Cozy, clean, well stocked with a secure outside parking. Check in and out is easy. Only complaint is the the shower curtain is flimsy and water from shower leaks outside of the area and water is not hot.

My wife and I loved this apartment! It’s located right in downtown Livingston so you can walk to all the shops and restaurants. It has all the amenities you would ever want including a couple of cruiser bikes with helmets. The owner was also great and very responsive. Check in and check out was super easy. We definitely plan on staying here again next time we visit Livingston!

Livingston, MT is truly a hidden gem for shopping and recreation. The 2nd Street Suite is a perfect studio apartment for an intimate get away for just yourself or with a special friend.
My goal for the weekend was to park my car when I arrived and only drive again when I left. Mission accomplished! This location was so well situated that everything I needed was within only a few blocks. A variety of boutique shops, eateries and local culture abounds.
Incredible communication leading up to my stay and very responsive, the amenities left nothing lacking. I had a wonderful time and 2nd Street Suite will be one of my top recommendations for a fantastic time no matter the season.

Enjoyed our oasis in downtown Livingston. Close to everything downtown. Awesome hikes and easy drive to Yellowstones north entrance. Easy parking right in front of property. Locals were really nice. Property very clean. Enjoyed Tru North Cafe for morning coffee and breakfast. Neptune’s restaurant for dinner. Highly recommend for couples.

I absolutely loved my stay. Kristen was wonderful to work with. The suite was beautiful, and extremely clean and comfortable. Kristen went above and beyond with details including tea and coffee and other special treats. I would definitely book this suite again if I am able to get out to MT in the future. I cannot recommend this spot enough.

The studio home was fabulous! The location was a 4 minute walk to everything downtown. It was the best vacation we've had to date. It truly felt like a home away from home. Friendly people every place we went to. Amazing food! Fun atmosphere.

Perfect little apartment and location for a long weekend getaway. Kristen was an awesome host and we were surprised by all the little “extras” she had available for our use … hoping to have my own rental property someday and will definitely try to mimic this one! Would highly recommend and definitely return :)

Montana Preview
If you’re looking for a spot to get a glimpse into Montana, the Second Street Suite is perfect for you. Set in the heart of downtown Livingston, this hideaway is within walking distance of awesome restaurants, pubs, breweries and shopping. Take a drive south toward Yellowstone Park for majestic mountain scenery, but keep your eyes on the road for deer and other wildlife!
The suite itself is adorable and met every need we had—even cream for my coffee! Kristen is an excellent host and truly dedicated to making the stay relaxing and stress free. I love the look and ease of the suite. I want to go back when we don’t have a wedding to attend, just to relax and enjoy the many books and magazines about Montana and the surrounding area. Oh, the delicious chocolates and local coffee were an added bonus. Perfect spot for two people. You won’t be disappointed. Thanks again Kristen for being the perfect host!

Loved My Stay
I loved the rental property. It has a great location, and Livingston was a super cool city. It is conveniently located as well. It was about a 45 minute drive away from Yellowstone, which is advertised: breathtaking. I will definitely be returning, and I will look first to stay at this rental property!!

Fantastic location and super cute place
We had a wonderful trip to the area to visit family who lived locally. This place was wonderful, clean and close to everything. The attention to detail is excellent. We could not have been happier with our stay. Will definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you Kristen for making our stay so memorable and for all the little things like the creamer and water in the left for us upon arrival. Five stars for sure!

Fun Little Rental
What a great place to stay in the middle of it all! This place is amazing. I was visiting home and decided to stay in a rental instead of bothering friends and family this time. The place was perfectly situated for the visit. It was very clean and a good size for two people. I loved the way it was decorated, very eclectic and cool. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Livingston! You won't regret it.

Cute Getaway Spot
The studio was so cute, and Livingston was great. Everything we wanted to do in town was within walking distance. Yellowstone is less than an hour drive. Couldn't have picked a better place to celebrate my anniversary!

We really needed a relaxing vacation, and that’s just what 2nd Street Studio provided.
Loved all the beautiful decor, local info (provided by Kristen, management), and attention to detail. Impressed with the hospitality treats of local chocolates and coffee (even refrigerated creamer). From start to finish, 5 STAR review. Thank you for exceeding our expectations. We highly recommend this rental and endearing city. And bonus... the bright colors and charming planter boxes, overflowing with petunias and ivy, added the perfect curb appeal.

Couldn't be better!
From the moment we walked into this cute place, we were welcomed with a clean smell and inviting atmosphere. After a long day of sightseeing, we couldn't wait to return and relax! All the details for a comfortable stay were available! The owner even offered to bring us a phone charger cable when one of us forgot ours! Communication and privacy were both excellent. I cannot think of a single thing that would have made this a better stay!

Simply the best
Hands down the BEST property we have ever stayed at. Quiet, quaint and quintessential. Attention to details separate this property from all others. 85 degrees and we ran just ceiling fans to keep it comfortably cool in the unit. A/C is available but you won't need it. Bed is SUPER comfy and cozy. Kitchen fully stocked and ready to be cooked in (although we didn't because there are too many fabulous places to eat in Livingston). Price was more than fair compared to hotel room pricing in Livingston during the "tourist season". Best part? Downtown location. Soooooo many places to eat, drink and be merry within walking distance of the two red doors!!!!! If I had one not so positive thing to say and recommend a change it would be the pull down blinds on the doors should be blackout blinds so the early morning daylight and the street light right outside don't shine in. Other than that? PERFECT place to stay. We will be back for sure!!!!
