About this house rental
Prime location that is 5 minutes to the Scottsdale Entertainment District, 2 Casinos, Fashion Square mall, Top Golf, and endless nightlife and restaurant options. This area is considered "Old Town Scottsdale". There are Green and Yellow bikes in this area as it is a prime tourist destination. If you aren't familiar with Old Town Scottsdale, ask your friends and family. This is where you want to be (zip code 85251). For larger parties than 14 people, additional homes in complex can be rented.
Unit has a 65 inch TV in family room & Smart TVS & Cable in each bedroom. Home is internet/Wifi ready & has 24 hour check-in w/ a Smart Lock (No Key Needed). The townhouse complex offers 2 HEATED pools, Hot Tub, a BBQ grill area with picnic tables, & two dog parks. The pool will be heated by the HOA when the daytime temperatures are at least 70 degrees or higher Fahrenheit for at least a week. Once the temperature drops below 70 degrees Fahrenheit for over a week, the pool heater is turned off. Their is no additional fee for pool heating.
We focused on having a 5 star guest experience in the bedroom first by choosing high quality mattresses, sheets, and pillows. I read reviews on mattresses, sheets, and pillows that would help give you a comfortable night’s rest. I then proceeded to hire an interior decorator to give the home the "cool" factor. I picked out things that I wanted in my own home & I have always had expensive taste. The community pool is a great perk because you do not need to pay for pool heating when the HOA heats the pool.
I put the "extras" in this home that I have in my own home. We added a bidet in the bathroom (which will clean and blow dry your behind). It's super cool. We added little things like board games (chess, poker, Monopoly, Cards Against Humanity, etc). I personally hate seeing wires so everything is professionally done. We added a 24 hour smart lock check-in, lamps that have power outlets built in, and USB outlets above the nightstands. Each bedroom includes wall receptacles with USB Ports next to the lamps which help charge your hand-held device, tablet or other smart devices charge faster than a normal power outlet (3.4 amps).
I pride myself in being a good host and helping you feel like your at "home" when your on vacation. Please ask if you need any suggestions on what to do or where to go.

The property was very nice!! Each TV had Netflix (with kids this is a plus) and WiFi. It was very clean and comfy beds! The host was amazing reached out a couple times to make sure everything was okay and if we needed anything! Would definitely recommend and will look into this property on our next trip!!

The owner/property manager was responsive and friendly. I commend them for that. However, the carpet on the main floor had been shampooed at 1:00 pm on the day of arrival for a check in 4:00 pm. The carpets were still wet when we arrived at 4:30 pm and the whole main floor smelled of moldy wet carpets. The carpet in the main space and guest bedroom had heavy stains on it as well. The property manager was willing to clean them again on the second day we were staying there but it was worrisome that the smell would get worse again. The floors were overall not clean and same with the window sills as we had to keep the windows open due to the smell. I would recommend some serious cleaning for this rental to be considered. We ended our stay 3 days early and paid more for a hotel to avoid the smell.

Fantastic, quiet location
This was a great rental for the 7 of us to stay at. Very quiet. Great location as it was close to all the places we wanted to go to. The rental unit was clean and had everything we needed. The host was excellent with all Communications.

Not worth it
We stayed here with our four kids for spring break. Pros: responsive property manager, good location, easy to find, good layout, very comfortable beds, pool and hot tub close by. Cons: 9am checkout is unrealistic and not standard across hospitality industry, unit is very very run down compared to listing details - fridge door is broken, automatic water dispenser is stuck and gets water all over the floor, broken kitchen drawers, master bathroom sink water doesn’t drain, master bathroom shower difficult to turn off and on and doesn’t drain, dryer makes a very loud high pitched squeaking sound; no shower curtain liners leave water everywhere, no pool towels, no deadbolt only the automatic lock which feels unsafe at night especially with kids sleeping on the ground floor alone, dark overall, subpar cleanliness including dirty dishes in the cupboards and drawers. We were told that we could request a late checkout the day before departure and when we did, the property manager didn’t confirm for 12 hours making it difficult to plan. Overall, I’d rate this unit as not worth the high price that we paid and would not recommend.

