This upgraded oceanfront condo has everything you could possibly want to make your next beach vacation the best! This fully furnished condo has Wi-Fi, flat screen TVs and a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. The best part of the condo is the large balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and southern shores! The view is AMAZING! Our unit is located on the 8th floor and has an elevator for easy access. This condo recently received new flooring, upgrades to the bathrooms, a new dishwasher and new king size mattress. We also provide 2 beach chairs and a beach umbrella for your enjoyment. This condo is just south of Myrtle Beach and minutes away from dining and attractions. We require a minimum stay of 2 nights and our guest must meet the minimum age requirement of 25. This is a pet free and smoke-free condo.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this condo, and it was truly a great vacation. From the moment we arrived, we were excited by the great views of the beach and the convenient access to it. The condo itself was sparkling clean and well-maintained. It had everything we needed and more. The owner, Donovan, deserves major kudos. They were incredibly friendly and responsive to any questions we had throughout our stay. Their attentiveness made the entire experience even smoother. One of the things we loved most about the location was how uncrowded it felt. We were able to enjoy the peacefulness of the beach without feeling overwhelmed. It also felt very safe and secure, which put our minds at ease. An added bonus was never having to wait for a table at any of the restaurants nearby! The condo's proximity to Huntington Beach State Park was another huge perk. We spent several afternoons exploring the park's trails, walking to the breakers, and soaking up the natural beauty. Unfortunately, no alligators were seen on this trip. Overall, our stay at this condo was wonderful. The combination of stunning beachfront views, a clean and well-stocked condo, a friendly and responsive owner, a safe and uncrowded location, and easy access to the state park made for an unforgettable experience. We would certainly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway. Thanks again, Donovan!!!

We found this property to be exactly what we saw on line. Great view of the ocean from the spacious balcony. Well kept and clean. Comfortable furniture. Located within short driving distance to the restaurants in Murrell's Inlet and Surfside, as well as some terrific golf. Will recommend this unit to others when travelling this way.

This is a nice place. I would highly recommend it but for the noise from the service room next-door. The noise was all the time. Took away from the unit. Having the washer and dryer in the apartment was great. The bed was super comfortable. The view was excellent.

Second time at this condo and it does not disappoint. The view is great and the space is ideal. Everything you need for a weekend or week away. This time, the host really had a chance to shine because there was a small problem at check-in and he was super responsive and helpful. It was all sorted out quickly and graciously.. Problems will happen from time to time and you never want them to happen at all. But you never know how good your host is until they have a chance to help. Will book there again as soon as we can.

Wonderful location with great view of ocean and beach from 8th balcony. Condo had everything you could need and a very comfortable bed. Easy access to many activities and a short drive to bars and restaurants. We come back time and again. Love the place!

Stunning view of the ocean from the balcony! Located close to shopping, dining and sightseeing. Condo is tastefully decorated, and the kitchen was a big surprise! The owner has the basic supplies already there! Everything worked great and we ate all our dinners and most of our breakfasts there. Fishing at the pier was successful for me. New king bed is comfortable. Large TV in the living room was great. All in all, a perfect places to for a couples' retrrat

We stayed at this condo for a few days for some r&r. The listing was accurate. Amazing views. Fully updated condo. Comfortable king size bed. 2 bathrooms which was appreciated. Donovan was extremely helpful and responsive. The view from the balcony cannot be beat. I would stay again. Many thanks to the owner.

Overall property was wonderful. Everything was clean and well maintained. Parking was never an issue. The pool and hot tub were clean and an appropriate temperature. Condo it's self had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely stay here again!!

I rented this condo for my parents to stay at for a couple days. They really enjoyed there stay. They said it was very clean and nice. Ocean front and views were great. They loved sitting on the balcony. Property manager, Donavon, was great. I had to contact him bc we thought the code wasn't working but my parents went to the wrong condo, lol. He was very nice and helpful on the phone. We would definitely book through Donavon again and stay at this condo again as well.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful oceanfront condo. The condo was clean and well-maintained with a comfortable bed and many amenities. Our host Donovan was on top of communication from booking to check-in to check-out. The best part of our stay was having our morning coffee on a private balcony overlooking the ocean. Just perfect!

We got off to a rocky start when the entrance code would not allow us into the property. However, Donovan, property manager, responded quickly. The views of the ocean were spectacular. Surprisingly the unit was quiet for such a large property. It was clean, well maintained. Unfortunately the previous occupant(s) had broken the door frame which we were made aware of.

Our second time here: We will be back in July 2023. Donovan and Liz are great hosts! We were surprised a bit at this visit’s overall cleanliness. Some (not all) of the towels wreaked of cigarette smoke - had to wash them prior to use. The shelving in the bathrooms and the creases in the master bathroom vanity have not been touched (wiped) in more than a bit. This can be verified with a site visit. Suspect this is a contractor issue and not willing to place blame on Liz and Donovan. That said, we will be back.

Condo was updated, clean, very well stocked, beautiful view and nice size balcony. We loved the condo had a hallway down the l side of entrance leading past the master bedroom and bath, a half bath and a small but well equipped kitchen. Nice dining table and large living space. Very easy entrance and exit with code and all went well with the rental process.

You can't beat the location of this condo. It has an amazing oceanfront view. This condo is non-smoking, but every time we were on the balcony it smelled like cigarette smoke from other balconies. It was not super clean, but overall this place was amazing! We would stay here again.
