Ottima posizione!

Posizione centrale, staff gentilissimo, albergo molto romantico, tutto ok, compliomenti.

Cool style and fantastic staff.

The room was what we expected, very comfortable and quite although it was a Saturday night and this is a busy area. The owner is super kind and did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible, bonus point for the fresh cornetti that he got just for us out of the kitchen although the breakfast time was almost over :)

Clean and fresh. comfortable room with Low noise level
Could also have some simple option for non-sweet breakfast such as plain bread with butter and cheese

Great staff and great location!

It was beautiful
The breakfast was terrible, no ambiance at all. The staff spoke no English and the free parking was not free at all.

It is in the old section and a short walk to most restaurants and the main pedestrian walking street. The arc of Traiano is very close by. Antonio was very nice and makes a great cappuccino!
The Booking.com description lists FREE PARKING. If you are driving I would not recommend this hotel for two reasons: 1. the street is EXTREMELY tight (see picture). 2. the parking is on the street if you can find a spot. I found a spot only to have to move the car at 5:30 in the morning for street cleaning. If you are coming to Benevento by train or bus then parking would not be an issue. Also, my wife waited about 15 minutes after ringing the door bell before the front desk buzzed us in. The employees only speak Italian so be prepared with some form of translation device. The old section of Benevento had extensive litter everywhere and graffiti galore. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator. It was hard carrying all our bags up three flights or stairs.

This pretty little hotel is located in the old city centre and it's surrounded by the "movida" places. Many bar and restaurants in the area. If you enjoy night life it could one of the best pick in Benevento.

Location, atmosphere, service, architecture style

Great location, but difficult to find.
We expected a room with a terrace, but was shown a large window overlooking the other building rooftop as our terrace. The person at the counter was not particularly helpful.

The location was perfect for a mixture of nightlife and culture
There was no iron at the hotel

Clean, retro and just a wonderfully little place, hidden in the backstreets of the town, with a great little cafe just next door.
The Wifi was unstable and needed to attend an online meeting so used up all my online data…

The staff, especially the main daytime ones, were very friendly. It's pretty central, and they did try and help (e.g. giving me a power adapter for "Schuko" plugs). It has a certain "charm" of an old Italian guesthouse, and if you are here as a tourist for one or two nights it would be OK. The breakfast was fine - nice croissants, cakes, fresh coffee to order, muesli, some fresh fruit.
As mentioned, the staff were very friendly mostly, so it pains me to have to spell out the problems. However, I have to be honest...
Despite the daytime staff saying it was open 24/7, you cannot come and go when you like - always have to leave the key - and I wasn't allowed to stay out after 2am (and once I was even told 1am) by the night staff when I wanted to drop something. This was a problem - the biggest one - because I was at a conference, and socializing was going on late after dinner (especially due to heat during day).
The wifi didn't work for me at all. Again problematic, as here for work. I had to use my phone internet. It only has old Italian-style (non-Schuko) sockets - hence needing the adapter. The aircon was a bit noisy.
The décor was generally old, and old-fashioned and the bed was not very comfortable. It looks quite a lot less beautiful in real life than in the pictures.
The breakfast was fine, but you can't help yourself to coffee/tea (there is no kettle in the room - so it can be a bit slow, if you need to get out) and the juice was not real but rather extremely sweet concentrate.

I like the situation of the hotel.
In the hotel don't speak english and it was hard to understand. Also they can't give us an invoice.

The hotel is situated in the center- old Town.
Nobody speak English and it's hard to understand if you are foreigner. They can't give you an invoice if you are foreigner because you should have Italian health insurance.

Charming blend of early 20th century and modern styling in the heart of the very old part of the city. Friendly reception, walked with me to show me where to park. Good breakfast selection, with cereal, yogurt, pastries and fresh fruit. Great coffee service with all the espresso & lattes you want.
First Italian hotel in which we’ve stayed where we were not offered help to get our luggage up the stairs, and there were a lot of them. Host forgot to give us the remotes to control the AC.

The service was terrible, we were stuck waiting outside unable to get in for about 30 mins as the desk was unmanned. Very poor customer service, very basic rooms and overall would not recommend.

- central location, inside the old center of town
- parking pass included
- old world charm room, lobby and breakfast area/bar.
- plenty of antique or antique-looking furniture, including wrought iron bed, lights, dresser, etc.
- entryway felt like a Roman era grotto with fish pond.
- very good breakfast
- the internet connection was spotty at times. The staff did work on it immediately, which we appreciated immensely.
