tudo que é bom, dura pouco! infelizmente perderam um cliente que gostava e cuidava do local!

na acomodação estava tudo perfeito! oque foi muito ruim na nossa estadia, era o apartamento ao lado com música alta até a 1h da manhã… todos os dias!!!! amamos o SKY pela segurança que sempre nos proporcionou, mas nossa chegada foi estressante desta vez, são dois anos que todas as vezes que vamos a SP nos hospedamos lá, meu esposo sempre sai do carro se identifica e entramos (com o carro) para fazer o check in e tirar as fotos e tudo mais, desta vez ficamos totalmente expostos na rua, carro na calçada e eu sozinha até que meu marido se identificasse! fiquei aterrorizada pois em momento algum nossas entradas foram feitas desta forma! para ficar melhor nosso checkout que temos direito a ficar até as 11h, já começa na noite anterior a pergunta de qual horário iremos sair do apartamento, nunca me importei pois sempre avisei que vamos sair cedinho e sempre comuniquei o horário que estávamos saindo, sem nunca ter que descer até o hall de entrada , ter dado um horário exato de qual horário iria sair, e aguardar até que pudéssemos ser liberados da fiscalização do apto, para somente depois poder pegar o carro na garagem e ir embora!!!! genteeeeee e se eu quisesse dormir meia hora mais??? as noites foram terríveis com toda música e máquinas trabalhando até meia noite ao lado, não poderia pois já tive que dar um horário exato que iria sair às 6:10 da manhã no dia anterior… lamentável 😞 fiquei muito triste com tanto descaso nessa viagem!!! estragou completamente a Visao que tínhamos do lugar

Vale o custo benefício.

Uma boa localização, AP limpo e com utensílios necessários, uma varanda ( pequena ) mas ajuda, prédio muito seguro, estacionamento ( mesmo que pago) piscina na cobertura. Funcionários do prédio bem solícitos e atenciosos.

Deveriam melhorar : o blackout do quarto ser trocado pois é pequeno para a janela ( e tão barato). Tv não funciona nenhum canal, ainda bem que não precisamos. CHUVEIRO, esse foi o que " NÓS" achamos o pior, ficamos duas diárias e não conseguimos regulagem para um banho descente e prazeroso. Geralmente é banho FERVENDO, para de vir água fria, precisa desligar todo, recomeçar, resumindo um SACO...criança não conseguirá tomar banho sozinha nunca...e antes que alguém MENCIONE, não mexemos nos registros superiores, pois já está avisado : NÃO MEXA! , mesmo assim não foi legal.

Ótimo lugar para se hospedar.

Localização boa, bem próximo ao metrô. Os funcionários foram muito atenciosos e o apartamento era bem confortável. Apesar da fama que o centro de SP tem, me senti segura.

O banheiro estava um pouco sujo e não tinha pá.

No se puede comprar en articulos en la recepcion, ya que es con aplicación y solamente residentes. Toco comprar fuera del edificio. 😑

Na hora do check-out, muito rígido, não ofereceu se quer 10 minutos de carência. Na minha opinião, o check-out, poderia dar pelo menos 30 de carência, pra dar tempo os hóspedes almoçarem.

Apartamento legal pra estadias curtas e suaves. Cobertores bons e cama confortável (meio pitica), a smart da TV funcionava legal e sem travar.

A recepção pediu pra trocar de quarto, e no dia seguinte demoraram um pouco pra liberá-lo. Não tinha (não encontramos?) controle do ar condicionado, que ficava gelado bem rápido, por estar em cima da cama. O chuveiro ou ficava MUITO quente ou MUITO gelado e tinha que regular a cada minuto. A localização é daora, mas alguns quarteirões eram cheios de moradores de rua, principalmente de noite, melhor andar de Uber do que ir a pé/de metrô.

Good apartment, nice TV and internet. Staff could be improved and área it’s not that safe.

The apartment itself was very good and everything was clean. The bed was comfortable for the price and the AC was working as expected. There’s a self checkout marketplace on the build which is very nice if you arrive at night. Specially because it’s not safe to walk around the area by the night. The internet also is very good, had no problem with it. if you’re planning to work from there, you’ll probably be fine but there’s no workspace. There’s was a big tv on our apartment and it was nice because we were able to watch the last episode of the last of us on the first night. 😁

As I said, the apartment is good but some details need to be improved. First, there’s no dish dryer or dish towel. If you’re planning to use the dishes be prepared for that. Secondly, there’s no soap dish too, we had to constantly open the shower stall to put our soap on top of the sink, because it was the only place to keep it besides the floor. Thirdly, the staff could have been nicer to us. There’s was no sense of hospitality at all. There’s so many rules that sometimes you think you’re doing them a favor. They send you messages of the day before to start planning your checkout. That’s not nice because if you’re not on a work trip, you’re probably trying to enjoy your night. Also, I only asked one thing. To be on time on our checkout. The person who were responsible for the checkout replied my message almost one hour after the time we agreed. Also, that same person just passed by us on the hall and didn’t said a word, just ignored us. We waited some minutes and had no other option besides leaving.

very nice studio, nice building facilities and helpful staff.

- didn’t realize how dangerous that area is, a lot of homeless people around the block, you need to use Uber for everything. - things needed to be arranged via WhatsApp and payment only via PIX. I think booking should not allow this kind of stuff or at least warn that on the room ads.

The apartment and the location were really good.

When I got to the apartment, the original unit I had booked had had problems and the owner canceled my reservation. I had to call and demand another unit in order to enter. Thankfully, she was fast and arranged another unit in the same building for me. Another couple had booked the same apartment/unit as me and they weren’t so lucky.

Fast internet. Spacious studio. Good location. Inexpensive. Working AC and hot shower. Has kitchenware, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a fridge.

-No access to the pool area (it requires finger-print scanning). The host should remove the picture of the pool from the listing; it’s misleading. -Cleaning has an extra fee. They will not proactively provide you with extra towels, sheets, or a broom unless you insist. I stayed for 5 nights, and they expected me to use only 1 towel and 1 set of sheets in my whole stay. They were kind enough to grant my request, though. -The door knob was broken. -To go inside the building, you have to identify yourself to the guards every single time. It got annoying and inconvenient.
