The host Chris was very polite and helpful. The bedroom was very comfortable bright and had a lovely en-suite. The location was a stones throw from the WHW and the local restaurants/shops Also I almost forgot the brilliant drying room which was essential due to the weather !
Nothing really

Cottage in a lovely location.
Quiet, private and homely.

Excellent location for doing the West Highland Way. Beds were comfortable and location was quiet but only a few minutes walk to a few places to eat including the Tyndrum Inn.
Breakfast was continental and adequate. It was a welcome break from full English. We also took what we couldn't eat for lunch. Host was friendly.
The ensuite bathroom was quite small but for 1 night stay it was not a problem.
We had a 20 mile walk planned that day as we were walking to Kingshouse and would have liked to have had breakfast at 7 for an early start but was told breakfast would be 7 30.

Convenient location for our travels - great little diner around the corner. Very welcoming host. Spotlessly clean.
Tiny room - a sideways shuffle to get into the bed.

This was a great stay. The host was super nice, shared interesting stories about his life and recommended hikes in the area. He also had lots of information about the geology of the area. The breakfast was amazing.
That we only had only booked one night.

Lovely, friendly host. Great breakfast. Comfy beds. The room is quite small with a tiny ensuite but the spacious, shared lounge is close by so it didn’t bother us. Good off street parking and walking distance to shops and eating places.
Nothing to dislike.

Clean and kind owners.

We came from a day of walking on the trail, our clothes were soaking wet, the owner told us there is a drying room with a hot air blower inside we can use until 10pm. So far so good. After a couple of hours we noticed he turned off the blower a head of time and then removed the device completely from the room so we couldn't use it. For no real reason!

Great location off West Highland Way! We had a spacious little cottage to ourselves with a sunroom and bedroom so we were Short walk into town (less than 10") Quiet and comfortable. Owner was friendly.
Breakfast is pretty basic and comes in a paper bag in the morning. Could be a little more abundant given most guests are walkers. We had some challenges with getting hot water, the on demand heater vacillated between hot and cold.
The unit contained a kitchen but it was not intended for our use, clearly, as there were no utensils or plates of any kind. This seemed a little mean-spirited as simply some plastic cutlery and/or paper plates would be a friendly touch.

Location was excellent, as I was walking West Highland Way, and the cottage was very conveniently placed. Breakfast was great too.
Room was very comfortable, also had a heater which i enjoyed as I get cold
Internet connection wasnt working that great, but it was picking up signal in the garden, it wasnt a great deal to go out and check now and then if you needed anything

We stayed here as part of our West Highland Way trip. The owner takes great care in providing for hikers- including a lovely drying room- but also in keeping his domain spotless. The common area for reading or playing cards, as well as the garden, were very nice.
The continental breakfast delivered to our room was a little awkward- lots of pieces and packaging- but plentiful!

Clean, comfortable
Small room
Very few visitors, looked a little weird
