Be prepared to be amazed at all the luxurious fun packed in this unassuming three-story in the Oceanlake neighborhood just a few blocks from the ocean. Things start out right on the ground floor, with a lovely private sitting area, patio and queen bedroom suite and a smashing game room with bunk beds, Foosball, TV and loads of games to play. Upstairs via the sky-lit staircase you’ll find hardwood floors, an upscale kitchen and dining room, a living room with a flat-screen TV/DVD/VCR, a large deck for lounging outdoors and a king bedroom suite. On the third floor, the spoiling really begins, with two ocean view queen bedrooms, each with its own large corner gas fireplace, TV, and full bath with walk-in shower, walk-in closet and spa tub. Every inch is beautifully appointed and designed with your comfort in mind.

Not sure I can add anything to other reviews. So I thought I would describe layout of house. You walk in the front door to your right is a door to the garage. The garage is set up as a TV room, ping pong table, extra table eating area, laundry room. On the other side of the room there is a door directly to a dog run.

This is a great property, lots of room for everyone. Love that there are four master bedrooms and ensuite's! The ping pong table was a big hit. Short walk to public beach access, shops and dining. There is a small fenced area in the back that the dogs enjoyed. This house has ALOT OF STAIRS! The deck railing needs to be replaced asap.

Clean and comfortable house! Good location - walking distance to the beach and the shops in Lincoln City. We were not able to stream our own entertainment services, so next time I may bring my chrome-cast plug-in dongle and then 'cast' from my tablet. But this was a minor thing - we had a great time in the house and enjoyed the Oregon coast very much!

Perfect house for multigenerational family gatherings. The Kitchen is totally equipped with everything needed to make all our meals here. The central location is perfectly centrally located to everything! This was our second summer coming to this same home because we love it that much!

This was the second time we have stayed at this property. Every year we bring 5 adults and 3 kids to Lincoln city to celebrate 2 birthday’s. We enjoy the layout of this house. There is space for everyone! The kitchen is stocked with gadgets and even some extras like spices and pancake supplies. The walk to the beach is maybe 3-5 minutes.

This property was very clean and nice. The game room was lots of fun for me and my two teenage boys. It was pretty wet and rainy two of the days so we had a long long tournament in the garage! There was coffee pods for the Keurig which was a very nice surprise since we forgot to bring coffee! Overall a great stay and an amazing family vacation.

This was the perfect home for our family (grandparents, uncles, kids, my husband and I). We had plenty of space and we were happy with the amenities. When I contacted the property managers because the microwave wasn't working, they immediately responded and sent someone out to fix it the same day.

We come with our families to celebrate our moms 60th birthday. The house provided enough rooms and space for everyone. The house was very well stocked with supplies for cooking. The kids loved the game room in the garage. The house was within walking distance of the beach with easy access. Also walking distance of shops and food.

This house was very nice and well equipped. The entertainment room was the place to hang out. Short walk to beach. Access to the kitchen and most bedrooms is up one set of stairs or more, which should be considered for family members with mobility constraints -not impossible but not easy either.

Where to begin - this house was absolutely perfect. We had 6 adults & 4 kids in our party and the house was a perfect size. The kitchen was large enough to cook huge family meals. Kids had a blast hanging out and playing in the play & game rooms. You couldn't hear them while on the top floor in the queen suites. Speaking of queen suites, the view from the rooms was beautiful. The huge jet bath tub was perfect for soaking after a long day at the beach. 1 minor con - the stairs. If you are not a huge fan of them, I don't recommend staying here. But if you don't mind, book this house for your next family vacation.

Our three generation family enjoyed our stay in this spacious home. There is plenty of room for privacy as well as group activities. Great location for beach access. The property needs a thorough cleaning like carpets and walls with some paint touching up on worn and marked areas. The kitchen was well equipped and the garage turned game room was great fun!

The place was nice, clean, easy beach access, lots of space and we really liked how all the rooms have their own fully sized bathrooms, kitchen is fully stocked with everything that we needed for cooking purposes and the garage/game room was a hit with the kids. Couple of thing though and one of them was mentioned before from previous comments: The cleaning lady was there and still cleaning upon our arrival and we arrived past 5 pm. We kind of find it odd and unsafe how the downstairs bedroom with the kid’s bunk beds has a sliding door with no lock screen or maybe a piece of wood just to secure the sliding door from being easily opened. Grill wasn’t clean so we didn’t use it and on our last night we left some wet Nike sliders outside by the front door to dry from our beach trip and in the morning two of them was gone. Other than that it was a good and fun stay. We do recommend it though I don’t think we’ll be back soon.

Horrible Communication with Owner

During our stay, a man showed up to show the property because it is currently up for sale. He walked in with no masks. The people he had also had no masks on. We had babies exposed and older folks as well. I tried calling the property owner with no luck had to go through Vrbo. Finally got ahold of some just to tell us "that shouldn't have happened and won't happen again" it scared all the little kids and could have potentially killed someone.

The screen door, the garbage can and a chair on the deck were broken. The fresh towels were still in the dryer. There was a ring around the Jacuzzi tub. A shower had hair in it from the previous resident. The carpets were severely stained. The basement smelled like dog urine. The barbecue had no propane is rusted and is falling apart.

We had a wonderful stay here and the location was excellent. It was a little walk to the beach, but we didn't mind. We had just lost our mom and were coming to the coast for a much needed get away and there was room for the whole family. The property was clean and spacious and had enough dishes to accommodate our large family meals.

The house was not very clean, the sink was plugged and when the handy man came, he was not happy to be there, not very friendly, and acted as though we were the ones that had put the rice down the disposal. the down stairs toilet seat was broken so everytime you sat on it it felt like you were going to fall off. The house is not for elderly or people with physical disabilities, everything is upstairs. The children's bunk beds are by sliding doors that to not have a lock brace, stick or anything other than the lock on the door. Parents did not like that at all. We literally swept a half to a cup of sand off the floor down stairs. Despite all of this, we had a great time.

Our family got together for my birthday weekend in Lincoln City. The house had the features I wanted, which were a bathroom for every bedroom, and was pet friendly. We especially enjoyed the kitchen/dining area , as we played lots of board games. Dealing with management was easy and they responded quickly. It was a good weekend!

Overall most was good but you need improvement on your housekeeping. On main floor the patio door was filthy, a pot on the patio was full of cigarette butts. On the top floor noticed candy wrapper under bed. Some of the bathrooms had no towels in them and we had to get out of dryer ourselves and fold them. Also had to call for propane and BBQ was very dirty. Also your tv service is hard to figure out especially in bedrooms.
