About this house rental
This charming reed lake cottage is situated on an incredible spot directly at the Lake Paterswoldse meer in Haren. Twenty minutes cycle distance to the Center of Groningen in a beautiful recreational and nature reserve. It is a three bedroom holiday home, with a bath/shower combi, toilet and on the 1st floor a separate toilet as well.
The lake view from surrounding and enclosed private garden is fenomenal in all seasons and weather circumstances.
The garden is fully private and enclosed, there is a shed with bikes (2 lady bikes, one gentlemens bike) but you can rent bikes nearby. In the shed there is a 4 wheel luggage cart available, big enough for 2 big ikea blue bags full and a smaller shopping cart on 2 wheels.
In the house there is all you need to have a comfortable stay. There is free WIFI available.
At ground floor there is the entrance, livingroom with 2 big sofas and a dining area with 4 seats. There is TV with 3 dutch canals and Netflix available in all languages. And there is a kitchen fully equiped with Nespresso, dishwasher (tablets are incl.) oven combi with microwave, fridge and freezer, There is a ceramic plate to cook. There are enough pots and pans available. On first floor there are 3 bedrooms (1 masterbedroom with 160x200 queensize bed, 1 normal sized bedroom with 140x200 bed and the 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds). On request we have an extra single bed to add to the master bedroom. High chair and babycot is available on request. Towels and prepared beds on request for a linnen fee. Final cleaning is obligatory, same for housekeeping in case of a longer stay.
