Fully furnished walkout basement. Large open living space with large industrial style cooking space to enjoy meals, conversations, and a great time. Upstairs Master bed suite has Queen size bed with full bathroom and Jacuzzi. Total of four bedrooms upstairs including master suite. One has a full size, another a queen size bed, and the bonus room has two singles. The downstairs master suite has a queen bed. Office is available with a computer or for reading and music pleasures. Fireplace warms the living area with High Def TV. Deck available for barbecuing and relaxing. Located in well lite area, very quiet, with police monitoring. Twenty minutes away from Churchill Downs, Downtown, and the Ohio River. Fifteen minutes from Bourbon Trail. There were 9 of us (all adults) that came down for a Kentucky bourbon trail tour weekend. We all fit comfortably in the house. Tiffany was very responsive. There were minor things that we think could have gone better or been done better, but we had an overall enjoyable experience and would stay again.

Everyone enjoyed an opportunity to get together. We had a good time. The home is in a nice neighborhood and had what we needed. The house could use a deep cleaning on carpet, wood floors, and windows. Furniture needed dusting especially downstairs and behind furnishings. Cleaners need to check for trash and items. Additional lighting in the bedrooms would help to navigate the rooms in the dark (i.e. bedside lamps) Make sure all Television equipment are located to operate the tv's

The house was clean and there was ample room for the family, however no main floor master. It is conveniently located between downtown Louisville and Bardstown for bourbon tasting and easy to get to. We had a great time.

Our group of 8 adults consisted of two generations (3 dads and 5 sons) of men who devoted the weekend to bonding and rebuilding connections that have been hard to maintain over recent years of "life". This house offered the perfect setting for all in our group to relax, take comfort and stretch out, engage in multiple group activities (card-playing, pool table, life discussions, etc) as well as provided a wonderful space for all to relax with stories and bourbon on Saturday evening after enjoying a combo horse farm-bourbon distillery tour. Can't say enough positive things about this vrbo house and Louisville as a destination getaway.

We enjoyed Christmas with our adult children and spouses. The house has a large kitchen and living room for gathering. We enjoyed the pool table and the lower level gathering area as well. The host is super.

This was a large, clean home with many bedrooms and good access to the highway to get to downtown Louisville and the surrounding area. The owner was responsive in fixing a dishwasher that was not working during our stay. We ate most of our meals in the home, and we found the kitchen was not well stocked with plates, glasses, bakeware etc. for the size of the home and the number of people it accommodates. Check in was impacted since entrance code was not received until after check in time. We enjoyed our stay- home could benefit from some minor upgrades to make it an outstanding accommodation.

This house comfortably accommodated our group of 9 adults. The property is in a nice neighborhood and not far from walmart/kroger. We wanted a neighborhood that we would feel safe in. We felt at ease here throughout our stay. The property owner wad very polite and prompt when answering my questions. We had a good weekend.

We had 4 couples and this house worked well for us with all the bedrooms and it was nice to have 4 bathrooms which is hard to find. Neighborhood was nice. Took a walk and didn't feel unsafe at all. Very quiet neighborhood. Host was very good about getting back to me when I messaged her.

There were 8 of us staying, 4 grandparents, 2 parents, & 2 kids. This house was a great house for us. We didn't have to crowd into bedrooms as there were plenty of bedrooms. I'm thankful that the table was large enough to fit all of us around it for meals & game nights. The location was just outside of Louisville which fit in with all the places we planned to visit while in Kentucky. We all had a great vacation & coming back to this house each day made it feel like home.

The house is exactly as described online and offered a well equipped kitchen, fun game room and awesome location. It was safe and comfortable to walk around and look at Christmas lights, too. Great proximity to grocery stores, airport and the Bourbon Trail.

We appreciated the size of this home and that it allowed all of us to stay together. Loved the pool table! Had hoped for some flexibility re check in /out by just an hour but that wasn't permitted. Had to go buy additional paper towels and toilet paper to supplement what was provided for our 3 night stay. Limited kitchen supplies but we made do.

We had a large group and rented this house for 2 nights. It was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for a great stay, including a pool table that was in very nice shape. I would stay at this home again for sure and work with the owner who was very responsive to every question.

House was in a great location and certainly gave us the space our friend group needed. House didn't seem quite prepped for our visit with cobwebs, loaded dishwasher, missing dining chair, and some broken pieces of furniture. Most was easily overcome and handled - the furnace apparently had some kind of a leak, which then drained into the basement carpet ... had to put a towel down, steer clear of the puddle, put a floor fan nearby, and basically avoided the basement except for using the bedroom at night. Basement had a smell like this may have been slowly leaking for awhile. Tiffany was very responsive and did her best to get this handled. We didn't let it keep us from having a good time and we'd stay again ... house just needs a little more TLC.

We had 6 guys in our group but this place could easily have slept another 2. Good location to get to Louisville in 15 minutes, Bardstown in 45 minutes and Frankfort in 30 minutes. Very clean and quiet location. Plenty of grocery stores and restaurants around and if you like hunting for bourbon at package stores there’s a dozen in the area. Would highly recommend!

We had six family members who traveled to Louisville for our son's graduation from U of L. This home was amazing and beautiful. It was spacious with great gathering areas for all of us to visit. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. We had a wonderful experience.
