Our 4 bedroom 2 bath with spa holiday house has all the comforts of home, a Chefs Kitchen with granite tops, ensuite with spa and shower, second bathroom with bath and shower, stylish furnishings throughout, entertainment area outdoors and landscaped gardens.
Fully ducted reverse cycle Air-conditioning in all rooms will ensure you are comfortable throughout your stay and there is linen and bedding provided.
Our stylish outdoor area with reconstructed Australiana outhouse and BBQ will ensure you enjoy the outdoors during your stay.

We booked this property for a special holiday with family and friends. We were not disappointed. Spacious, spotlessly clean, and well equipped. Rarely do you find a property that sleeps 8 and has enough kitchen equipment to cook for 8, preparing meals was a joy in this kitchen, and the outdoor patio space was wonderful. All the bedrooms were spacious with plenty of storage space and as we were staying for 16 nights the host arranged clean bed linen for us. Communication with Sue the host was speedy and very responsive and although we had no issues during our stay, I was confident that if we had a problem she would be on it immediately.
The area of Victoria Park is close to the airport and central Perth. Albany highway has an amazing choice of excellent restaurants and shops, with a Coles less than 10min walk away. We would not hesitate to book this property again it was a real home from home and it made our holiday. Top marks for a beautiful property.

Visited Perth for the first time and the location of this property is fantastic close to eateries public transport and shopping. As for the property everything you need for a fabulous stay. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

A beautiful old style home with modern and luxurious decor.
4 bedrooms spacious and beds comfy with plenty of pillows blankets and crisp linen
Fab kitchen with all modern equipment and great indoor outdoir flow. Loved the outhouse too. And pretty garden.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in an extremely well presented home. The outdoor area was very useful to share a meal with other family members who were also visiting Perth. The location is also excellent as it is a short walk to a large variety of restaurants and shops.

This house exceeded our expectations
We have stayed in a lot of stayz houses in Perth being from the Pilbara and This place is hands down the best, from location, size, bed configuration. The owners were thoughtful with check out times and the house had absolutely everything you needed. We will definitely recommend to friends when staying in Perth!

Family holiday to Perth, Victoria Park.
Great communication with Sue (owner) from initial enquiry during the stay and end. Victoria Park is a great area with great restaurants, pubs and shops close by and in walking distance. Great access to Perth and surrounding areas. House was great and well appointed for family (5) and grandparents, very clean. Out doors was lovely to eat and drink.

Excellent place to stay!
Lovely house in walking distance to many pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. Very up to date amenities and decorations. Excellent place to stay if you want to enjoy Perth outside of the busy downtown core, but still be close to the public transit system. Will be recommending this place to my friends and family.

Good place to stay and location
Though my friends stay on the property, they told me it is a nice place with all amenities in place. Unfortunately I did not meet with the owner, who happened to drop in.
The key to the units seems easy to handle.

Beautiful character home in a great location for dining out in vic park!
Beautiful spacious home, loved learning the history with the photo album. Held our party of 6 well. Comfortable and well equipped. Loved the porch and deck and enjoyed the sunny weather we had making the most of both.
Friendly neighbours too. Enjoyed strolling out in the evenings to Vic Park where there is so much choice for dining.

Beautiful, very well appointed, lots of space in a very handy location
Centro Perth Short Stay was perfect for our family. The hosts have thought of everything you might need during the stay. Recommend to families with older or teenage kids who need their space so parents can have some sanity. Vic Park is perfectly located to access transport routes to any corner of Perth. Very quite area although not far from a main road.

This is a spacious and tastefully decorated, fully renovated home. There is ample room and all needs are met. The hosts are friendly, professional and hospitable.

We throughly enjoyed our 6 days stay. Very beautiful, comfortable, big & spacious fully furnished house. Good location. Nearby to restaurants, supermarkets & mall. Minutes drive to places of interest. We will definately come back on our next visit to Perth. Thank you for a nice place & lovely experience.

Absolutely perfect
Loved every minute. House is beautiful. Plenty of room for couples or families. 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets. Public transport to the city was easy. Highly recommend this beautiful house.
