Traumhafter Städtetrip

Das Appartement war hervorragend eingerichtet,es fehlte an nichts. Die Lage perfekt,um Lissabon zu erkunden. Die Sauberkeit des Appartements und die aufmerksame Betreuung durch Herrn Pedro waren unübertrefflich und sind besonders hervorzuheben. Das Appartement ist uneingeschränkt weiterzuempfehlen.

excellent, superb

The location is just less than 10 minutes away from the city center. Just beside the stop of famous old tram nr 28. So clean ,staff so helpful, in special RUIZ PEDRO. That man cannot do more than he does to please us. We had a different booking made foe a different location but the reviews were very poor and we decide to cancel it and book this place. we did a good choice. The concierge Ruiz Pedro was the cherry from the top of the cake. he make the difference for the place. Hope he will be there for another 100 years. He deserve 20 out of 10., but we only can give 10. thank you very much for a wonderful staying. will be back for sure.

If you’re going to stay anywhere in Portugal stay here !

It was in walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. Very clean. The concierge Rui Pedro was so helpful every question I had he had a solution , he replied very quickly and made me feel very comfortable. Also the small things one day it was raining I woke up and outside my door was an umbrella this just showed the caring nature, also on my birthday he brought over some cakes with a card and bottle of wine . I don’t normally write reviews but I had to write this to let people know this is a place to stay. I will be staying there when I go back to Portugal thank you to everybody at Onset Apartments ( XXXXX) - Five Stars

L’appartement est parfaitement situé, cosy, ultra équipé avec en plus un service aux petits soins et au top. Le concierge est vraiment un plus avec des conseils, des recommandations et un service très personnalisé. Un vrai bonheur de se sentir aussi bien accueilli.

Super - wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Es war einfach alles perfekt! Die Abholung am Flughafen hat super geklappt und obwohl dann vor Ort niemand persönlich da war (Ostern), hat die Verständigung per Handy, das Türe öffnen und die Einführung zu den wichtigsten Infos usw. perfekt geklappt. Riu Pedro, der Concierge ist rund um die Uhr erreichbar falls was ist! Zum Empfang gab es 2 Pasteis de Nata und eine kleine Flasche Wein… - was will man mehr? Obwohl sehr zentral gelegen, war es sehr ruhig! Ach ja… - jeden Tag wurde geputzt!

Nichts! Es gab nichts auszusetzen!

Exceptional - would recommend without reservation

We could not recommend this accommodation enough - 11/10! We booked the 2 bedroom stay for a family of 4, and despite being a small apartment, it had beautiful and modern furnishings, from the comfortable beds and heated bathroom floors, to the toiletries and slippers provided, everything was exceptional. We found the wifi to be fast and reliable as well, which was important to us. This was also the perfect home base to explore Alfama - right around the corner from a 28 tram stop, short walk to Miradouro da Graça and Castelo de Sao Jorge. We had an incredible breakfast at Augusto Lisboa (5 min walk), which I would also like to recommend. However, the excellent service is what sets this stay apart from others. Pedro was incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful - he was quick to answer his phone and check us in remotely when we arrived after check-in hours (flight landed at 8:00pm), had complimentary wine and snacks ready in our apartment upon arrival, and helped us carry our luggage, store it safely in their office (1 min away from the apartment), and provided water bottles for all 4 of us when checking out. Just a small note for others planning to stay here - your Uber will not be able to drop you off on Calçadinha do Tijolo as it is a narrow street; we were dropped off by the Escolas Gerais tram 28 stop, and walked the very short distance to #28. Not an inconvenience, just something to be aware of. Once again, we loved the neighborhood, the stay, and the service, and would not hesitate to stay here again or to recommend it to our friends!

Einfach nur perfekt !

Es war alles perfekt! Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment ist super schön eingerichtet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Es ist super gemütlich und einfach nur wunderschön. Der Balkon mit der wunderschönen Aussicht auf das Meer war unser persönliches Highlight. Es ist die beste Unterkunft in der wir je waren! Zu dem Concierge: Rui Pedro ist unfassbar nett, hilfsbereit und stand für alle Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Er hat uns geholfen bei dem Gepäck und uns viele gute Tipps gegeben. Zudem war es sehr sauber! Jeden Tag würde das Apartment gründlich gereinigt. Wir kommen wieder! Danke

Great stay and exceptional service from the concierge

The accommodation was clean and comfortable and excellently located. The service from the concierge, Rui Pedro was exceptional from start to finish, reaching out to us prior to our arrival to assist with transport from the airport and keeping in touch during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. The accommodation was well kitted out and had everything we needed for our stay. Would recommend to any one staying in Lisbon.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at On/Set it was the perfect home away from home in the heart of the old town in Lisbon. Perfectly appointed with an attention to detail and spotlessly clean. Lots of eateries nearby and excellent coffee just around the corner. Super close to the no. 28 tram that will take you to downtown Lisbon in 5-10mins.

Such a welcoming & very comfortable place to stay in Lisboa! Our concierge, Rui, was so helpful before, during & after our stay and we appreciate both Rui and all of the staff (housekeeper, private transfer driver). We slept well in the comfortable beds, loved the superb design of the 2 bedroom apt and the detail to attention for everything we needed. I remodel properties back home & observed the careful planning to the apartment's design & functionality. The apartment & furnishing were immaculate. Loved the little extras such as oil olive, vinegar, welcome half bottle of wine, snacks, slippers, body gel, shampoo & liquid soap dispensers. Towels were super clean & plush. Location is convenient in Alfama, oldest area of Lisboa, a hilly, historic & charming neighborhood steeped in tradition. It was such a treat to find so many, good restaurants within short walking distance. We felt very relaxed & comfortable at ON/SET Alfama.

The Perfect Lisbon Experience with the Added Bonus of a Perfect Concierge

Position, cleanliness, comfort & facilities were fantastic. Most of all though, our concierge Rui went above and beyond catering for and helping with our needs. Any problem we had (unrelated to the beautiful apartment) he was there to help us personally. One could not ask for a more lovely and efficient service!

Beautiful, clean, comfortable apartment in the most beautiful part of Lisbon

So glad we found these apartments. The area feels very safe and safe there’s lots to see and do nearby but also easy to access transport to other areas of the city. We felt right at home. The concierge service was fantastic, very accomodating and helpful. Our apartment was sparkling clean and was a very well decorated space.

We loved our stay! Extremely helpful and attentive staff who was available through whatsapp at all moments in case we had any questions. The room is like a small apartment and is fully stocked with anything you could need. Bed was comfortable, everything was very clean and there is a washer in the unit which was a bonus!

Perfect Apartment in the heart of historic Lisbon

The apartment was beautiful, stylishly designed and well-appointed (washing machine/dryer/dishwasher/kitchen etc) and furnished and finished to a very high standard. We had the top floor with small balconies which gave views across the Tejo and provided a beautiful place to watch the sunset or sunrise. The location is right in the heart of Alfama, with the famous 28 tram stopping at the end of the lane a few metres away, and a minute walk from Sao Vicente de Fora. It's easily served by the Sao Appolonia metro, though arriving by car through the tiny lanes is tricky, the apartment provides a shuttle to the airport which is very slick. The concierge is really helpful and available 24hrs, with an immediate response by SMS, and the apartment was cleaned and replenished every day (which isn't always the case with some longer stays). All in all it was perfect for us and I can't recommend highly enough.
