About this house rental

Bella Vita is a character house situated a short stroll to the lake, restaurants and the main retail presinct. It is a spacious 4 bedroom house (Lounge converts to 5th Bedroom with pull out double sofa bed) suitable for a couple of families
Well furnished, it comprises 2 bathrooms, open plan kitchen and dining, laundry and 2 living rooms. The larger of the lounge rooms opens out to the perfect alfresco dining area - the large undercover verandah where you can enjoy your BBQ's and watch the children and pooch play in the back yard.
This property can accommodate up to 10 adults and 2 children. Linen supplied.
Creature comforts like bluray player, TV's and WIFI.
There is loads of off street parking for your cars, boat trailers etc.
Pet friendly property preferably outdoors however speak with us to confirm indoor suitability.
Smoking is only permitted outside.

About Yarrawonga

The Lake Mulwala Foreshore and boat ramp is approximately an 8 minute walk from Bella Vita. At the Foreshore you will find the local swimming area and paddleboat (water slide and kiosk are open during the summer months).
The main street of Yarrawonga which has many lovely Restaurants, Cafes, Take away food outlets and hotels for either a spot of breakfast, lunch or dinner is a 10 minute walk from Bella Vita. We have provided some of the take away menus in this folder for your convenience.
The three local Clubs located over the water in Mulwala are all accessible via free courtesy buses run by each club. Both Club Mulwala and Mulwala Ski Club have live music most weekends; please contact the individual clubs for more details.

We came for the Water Ski Championships at Max Kirwins ski park so didn't spend much time on premis. Well appointed and renovated inside. Does have a bindi issue in the back yard. Only one shower which would be a problem for a larger group. All in all very nice, suited our purposes and the host was very accommodating with our request for a later check.

This property was great. So clean easy to find close to everything. Two lounge rooms gave our family lots of space. The outdoor area was covered and a large table to sit the family comfortably. The hosts we very easy to deal with and assisted us with a early check in and late checkout. Overall wonderful.

We stayed at Bella Vita for the third time just recently with our staff, when visiting Yarrawonga for our paddling event. It was great to be able to bring our two dogs with us this time. Dom is great to deal with, very accommodating and the house is a fabulous place to stay. Highly recommend it.

Location was great . Needed a lot of maintenance and cleaning of windows, webs etc. grass could of been a little greener outside to enjoy the weather and also as it was pet friendly too.

What a great property. It is a bit older but for the price I cannot recommend this property enough. It is such a spacious house with everything you need. Great sized deck, bedrooms were all good, aircon icy cold and huge amount of room for secure parking cars, boats and trailers off the street. Host Domonic was a pleasure to deal with. Overall, 10 out of 10 and will definitely book this next time we stay.
