Enough wood will be supplied for the fireplace/slow combustion wood heater for the first two nights. After that, guests must purchase top-up wood and kindling from the local petrol stations at their own cost.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
Our standard check-in time is 4 pm and check out time is 10 am. We can offer you a complimentary early check-in or late check out time as a gesture of goodwill where booking and housekeeping schedules allow. Please call our team to request this prior to your arrival. Please note that due to demand and housekeeping pressures, no early check ins or late check outs will be granted during the months of December and January. The safest way to secure a later check out or early check in is to book the property for an extra night, please contact us to see if we can offer a special rate for this extra night. Please note that Sunday late check outs must be requested and approved prior to 5 pm on the Friday evening of that week.
Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.

The property is large, and v convenient for Bendooley (which is why we took it) - but is tired, clearly has been rented our for years, and is in need of some serious investment. Most disappointing was that the kitchen was quite dirty when we arrived - the bins had not been cleaned up, in or around them, the bin drawer was broken, there was spillage in the freezer, and the dishwasher had been emptied with dirty crockery straight into cupboard. The utensils in the kitchen were in many instances really old. Rest of the house was fine, subject to the comment re being a bit tired overall.

The property was large and spacious. Lots of natural light. However, the heating in the entire property was poor. Some rooms had no heating at all and the temperature at night dipped to 5C - not pretty. Hot water in the bathrooms was also a major problem. On our second morning- there was no hot water. We found spiders in the jacuzzi and several other creepy crawlies throughout the property. And finally it was like a treasure hunt to find the rubbish bin on the property. Despite all our efforts we found none.

Had a nice stay - communication about late checkout was the only issue. I asked on Saturday morning and didn’t get a confirmation until Sunday at 5 to 10 when we were already packed and ready to go.

Family retreat at Warrington Park
The accomodation and location were excellent. The check in time of 4pm was a little unusual. It took a great deal of communication to turn this around to the standard 2pm. The oven in the kitchen could have been cleaner, considering they overall cost of the accomodation. I did notice that there wasn’t enough blankets for the cold winter nights, although you could switch on the AC for overnight use if you wanted, not the preferred choice. Overall the accomodation was well presented and very spacious. Be aware of the check in time.

This is the place to stay
What a great place. Enormous house with great appointments and so much space. Easy separate areas for 3-4 distinct groups. We had 3 generations stay together for a wedding which was just nearby. Beautiful grounds. We couldnt have asked for anything better. Thank you so much

Warrington Park
We ended up staying here due to an original wedding booking that got changed due to Covid and they wouldn't let us change the date of the booking without losing money, which I was not impressed by, however we decided to have a weekend away instead. Overall it is a very lovely property and most things were excellent however a number of little things needed attending to and I have yet to receive proper feedback about those issues. Numerous areas needed cleaning, the coffee machine didn't work as it needed descaling, one of the bedrooms had a broken light bulb, no tea bags available, sliding doors and windows impossible to open. For the money we paid I expected 5 star and it wasn't.

Our stay was a great stay, plenty of room
We would stay again in the future if we have the opportunity to do so.
The only down side was, there was only one outside bin, which was full when we arrived, which made things a little difficult, I contacted the property managers, who allowed us to leave our full garbage bags outside in the bin area. Which was all good.
I also had to empty the dishwasher, which had only been part emptied. Really minor complaints , didn’t spoil our stay. We would definitely recommend.

Driving down the long driveway to the main house you knew it was going to be a special place. Greeted with the kangaroos in the green paddock over the fence and the gentle “moos” of the cattle we felt very welcomed. The residence itself is very spacious, enough for 12 adults to still get some alone time. Nice collection of books to enjoy and really nice soothing music to play on the Bang & Olufson speakers in the main lounge. Plenty of bathroom and toilets so no one had to wait. Only disappointment of the weekend was the BBQ and oven. We expected them to be clean when we arrived but unfortunately they were not. We didn’t end up using the oven at all but we had to scrub the BBQ really well before we used it, we also have it a good clean when we finished for the next guests. Overall it was a great place to spend time with family and we will certainly be back

Poor service
Property was nice but very poor service from holiday rental specialists. I asked for assistance with sport channels on Foxtel, more firewood but no assistance. I was then asked to put the bins out on the road- a 300m walk in mud and torrential rain. I am not your servant I am a paying customer. Never book through these managers.

we rented this house for just 2 nights in order to attend a wedding. this large house was a perfect base for the ten of us. the only sad thing was that we didn't have more time to enjoy the spaces the house has to offer.

Amazing Accommodation!
This property is stunning and definitely worth the money. It is clean, very spacious and has stunning views. Close to Bowral and walking distance to Bendooleys Estate if you have a function there.

Needs some TLC
We really enjoyed our stay and the house has a really good layout. The house is a little tired in places and could do with some basic maintenance. The rugs could do with a really good clean and looks like the cleaner hasn’t vacuumed under the rugs or the lounges. Floorboards need to be revarnished in the main area. The fixes would make it a top class stay