The unit was well kept, clean, and modern and the location of the place was perfectly located for the main Scottsdale attractions. The property manager also went above and beyond with contact to make sure that everything went smoothly for our stay. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Most unprofessional host of all time
Upon landing with my family the host decided out of no where to rudely tell us he wasn't renting to us and to ,"get a hotel". This was a busy weekend so that wasn't easy or cheap. That said, the root of the cause was his greed and getting a better last minute offer. Do NOT under any circumstances trust this rental. You may find yourself on the street like me and my family did. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional under any circumstances. Imo he should not be allowed to rent on vrbo ever again.

Was perfect for our small family Vacation. Location was perfect. First times to Scottsdale and everything was easy to find. Rental was very comfortable.

Easy access to everything
For people who come to the Phoenix area for golf and baseball as we did, this comfortable home is perfectly situated to get anywhere quickly. Furnishings were comprehensive and comfortable, and the private patio and has grill were a lovely bonus.

Classy Condo Not this one.
The. Pictures were bright and inviting. The condo was dark and anything but bright and inviting. There was not a comfortable chair on the house. The swimming pools were advertised as heated, they were not and never heat in February or March. The advertised cable was something called Sling TV and required a password which we didn't receive until day four. Several times when watching TV the program would discontinue and a pop up would come on telling me I was disconnected because another user was logged in. This property is not worth considering .

Great property and location! The complex was easy to find and had everything we needed for our stay. The property manager checked in with us got back to me quickly when I had a question. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Oh and the beds were amazingly comfortable!!!

Great townhouse in Scottsdale
Had a great stay at this property. Very clean and in a great location near downtown Scottsdale. The beds were very comfortable and there was cable in every room. I'd definitely stay here again. The owner was also very accessible if needed.

Very clean and very responsive owner
Firstly, I'm sure I am the most annoying guest. If I see a single hair I am weary of the entire place and I expect everything to be clean. This was super clean!
Second, if there is anything that is missing and needed, I will speak up and I messaged Elvis about the thermostat (Nest settings were locked...everything worked well) and he was very responsive.
Third, we ended up staying longer than originally planned due to our own home renovations taking foreeevvvver, and Elvis was flexible and gracious about working out extra days for us.
Other:
- we loved the gated area to walk our dog and let him explore freely outside for a bit
- the location was perfect, close to stores and restaurants and also the freeway
- my hubs liked the gaming consoles
- my kiddo liked having her own room with a TV and pull down desk
- I was thinking this place would be perfect for an inexpensive stay with friends from out of town to visit for spring training
- the 2 parking spots were always free and very convenient
-super comfy sheets and beds
The only reasons I knocked a star were because there was a slight air freshener smell that I was very sensitive to, and the stairs were a bit steep. I also don't like that previous guests are responsible for clean dishes. I ended up doing all dishes before using them anyway but previous guest didn't clean them very well.

Property was exactly as described. Bedding was clean and beds oh so comfortable. Perfect for a family with entertainment in every room. Owner made sure to check in and make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Stellar townhouse in awesome location
The place is very well maintained and clean. Has everything you need for short or long stays. All the neighbors are very nice and welcoming. The pool area is huge! We were there everyday and no complaints whatsoever.
Elvis is a stand up person and really cares for anyone that is staying at his properties. He we above and beyond for us from the start. Highly recommend staying at any of his properties!

Perfect!
this property is nothing short of amazing! Very clean, beds were extremely comfortable, newly remodeled, centrally located to stores and restaurants and the pools were clean and big! The people were really nice! And our host elvis is amazing!!!! Very inviting spirit, helpful, down to earth, and fun! I appreciated being able to meet the host! Our family will definitely be back!!!
