Complex Update: The Opus pool deck remains open however, the private beach access and public beach access next door has now closed due to sudden high tides in November from the Super Moon. The nearest, open beach access is about a 9 minute walk from Opus located at Botefuhr Avenue, just south of Ocean Vistas Condos. The complex and city cannot repair the beach access points until the tides have reduced and being a natural phenomenon, when this occurs is unknown. Rates are currently reduced through all of 2025 to reflect this impact and if it reopens prior to your stay, it's just a free bonus. We update this description anytime we have new information to share.

Being located in a great neighborhood just south of International Speedway Boulevard, makes this a prime location in Daytona Beach Shores. Spectacular sunrises over the ocean and river set the stage for your dream vacation! Welcome to Opus where gourmet kitchens accompanied with luxury furnishings compliment the stunning views of the Halifax River and the Atlantic Ocean. Opus Condominiums are known for being luxurious and have great access to amenities on premise such as an oceanfront heated pool, hot tub, club room with billiards, fitness center, and lavish meeting rooms. 6' garden tubs, over-sized balconies, and under-building assigned parking all secured with the serenity of virtually soundproof walls. A superb package of luxury amenities make Opus Condominiums the best mix of an oceanfront resort and a beachfront condominium complex.

All of the bedrooms feature 55" flat-screen televisions and the unit comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. The oceanfront primary suite, with its own balcony access, contains a king bed and hosts a beautiful bathroom completed by a gorgeous, tiled shower and 6' garden tub. The first guest bedroom has a king bed with a full en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom features a full bathroom across the hall and has the ability to sleep up to 6 guests with a queen bed and a full-over-full bunk bed.

The cutting-edge living room has a 65" TV with a complete entertainment center. The kitchen is outfitted with new stainless-steel appliances, cooking and baking utensils, and full dish ware sets. This condo even includes all linens, beach towels, and beach chairs! The over-sized balcony affords guests a breathtaking place to take in the views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. Trailers and recreational vehicles are not allowed to be parked on-site. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud. This property does have a video doorbell.

Everything from the initial booking through the checkout process was excellent. The unit is spacious, roomy and just exactly as advertised. Great public beach access and there is a Dollar General across the street as well as an amazing miniature golf place across the street. There is also a grocery store a block away. The host was very prompt and accurate with answering any questions that we had. The check in process was a piece of cake. We can’t recommend this place enough!

This condo was immaculate. The place was roomy and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. You truly felt like you were at home. Would definitely recommend it. Just remember to bring your own bath products and hair dryer.

The unit was very clean and it was stocked with anything you may need. The parking deck was very accessible to the unit and we didn't have any issues getting an elevator.

The condo was well appointed and very spacious. Everything we needed was available, plus lots of extras like beach chairs, beach towels, kitchen items, telescope, etc. The management company (Oceans Luxury Vacations) was very responsive when contacted. Easy check-in/check-out process. We live in Central Florida and this was a nice getaway close to home. At times there were no cars nearby parked on the beach, which was nice with small children. Only small suggestions would be maybe a building ice machine for coolers and increase the water pressure in the master bathroom shower. Overall great place!

The most awesome place that we have every stayed at that accommodated room for 10 people!! The place was beautiful and VERY clean. The beach view from our private balcony was breathtaking!!! Opus Condominiums was perfect! We stayed on 3rd floor, #304. Looked out over the pool, so close to beach. It was clean and spacious for our family of 8. Communications was great from check in to check out. The only thing that could be improved on is to have 2 dedicated parking spots, instead of one in garage. The other vehicle when moved chances not having a space when we return. With that many in a family you have two vehicles.

This condo was by far the best VRBO I’ve ever rented. It starts with having your vehicle parked safely in the parking garage. To the security codes on the doors to get to the elevator. When we entered our condo it was breathtaking. Beautiful decor. The kitchen was well stocked. The condo was the perfect layout for our family. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone who is going to Daytona beach.

This condo is so beautiful, and oh so very clean. The furniture is new and beds are comfy. Being so close to the beach from the balcony adds so much fun. The large TVs were also fun, what a true fun experience we had staying here. We will be back for sure!

Overall this was a great stay and rental. The condo was updated and very clean except for the floor. Which we needed to mop. The view of the ocean and beach was wonderful and it was super easy and convenient to stay directly on the beach, especially with kids. Pool was nice as well. The only real issue I have is a heads up to families with kids. Cars are allowed drive and park on the beach! Which is dangerous for the kids and as adults you need to be extra aware of your surroundings and on high alert with the kids running around. The cars also seem to obstruct your view of the beach when they are all parked.
