Everything about this residence is top of the line, first class and immaculately clean. Featuring stunning 180 degree postcard-perfect views of the Championship Golf Course at PGA National Golf Club. We rent only to responsible guests who want the best of Palm Beach in a quiet, quality environment.

Completely renovated in the summer of 2018, this residence features all new furniture, floor coverings and accessories. The designer kitchen is all new and perfect for private dining or entertaining. The mattress are new and extremely comfortable with 500 thread count sheets and linens. New TV's in all bedrooms and the living room with High Speed WIFI throughout the residence. Spectacular private terrace features golf course and water views.

GOLF CLUB AND RESORT AMENITIES NOT AVAILABLE.

The residence is located within the gated PGA National Resort, home the Honda Classic on the PGA Tour. There are beautiful parks on the property and great restaurants are just minutes from the condo. Juno Beach is a 9 minute drive and is one of the best beaches in South Florida with free parking. West Palm Beach is a 15 minute drive from the condo; walk the famous Worth Avenue in West Palm Beach or take a 5 minute drive to the Gardens Mall (Indoor and Outdoor). The outlet mall is located off Hwy 95 and is only 10 minutes from the condo. Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) is 15 minute away. Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL) is 45 minute away.

There is free parking within the gated community next to the residence.

Pets that are above 25 pounds are strictly prohibited by the PGA community. If you wish to bring a pet, I need to register it and you must include a pet at the time of booking. I do charge a pet fee.

Overall a nice place and enjoyable experience. We had difficulty locating the place since the address was listed as Brakencourt Terrace instead of Brakencourt Cove.

Condo is spacious and clean. Kitchen was equipped well for preparing meals. We had 2 couples staying and the bedrooms gave each of us privacy. Neighborhood is nice for walking or running.

PGA is close to restaurants, shopping, etc. This is a nice property, the property manager is very responsive and attentive.

Our stay was terrific. The condo is as described and the pictures are very accurate. The beds are super comfortable and all of the finishes and furnishings are first rate. Sitting on the balcony in the morning watching birds was lovely. We had the opportunity to enjoy many restaurants in PBG and Jupiter. Hope to come back.

I did love the location & privacy - It’s located in an apt complex with mostly private owners, nice wooded neighborhood adjacent to PGA golf course & loved the pool (quiet, private, gets all-day sun). The owners are not very friendly tho, especially at the pool. The unit itself, however, NEEDS WORK. The outside needs to be power washed big time & entry way has cobwebs & bugs everywhere & screened-in patio needs to be updated. Inside flooring is fake hardwood that’s coming up in places. The walls are all WHITE & desperately need repainting. They are dirty & scuffed,. A fresh coat of paint would go a very long way! The refrigerator has dents & the dishwasher pulls out from underneath the cabinet when opened. There’s a lint filter for the dryer outside kitchen window - the filter was overflowing with lint - an obvious & serious fire hazard. Dining room & living room furniture needed a deep scrubbing. There’s a black plastic “chandelier” that’s cheap & tacky - needs to be replaced in my opinion. Couch has two white scruffy “decorative” pillows that are dingy & just gross. I didn’t even want to sit on the couch by the look of those pillows. Bedrooms - beds were comfy - BUT- on 1st night we were awakened at 2 am bc the entire clothing rack in one of the closets crashed to the floor. We had to buy a cheap portable clothing rack from Target for our hanging clothes. 3rd tiny bedroom no window & no dresser. That room looked like an institution- my kids refused to sleep in it. NOT cozy...one bathroom is completely outdated, while the second is very nice & clearly newly remodeled. Also, the until has verticals blinds on all windows which are OLD & cheap & many are missing. Air handler had NO FILTER & filthy with dust & cobwebs. Also, no gym to work out in. Overall - the unit is WAY overpriced for what you get. It’s just dirty & needs a lot of TLC. It has so much potential. This is an honest & sincere review.

Very easy check in process. Property is clean and well cared for. Location was good for our purposes. Owner was responsive to email, though we seemed to misunderstand each other in one or two emails which required some back and forth. Parking was easy. Lots of nice restaurants nearby. I would stay here again.

Place was exactly as pictures, located near everything we needed to do which was golf. Getting in and out of community was a breeze. Beds were comfortable and it has all the things you need to live good for a week.

Loved this condo. Very tastefully decorated, comfortable, roomy and CLEAN!! We live in the community across the street, Mirasol. With a house full of family we needed a place to escape. This 2bdr/2ba suited us perfectly. The beds were so comfy we slept like royalty. Great golf view, sweet wrap-around, screened lanai was great for morning coffee and watching the early birds golfing. The next time we have a house full of guests we certainly use this pleasant escape.

Stayed in this condo for two weeks for use as a central location for golf up and down the 95 Corredor. It was clean, appeared just like the photos. The bed was very comfortable. Lots of hot water and good pressure. Working with the owner was very simple and easy and while only one crisis arose while I was there, it was handled within hours. There is Security checkpoints after dark which I appreciated.

We totally enjoyed our stay at PGA National. The unit was exactly as shown in the photos , very pretty & exceptionally clean. The property manager Diane was very pleasant . As others have stated in their reviews, be sure you totally understand that staying here does NOT entitle you to use of the courses at PGA National. We did not understand that at the time of booking but we were fortunate to have access to the courses through other connections. You can however utilize the Spa which is also really nice . We will definitely return!!!

The unit was womderful! Great expansive view of the greens and fairways. It has large oversized windows to view all the beauty that surrounds it. Big comfy beds and plenty of amenities for convenience right in the area. Great location that is accessible to shopping, beach, dining & entertainment. Owner is very helpful and when you arrive, she has instructions for everything. All owners should do this! Walkin closets, big rooms, great bathrooms and fabulous water pressure. We had a few hiccups which were addressed ASAP! Just book it!!

It was such a nice location! And everything we needed was there. The beds were soooo comfortable. It was very helpful supplying the linens and towels! I couldn't say enough about this place. Loved the pool too! We definitely will spread the word to people to stay here.Thank you!!

Clean and roomy. Nice location. Great view of hole 1 on Squire, a private golf course (you can not play on but there are several close by) gated community but easy to get through security. Had all the amenities we needed. Pool was also close and quiet clean and big. I’ll be back.

We really enjoyed staying at this property and the unit had everything we needed. Please be aware that staying there does not give you access to play at the PGA National golf courses, which are only available to hotel guests or members. We wish we knew that before we booked--that was the whole reason we went there.
