This ground floor condo is conveniently located in East Vail's Pitken Creek. It is very affordable and can sleep up to 4 people, with a queen bed in the bedroom and a inflatable bed for the living room. The complex is on the free shuttle route, has a year round hot tub and a summer pool.

This comfortable condo has waterfall views, is 650 Square feet, full kitchen with breakfast bar. There is a fireplace complete with firewood, hi-def TV and WI-FI. The free shuttle stop is just steps away from your front door. The condo also has access to the community hot tub, summer pool, and an on site market and liquor store. Condo has a washer/dryer and shower/soaking tub. Sorry no pets allowed and this is a NON SMOKING unit.

We stayed in Stephanie’s condo for 5 nights. The kitchen was very well stocked and the condo was clean and well located next to the bus line. Communication with the owner was great. The bed, however, was closer to a hammock, with both my husband and I rolling to the middle. The couch (where I slept the next night) is very short. Fortunately there are 2 air mattresses, so we utilized both for the remainder of the trip. Lack of a good night sleep put a damper on our ski trip. For the price we paid, we were disappointed and would not consider this unit again.

We spent 3 nights here skiing and enjoying Vail. It was a short drive to town and the ski area. Very cozy home, perfect for a couple. The unit had everything you could possibly want for a comfortable stay. Very good communication by the owner, who was kind enough to let us in a little bit early. The bus stop is a 3 minute walk away if you want to use it to get to town - we ended up driving and parking in the Vail central parking garage to ski and dine. There’s no UberEats or door dash this far out so if you’re tired getting dinner could be a challenge.

This is a very nice condo, good for skiing.
The local (free) bus to Vail stops in front of the condo, so if you shuttle from DEN airport, you don't need a car at all.
There is a wood-burning fireplace in the unit and a very convenient food mart in the condo complex.
Owner is very helpful and a good communicator.

This condo was all it was advertised. The bus stop was located in front of the property. Stephanie did an excellent job of providing information before we arrived and was available throughout our stay. My wife and I will definitely stay here the next time we visit Vail.

Felt Like Home
Great Value, Great Location, Great Accommodations.
First off, it is a short 10 minute free bus ride EACH WAY to Vail Transportation Center, and the bus stops are within a minute walking distance. Can't beat that.
The room itself is stocked with everything you would need for a trip, minus your clothes. The kitchen is well stocked and you can cook anything you desire there. The complimentary wood and fireplace helped warm me up after a day on the mountain.
Stephanie was very responsive in emails and text messages. The checkin process was seamless and easy.
Will definitely try to stay here again when we return to Vail!

Cozy, comfortable, cute little condo-extremely well-stocked with everything we needed-including disposable face masks for the shuttle bus. But stop is super close. The on-site market was very convenient for the few things we forgot. Pool was the perfect temperature. Great communication with Stephanie. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice, great location
We enjoyed our stay. Great host, great location. My daughter had hip surgery with the Steadman clinic and this fit our needs for two of us. There are only a couple of steps to go up and down and it is close to parking. Kitchen was fully equipped with dishes and pans needed for cooking.

Great get away.
Great spot. Enjoyed the full kitchen, fireplace, and hot tub outside. Didn't realize that we had to walk through the parking lot of the grocery next door to get to the hot tub behind the building. It was a cold walk in a bathing suit and a towel afterwards but it was a nice hot tub though and we were happy to be in one after a long day of skiing! We found the best way to get to the slopes is to take the bus to the Vail transportation center then the bus intown to golden peak where you can hop right on the lift. This avoids having to walk all the way through vail village in your ski gear to get to the main lift. Owner was super quick to reply and answer any of our questions. Definitely recommend!

Cozy and Convenient
Great location 100 ft from the food market and a liquor store. Stephanie was very responsive and flexible as my arrival was delayed when my jeep's fuel pump failed 1/2 way through Kansas. Highly recommend!

Made us want to return
We loved everything about the property. We came to get away for a week recreate. The Gore Valley Trail is only feet from the parking lot. The swimming pool was clean and refreshing after a hot day of cycling. The peoperty was clean and had everything you needed for peparing a meal. Would highly recccomend this property for a couple looking to get away together.

Wonderful Stay in East Vail
Our stay in East Vail was wonderful. The condo was wonderful and had all the amenities you would need for a short or long stay. There are plenty of trails to walk or hike and enjoy the beautiful sites. The condo is located only a few minutes from Vail center and you certainly enjoy your freedom at Pitkin Creek without the hustle and bustle of the center. A lovely place with a great host, who communicates clearly and effectively. Multiple good restaurants are a few minutes away.

Awesome condo. Very comfy. Great view of a water fall right across from condo- on mountain side. Super Easy access to gore creek bike path. Stephanie was a great host. She had nice little touches around the unit - like power bars and sun lotion available.

The big comfortable bed was wonderful. Unit is in East Vail so it stays cool in the summer. Stephanie let us know we could use what we needed. She had local friends check on us and offer help when we needed it.

Great place, great location
This is a great place for skiing or any summer activities — right on the bus line and the adjacent market is wonderful. This is probably the best equipped and stocked kitchen I’ve ever had in a rental. Additionally, I had to cut my trip short due to the Coronavirus outbreak, and Stephanie was extremely helpful and above and beyond accommodating. Highly recommend this condo.

This was our second stay at this property, and we have been very happy with it both times. The owner Stephanie is easy to communicate with and makes you feel at home. There is a bus stop in front of the property and it is only about a ten minute ride to Vail village.

This condo was perfect for our week long stay. It's a great neighbourhood and being near the bus and store makes it so convenient. The condo is a great size for two people and Stephanie has made it such a beautiful place to stay; from supplies of snacks and hand warmers for when you go skiing to fresh flowers in the house. The decor is really lovely. We would absolutely book this condo again.

fabulous place to stay while visiting Vail!
Great location in East Vail, with super easy access to the free shuttle to Vail Transportation Center. Owner was very easy to communicate with, and had everything ready for us when we arrived, including turning up the heat. Shared outdoor hot tub is fantastic after a day on the slopes. This 1-bedroom rental was perfect for our family of 4. Would definitely recommend this unit to others.
