blanket on the bed, which likely isn't cleaned often. As a result, numerous long black hairs (human, not wool) were transferred from the blanket to the clean sheets and pillows. Also, despite Booking indicating credit cards were accepted for payment, they seemed quite reluctant to accept my credit card and even made me go to an ATM to get cash. Upon my return with cash, they didn't have change!! Oh, and while friendly, none of the staff spoke a word of English.

In general it exceeded my expectations as I expected a bit less for a bed & breakfast. The staff was super helpful and kind. The location was very convenient. The breakfast was good! Also the wifi. They even let us use a shower hours after we checked out, as we were traveling back at night and toured all day.

Ansonsten alles tiptop. Warmes Wasser in der geräumigen Dusche.

I had a very nice stay, the rooms are spacious, the bed very comfortable, the shower was hot with very good pressure plus all the staff is always smiling and ready to help. It's was a very good place to stay in Ayacucho. Right in the center, location was perfect, thanks Sra. Nieves and all the nice people working there .

The best part of this place was the excellent location to nearby stores and the main square, which was only 4 blocks away. The room was comfortable and the shower had hot water. All in all I recommend staying here.

The owner was really happy and smiley which made us feel very welcome on our arrival. The location was great, within 10 minute walking distance of Plaza de Armas and the markets. There was also lots of restaurant's around for food. We used the kitchen for dinner and breakfast and ate outdoors which was amazing. We was leaving to go to Cusco at 8:30pm but they let us keep up our bags in the Hotel until 6pm and sit in the outdoor area upstairs! Mucho Gracias.

good value for money. water pressure in the shower was good just had to wait like 1 min if you wanted a warm shower
location was very central off a main road which was very noisy throughout the night.

Large mold patch in shower :/
Earplugs mandatory.
Pillow seriously needs to be thrown out.

This hotel was beautiful and very comfortable. Room was clean, and with hot shower :)

The room and bathroom were always clean and the breakfast was good. There was a nice terrace where to have breakfast and our room had a little balcony.
We didn't have shampoo in the bathroom and when we asked for them they told us that they didn't have. In the end, I had to go to a pharmacy to buy the shampoo.

After a long night bus ride from Lima to Ayacucho, it was nice to be able to check into Hospedaje Zaragosa. We were given a nice breakfast while the finishing touches were done to the room. The owner/hostess of the hotel was very nice and spoke English as well as Spanish. The hotel was located just a few blocks from the historic center square. The room itself was very clean, the bed comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water. The price paid was a great value for the service and hospitality received.

Located close to plaza de armas and there're several shops & restaurants nearby. Everything is so easy, the room is big and with lots of pillows. We can store our luggage after check-out which was really helpful for us. Recommend this place!

The location of Hostal Zaragoza is really good, very near to the main attractions. The Hostal itself is very beautiful and it really shows that people care about it. Our room was very nice, the breakfast was in a very beautiful common area as well, next to the kitchen which we could also use when needed. Upstairs there’s a rooftop terrace, excellent for watching the view in Ayacusco both day and night!
The absolute best in this place however is the staff! Nieves, the owner, is the nicest lady I’ve ever met, she literally helped us with anything at all times! She’s really cool and lights up the place. She always told us to feel like at home, and we really did, it was amazing ❤️ Whenever she wasn’t around, Juan who is also very kind, helped us the same way and other staff members as well😊
Nothing, everything was great!

The room was very spacious, clean, and bright. The bathroom followed in the same manner. There's a tiny balcony that reveals a relatively busy street below. La plaza de armas is a few minutes walking away.
Everything was great except that it was a bit too noisy because of the street below.
