About this apartment rental
Contemporary apartment of 76 m² for 4/5 persons with sea view.
Located alone on the 3rd and last floor with an elevator to the 2nd floor.
Private named parking space in the basement, entrance with remote control, elevator serving the garage and the apartment. Note that the parking space is narrow.
Located 500 m from the sandy beach Portez and 400 m from the pier, starting point for the islands of Ouessant and Molène and excursions at sea.
At 20m from the local shops, delicatessens, restaurants, pancake shops and all the good regional products on the local market on Tuesday morning.
You enter on a large living room with view on the port and the peninsula of Kermorvan.
You have a living room with table and chairs for 6 people, a 3-seater sofa and a trunk.
A fully equipped American kitchen with a return bar on the dining room.
A living room with a sofa bed and a flat screen TV. Possible sleeping arrangements for 1 or 2 people.
Room 1 : bed of 140, a bedside table, a chair, a dresser and a dressing table.
Room 2 : two beds of 90, a chest of drawers and two shelves.
A bathroom with bathtub, washbasin and towel rack.
An independent WC.
Water is included in your rental contract
Electricity :
- in summer (May 1st to September 30th) a fixed price of 100 Kwh/week is offered to you then real consumption
- in winter period (October 1st to April 30th) real consumption.
Only one small animal will be accepted on the rental, thank you to make the request when you book.
Optional: final cleaning, sheets at 24 euros per set and towels at 12 euros per set (one large, one medium towel and one washcloth).
Short stays: minimum 3 nights, from 102 euros / night (except June, July, August and September).

Nous avons apprécié l'appartement pour sa vue, son emplacement et sa décoration de bon goût. Le spectacle des couchers de soleil est un régal chaque soir.

Une vue et une localisation idéale
L'appartement possède une vue magnifique qui donne l'impression d'être dans un bateau. Il est très bien situé (superbe boulangerie en face) pour se promener au Conquet. Il est très bien équipé et adapté aux familles. A recommander.

Appartement clair, grand espace, avec vue imprenable sur le petit port. Central 🅿� privé
Quelque soit le temps, on se régale de la vue. Les promenades sont nombreuses et faciles. Les habitants du Conquet sont charmants.

Dans l'appartement il y a tous ce que'il faut. Le plus grand atout est la vue, vous voyez la mer, le presque'il Kermorvan, la plage des Grand Sablon, le port, on a passé beaucoup de temps devant les fenetres!

Bel appartement, nous avons bien apprécié sa situation et sa vue imprenable sur le port. Proximité des commerces. Séjour très agréable que nous recommandons à tous. Les photos présentées sont fidèles à la réalité.
