For one night and go is ok

The room have a lovely terrace with balcony. Free parking in front of the hostel The owner was gently and explained all right away

Bed was quiet uncomfortable. Very noisy neighbour next door and the hallway unfortunately was bit smoky

Agua saliendo por la alcantarilla en la entrada malo olor en el hostal y las camas ruidosas y colchones viejos de muelles se sentaban y hundamos aire acondicionado hace más ruido que un tractor dos días con dolor de espalda… las paredes se escucha los vecinos hablando y mas cosas….

Excelente!!

Fue muy amable la persona que nos recibió que tuvo el detalle de ponernos un calefactor en la habitación antes de llegar. La habitación súper grande, con camas cómodas y sin ruidos de la calle. Mejor relacion calidad-precio no solo de Villajoyosa sino de toda la provincia de Alicante. No entendemos algunas malas opiniones que nos hicieron dudar a la hora de reservarla. Volveremos pronto sin duda..

Que había que aparcar al lado de la carretera, (aunque al menos había aparcamiento)

Vieze airconditioning in kamer 6, rioollucht uit de badkamer. Het uitzicht uit het raam. De tv hing zo aan de muur dat tv kijken onmogelijk was. Achterstallige schoonmaak in de hal beneden, bij het raam naast de trap

Reception rather odd. No open door, high music, very smokey. But we got what we needed in the end. Reception not open when we left.

Great “ bolt hole” enjoyed being close to lovely uncommercialised beach. Value for money. Helpful friendly manager. Clean and quiet.

Very good

Only 1 person running the whole accommodation and was always there to help, very friendly on arrival and consistent throughout my whole stay. Close to the train station and a stones throw from the beach. Would reccomend to anyone who wants acces to Benidorm but also appreciates the smaller surrounding areas. 15 min walk to the local town Villajoyosa which is definitely worth checking out. Also had plenty of parking at the accommodation.

It was described as ‘ Beachside ‘ but directly opposite was a forest, and a Petrol station was right next door.No sight of any Beach !

Great “ bolt hole” suited my needs and affordable,

Clean I was collected from airport by the manager who was polite helpful and kind throughout my stay. It is a simple hostel and an ideal base with train station close by and lovely clean beach across the road with two good beach bars. Room comfortable simply furnished.

I missed not having a kettle in my room but hostel rate very reasonable and I had tea every morning on the terrace given to me with a smile. Hteat

The best price / quality value

The hotel is right outside of town. The hotel has 15 rooms and is run only by the owner. Due to the fact that the owner does it all himself: receiving guests, cleaning, ironing the sheets, making breakfast and so on and so fort, I really appreciated my stay. Room was very clean and spacious. The best price / quality value ever! The owner hardly speaks Spanish or English, but when you are a little bit patient will him and can see through it all, he is the best! I would definitely go back to this hotel.

A place for artists.

The decoration and the atmosphere of artists.

The person at reception, I remember him been a little cold welcoming, even I remember him telling me that if I don't like it, I can go. Obviously he won't have returned me the money. And I didn't want to loose my money, so I accepted to stay.

It was cheap so in that respect it offered value for money. Pets allowed.

The host was pleasant and polite. We chose the accommodation as we had a dog. Although the hostal was not in a town, The area around had sufficient facilities.

The fixtures and fittings were old and tired. There was no bulb in the main light thus room was very dark. There was no hot water and the pressure was a trickle, so waste of time for shower.

Nice accommodation just outside of Villajoyosa

Friendly host with basic English. Large rooms with wardrobe and air-conditioning. Nice terrace to sit outside with. Check in was at 14:00 prompt.

I would say the accommodation is more in Paridis than Villajoyosa as from the center of Villajoysa it is a 25 minute walk. This was not a problem for us avid walkers but just be aware.

Room was clean and cosy. 24 hour access, Public parking right outside the property. Plenty of dinner options 5 minutes away by car. Included towels and clean linen. Host was very chill. Room was very spacious with private bathroom. Can't complain.

No hair drier. No kettle in the room but I didn't check lobby, might be there. Google maps was a bit annoying finding the location. Had to look around and drive a bit before I found it. It's right next to the road. Hot water takes a while to flow into the pipes.
