Owner was very friendly and accomodating.

Good location close to the railway station and town
Very basic facilities. The hot water was lukewarm. There is no airconditioning in the room and bitten by lots of mosquitoes.

I recommend this place
The owner with his wife are so nice

Basic clean no-frill rooms.
For the price we paid, we would appreciate complimentary breakfast, as well as perhaps airport transfers (which were offered by at least one other inn in Churchill)

Very close to train station.
Room is not clean and no ventilation.
Common area shows on their website is not accessible by guests

If I have to say anything good about this hotel, the proximity to the train station is probably the only one. In fathe train station.
The owner and staff here doesn't seem to be kind to me.

We loved the location it is close to the train station and our room was clean and comfortable. Bill was a welcoming, friendly and helpful host and Angela offers helpful photo tours. This place absolutely recommended.
Wish to have a TV and hot water kettle in the room.

We do not eat breakfast, however there was fresh sconce or other items baked in the morning. So the price reflected this. It was a small hotel with one central hallway leading to the owners quarters. This was nice as you met the other guest and discussed what your plans were and shared experiences and plans.
Tea or coffee was offered for a charge. I am not sure of the sconce. However when we brought our own tea bags hot water was boiled for us and there was no charge. Also when we spoke to other travelers their accommodations were considerably more expensive but they did have a much larger option for a free breakfast.

Comfortable room in a great location. Bill was a very helpful and friendly host. He arranged some great tours for us despite it being off season, and answered our many questions.
Ramp to the door was pretty slippery for most of our stay. To be expected at this time of year (spring melt), but a better solution is needed.

owner was very friendly and helpful. He got us hooked up with Bluesky mush.com for northern lights viewing and a ice dog sled ride. Jennifer and Gerald were great. Bill the owner of the motel gave us a lot of local information and the inside of the Inn had many interesting and historical items. Very good visit for a cold February
Had a temporary problem with frozen pipes but it was negative 67 windchill that night

Clean, simple, affordable, nice owner, good wifi. Great place with a good location.

The location was perfect.
Sheets on the bed did not fit. No bedding fit the bed. The bedding was for a smaller bed. Sheets and pillow cases were stained. Towels had stains. Mold in shower. Bathroom not clean enough with COVID. No cleaning done over a 4 night stay. Garbage not taken out.
$20 fee for a key to the room. Very poor.
In room fridge not working properly. Floors not vacuumed.

It was conveniently located, the rooms were comfortable and clean. Bill and Angela were very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this Inn, just be aware there is no TV.
The only down side was there was no TV. The lounge was closed due to Covid so the evenings were spent in our room. It was boring without the Tv.

The owners (Angela and Bill) are the best and made us feel like family. They are so kind,
they love nature, animals and photography
. They ensured that we got the most out of this trip, so helpful. They arranged for us to see polar bears and northern lights. We saw 6 polar bears and northern lights twice on our 4 night stay. The best place I have ever stayed at.
Nothing, it was a perfect stay♥️

I cannot say enough about my stay at the Iceberg Inn. Rooms are very comfortable and well equipped. Location is just perfect, walking distance to the train station and all services. Most importantly: Angela and Bill are truly fabulous. They did all they could to make my stay enjoyable. Angela also offers very interesting tours of Churchill and surroundings. I would definitely recommend them. Just ask and she will organize everything for you and customize it to your own interests. Thanks again Angela. It was really great !
It was just perfect !

Our hosts Bill and Angler were truly fabulous, welcoming and did all they could to make our stay as comfortable and as enjoyable as possible. The hotel is basic but very clean and very well run. A great place to stay for a northern adventure.
There isn’t anything we don’t like about the hotel accommodation. From their website we knew what to expect before we arrived so no surprises. Churchill is at the end of the line so to speak, so travellers shouldn’t expect the same facilities as one might find in the city. This is a true northern hotel which offers wonderful hospitality.

I can't stay enough about my stay at the Iceberg Inn. I can say with absolute certainty that my experience in Churchill was greatly enhanced because of Bill and Angela. They really go out of their way to ensure that their guests experience the best that Churchill has to offer. I couldn't imagine my trip without them being part of it. The location is amazing, just a short 100m from the train station. It's on the main street close to all the restaurants and directly across from the grocery store. They are both so kind and friendly. Angela offers wonderful tours and takes the most stunning photographs as part of the tours. I got the best shots of the auroras thanks to her. Thank you Bill and Angela for a most memorable trip. Tina :)
Nothing really to be honest.

The location was great - close to the train station, grocery store, bay shoreline, and tour facilities. Bill was friendly and allowed me to check-in early and store my bags after check-out.
There were some noisy guests that kept coming in and out in the middle of the night on their first day of arrival - banging doors and talking very loudly. It almost seemed like they were having a party. Subsequent nights they were quieter.

EXCELLENT location! Very down to earth management. Flexible schedules. Comprehensive Knowledge of community. Management offered suggestions for comfortable train travel, which was great advice! I had such a hassle free stay at the iceberg. The environment that was our home for 7days in Churchill was a place I felt safe, relaxed and very comfortable. Thank you Iceberg for offering a wonderful spot to land for our Churchill adventures!!
I didn't like the fact that we had to leave.

I had a great time staying at Iceberg Inn! The hosts Bill and Angela were the friendliest and warmest people you could ask for. They went out of their ways to ensure I had a great stay and even took me out on awesome polar bear photo trips in their own car for no extra cost.

I really like the location of the inn:just on the first right side building when you walk out 100meters from the train station ,the grocery store and the only all-day opened restaurant just on the opposite street! Haha nice to the polar bear sighting season (really chilly)
Also, the tiny living and dining room so cozy makes you feel like in home
