Family and Friends at the Blue!

We like the location, easy access to everything and my kids loves the pool. Also, having a kitchenette in the room is bonus points😍

The sofa bed was not comfortable at all.The towel hook behind the washroom door needed to be change in to something that can hold towel because the towel won't stay it keeps falling.

Very enjoyable

I enjoyed being right in the village

We did not get clean towels daily or garbage picked up No one came to the room to see to those needs except the last day. We stayed 4 nights

Fun village feel but hotel accommodations in need of updating.

Great village setting. Walking distance to all restaurants and shops. Live music at night! Activity fun pass. Pool area was decent. Great pool hours!

Hotel room was very dated. Expected a more modern room for the price. No fitted bedsheet on beds. Bottom sheet didn’t even reach the bottom of the bed where feet reach. Room was smelly when we arrived. Shampoo/conditioner/body wash bottles way too small. Should have pump in showers. Lobby was dated and needed a lot of repairs - broken floor in main entrance. Scrapes and scuffs on most walls. Disappointing to pay extra taxes at the restaurants.

I would never stay at this property again.

The staff that worked in the surrounding restaurants were friendly

It was very run down not clean extremely over crowded and the staff at the front desk were rude and unhelpful. We asked to have our room cleaned with fresh towels they told us we needed to give 24 hours notice. So we asked for just fresh towels and they told us even that wasn’t possible without 24 hours notice. Ridiculous service for the price.

how you just walked out and tour in the village. I love that there is the kitchenette. It was pretty great actually 😊

Great location. Good size suite. Very clean and comfortable. Loved the balcony too

Stay was very nice and I would go back!

We liked the use of the pool and that it was heated. Good system with booking pool time. Location was right above coffee shop and close to other shops as well.

The walls are thin in this hotel so we could hear the family above us running or people who were speaking loudly in the hall.

Amazing experience for my first time to Blue Mountain.

The proximity to everything in the village. Was pleasantly surprised with the one bedroom suite and how spacious it was.

Outdoor pool could be a bit warmer.

Good location, good outdoor spa!!

I had a great experience in the Mosaic Hotel. The lobby’s staff was very gentle and kind, and the housekeeper was very nice, they made some toy towels on the bed before I arrived, and when I needed an extra blanket, they gave it to me very gently. I appreciated all of the kind. Moreover, I strongly recommend the outdoor warm pool and the hot tub. It was enough to feel calm and relaxed on these quiet winter nights.

So much fun would return!

We for a one night stay with my husband and our nephew. The room was big and clean. The pool and hot tub were really nice and relaxing. Really co that it’s all season. Staff were very nice and location was fantastic.

Would be awesome if the hotel had breakfast. The wait times for breakfast close by and fairly long but worth it.

The bed was not a comfortable oné And the blanket weighted a tón. the bed was So high that i could barely reach it And I am 5-7 Tall. The rest of the room was Great. Also, the sauna was not in order?

Spacious and clean Easy walk to the ski field Small kitchenette was useful especially as food in the village is expensive (and limited) Spa was nice after a day on the slopes
