We loved the size of the house, good location, and the en-suite bathrooms for every bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked with many things with a surprising absence of storage containers, plastic wrap or foil, oils, spices. The fridge stayed at 50 degrees except for overnight when it got down to 40 đŹ. There is some mold in the shower of the king bedroom on the second floor. The game room is fun, there are at least three pack n play cribs for babies and a couple of booster seats. Very comfortable for a large crowd but they really need to fix that fridge.

We were looking for a place for a big-0 family birthday party that had a large dining room table for all of us gathering for meals as well as a place that had a large kitchen for prepping meals together as well as things for kids to do inside and a close walk to the beach! We also wanted a place that had lots of places to sit in the living room for people to hang out that was modern and comfortable and clean and had lots of bathrooms and bedrooms and beds! We love the Great room set up for all of these things on our must-have list! This home exceeded our expectations! Plus, it wasnât as expensive as other beachfront homes! This still had a beach view and it felt like beach front! Thank you for sharing your home with us!!

We've had the pleasure of staying at this house before, so we knew what to expect. Everything is lovely here. Communication is really great, prompt, and easily accessible. Be prepared to hit your stairs goals, as the main living/kitchen space is on the 3rd floor! The giant dining table is perfect for card games at one end and puzzle construction at the other. Wifi worked for everyone, with no lagging. The TV remote had some issues as well, but we were able to download the app it, so we had a workaround. Only critiques would be that the pullouts in the living room and media room were broken and unable to be used, lessening the total number of beds available. Thankfully, we did have a few gals not come, so we weren't in a pinch for sleeping arrangements. Really enjoyed our stay, and will pick this house again and again! Thank you!!

Big house in a good location, but overall nothing special. The house wasnât as clean as you would expect and some stuff was broken like the hot tub cover, ping pong table/net, and the pull out couch as previous reviews mentioned. It looks like at one point someone attempted to duct tape it together, but it didnât work and itâs basically unusable as a bed. Which was disappointing considering the price to rent this place.

Perfect! Beach House in Lincoln City!
Wood floors throughout that do not creak, this wonderful home was perfect and met our needs. Each floor seemed quiet, though we had 12 people stay with us.
The rooms are so important for your guests! These rooms had incredible views, linens and bedding that were georgous made with high quality material! Several of these rooms had its own bathroom! The entire property was clean and felt clean!
The Kitchen, on the 3rd floor, was smartly stocked every dish or utensil was readily available. All appliances work! A massive dining table sits in front of a wall of windows to look out over the seascape where you can sit for hours.
This 3rd floor is the most relaxing and inviting flloor. It is big and accommodating, plenty of comfy seating or napping with views of the ocean that won't stop! It has a big TV with an amazing sound system. I love this property I was so satisfied!
We wanted to invite some local family over but due to the limit of people allowed in the house we were prohibited.
The bottom floor had a foosball table, air hockey, and pingpong table and tv with gaming system Brilliant fun room for play!
Over all I can't give this a hire rating. It is good too, because this was a.... "if this isn't good we are not staying at a home property again we will stick to Hotels (yuck)" But it exceeded our hopes and expectations.

Great family house
The home was perfect for 14 of us from ages 4 to 65 to gather. As long as youâre ok with stairs, itâs great. The upstairs living, dining rooms and kitchen were the perfect place to eat, gather and hang out. The younger kids loved the downstairs game room. There were enough bathrooms for everyone and the bedrooms were all well thought out. The only two things we had issues with were the grill and the disposal. The grill is completely worthless and barely useable. The disposal clogged up and maintenance never showed up so we had to get some Drano to clear it up. Otherwise, it was a wonderful house and experience, close to the beach and downtown Lincoln City.

Perfect Location!
This house is gorgeous and is located in the perfect place! Right next to a park with easy access to the beach. 5 minute drive to town. Adults, teens, and kids fully enjoyed the bonus/game room.
Few issues with the cleanliness of the home.... There is mold around every sink/bathtub and mold in all of the window jams. Dirty towels were left in the washing machine and all of the towels were left in the dryer. There were no towels in any of the bedrooms. Hot tub area had empty beer bottles hidden in the back corner....
Besides the little things, this house was great! Everyone had their own room and their own bathroom, which made having a huge family together much more comfortable. The kitchen is huge and fully stocked with anything you need.
We would definitely stay here again.

We were very please with our stay with three exceptions: Barbecue was rusted so it had no bottom to radiate heat and the burner only partially worked. The stove oven was not functioning correctly. We had to call to get the code to unlock the house because it was never sent and there were no instructions for our housekeeping responsibilities before we left - we had to again call. If you desire, I could copy and send you what we received for instructions before we arrived.

Confusion - email contained inaccurate information.
The email sent for check-in was inaccurate. It stated there were 2 parking spots in front but the garage had been converted to a game room. The internet code was incorrect (correct in the binder but wrong in the email). The door code was wrong. We received a text from VRBO at 4 that we could check in but when we arrived the housekeeper sent us away. The towels were still in the washer and some of the linens on the beds were still wet. There was an old (very black) banana peel in the game room along with popcorn on the floor. The space and view were great though.

The house was very nice. The location was nice and close to the beach. Plenty of bedding and towels. The kitchen was well appointed with lots of dishes, glasses, cups and appliances. Loved the big, long dining table where we could all gather together for big meals and games.
The only negative thing was two of the pullout couches were broken so two people had to sleep on the couch instead of in a bed. Also, the outdoor grill is TINY. Not the right size for this house. The wifi information we were given was not correct but luckily we had some techies in our group that got us set up. The app for the house was a nice feature. All in all, we made some great family memories in this house.

Fun Vaca on the Oregon Coast
The Fairwinds Journey is the perfect home for a large family gathering. The kitchen is fully stocked, the kitchen table seats 14, and the view of the ocean/beach area is awesome. The bedrooms all have their own bathrooms and the beds are comfortable. We loved our stay there.

The house was beautiful. A little expensive for the winter. The bedding was dirty in a number of the rooms, and there was not extra sheets, pillows. etc to exchange for the dirty ones. The couches were duct tapes together in areas. The rental company was difficult to work with--I would much rather work with an owner and would probably not look for any other homes with Meredith Lodging LLC unless there was no more homes available. They were not able to help with ANY special requests and everything revolved around money not around the client or customers needs. If they would change their customer service it would be much more pleasant to work with them. I have rented from airbnb, VRBO, Homeaway, small town private/local companies, etc., that have been a much better experience and that I would recommend to family way before this company.
