Outside, the Maison Caroline garden is divided into two areas. On one side is the swimming pool and its fully-equipped pool house. On the other is a lawn area, ideal for al fresco dining. You can spend lots of time together in and around the pool, with its independent pool house and dining area overlooking the water. With its warm ochre walls, wicker and natural wood furniture and huge exotic wood vases, you won't want to eat anywhere else!
To relax and enjoy the air-conditioning, the 'living room and kitchen' pavilion is furnished with magnificent fabric sofas, a coffee table and a flat-screen TV. On the other side of the room, the modern, fully-equipped kitchen awaits you, with dishwasher, microwave oven, utensils, fridge, hob, coffee maker, oven, toaster... everything you need! Go outside and enjoy your meals on the large shaded terrace, complete with large tables. This is a second outdoor dining area. Ideal if you sometimes want to divide the parent and child tables.
At Maison Caroline, the bedrooms are divided into three separate areas to ensure privacy. What's more, the entire villa is on the same level, so it's easy to move from one area to another.
The six beautiful bedrooms and their adjoining shower rooms and private terraces can accommodate up to 12 people under the same roof, ensuring maximum comfort. The refined bedrooms are equipped with top-of-the-range bedding to ensure a restful night's sleep.
Four of the rooms have a super king-size bed (2 m x 2 m) and two have two super king-size single beds (1 m x 2 m). Each of the bedrooms has its own small terrace, accessible via the French windows that go all the way round the house, giving each room outside access. Enjoy the Provencal countryside, even indoors!
Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower or bath and toilet. In addition, there is a seventh bathroom in the pool house so that everyone can rinse off before and after swimming. There are also two separate toilets, one next to the villa's living room and the other in the pool house.

Enjoy the peace and quiet, surrounded by greenery and deckchairs around the low tables by the pool. It's the perfect place to enjoy an aperitif after a great day out exploring the Vaucluse.
If you prefer more of a café atmosphere, the pool house has a bar and an American-style barbecue. Gas is provided (plus a spare bottle), so fire up the grill! We can then replace your gas bottles as required at any time before 3pm Monday to Friday. Nearby, all your family and friends can gather around the large convivial table in the covered dining area of the pool house.
Finally, there's the inviting blue water of the generously-sized swimming pool - the mark of a good holiday! You'll soon get used to your daily swim! Relax under the parasols on one of the many sun loungers.

The villa is huge. Our whole family was able to enjoy each other's company, while still being able to recharge their batteries in the privacy and independence of their own rooms. The house is beautifully decorated, and the landscaped garden is magnificent. A huge swimming pool, right next to the pool house. It was simply perfect. The house is really stunning. We came with our 3 daughters and everyone had their own room which always included a private bathroom and toilets. Very pleasant. We had a wonderful stay there ! The house is located in the Provence countryside which is so peaceful. Also, the pool area was great and we had so much spaces to enjoy our holidays ! The villa was spacious with great outdoor area and a fabulous pool. Beds were comfortable and plenty of hot water for showers.
Some food preparation area in kitchen would be good. Mosquitoes were very bad and it was very hot during our first week, so we had doors closed and AC on. It would have been useful to have screens fitted so doors could stay open.

The villa was lovely - we liked having an indoor and outdoor sitting room, each room having an ensuite bathroom and the aircon which was much needed. The garden was very pretty. It's a great area - local town lovely and so much to do in the area. Also the welcome, the help with any questions we had was great and very reassuring.
A few more mugs would be useful, also a ceiling fan in the outdoor kitchen/living room area.

Beautiful modern villa and well maintained gardens. The pool was large and well kept with a friendly pool guy tending to it daily. The villa is modern and spacious with great air conditioning and tasteful decoration. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. We had a great holiday thank you !
We loved the out door space and the beautiful gardens. We had great fun playing table tennis and used the outdoor bar and cooking area daily. Super modern and great cool air conditioning helped us get a great nights sleep. We also loved the beautiful fruit and wine hamper and the small gifts of jams and soap etc - lovely touch !
We really enjoyed our holiday and thought the villa and staff were great, only two minor points that the villa did need a good dusting in some places - inside the wardrobes and behind chairs etc it was quite dusty and cobwebby, although the main areas such as kitchens and bathrooms were lovely and clean. Only other suggestion would maybe to provide some inflatables for the pool - many villas we have stayed in before have provided this and I think it’s a nice touch. These points are extremely minor though as we loved it here !

Nice little house in a village in Provence. The house is very well arranged. The air-conditioning and the swimming pool allowed us to spend a cool stay while enjoying the sun of the south of France. Thank you to the housekeepers and the guests for their hospitality.

Nous avons passé un séjour en famille fabuleux. Nous avons pu profiter du grand espace autour de la piscine et de son PoolHouse pour faire de fantastique barbecues. La disposition atypique de la maison et son jardin aménagé en font un endroit parfait pour des vacances réussies.

Séjour septembre 2021
Nous avons passer un excellent séjour dans la villa Le Domaine aux Agasses, la qualité générale est excellente, les chambres sont confortables avec d'excellent lits. Les deux endroits poolhouse et living-cuisine sont merveilleux. La piscine est impeccable, toujours propre et en plus l'eau est chauffé. Le personnel est très disponible, et au moindre petit souci tout est réglé très rapidement, bravo. Il n'y vraiment pas de problème, nous en garderons un excellent et merveilleux souvenir.
L'éclairage du BBQ, en soirée quand il fait sombre on ne voit pas assez. La piste pour la pétanque devrait aussi pouvoir mieux éclairé. Dans le jardin mettre des noms aux arbres, l'endroit est tellement divers que c'est impossible de connaître tous les arbres, arbustes ou buissons.

Domaine où chacun à sa chambre avec une super bonne literie, sa salle de bain et la Clim. Le fait d’avoir deux endroits pour cuisiner, surtout celle de la piscine, avec tout l’équipement nécessaire.
Vérifier les luminaires, des chaises longues un peu plus confortables autour de la piscine

C'est la deuxième fois que nous séjournons aux Agasses et grâce au Répertoire nous avons ce sentiment unique d'être à la maison...
Un suivi et un service à faire pâlir les plus grands hôtels, une propreté irréprochable, un emplacement hors de tout et pourtant loin de rien.

The main kitchen is lovely and well equipped to cook big meals, the house has 3 fridges which is great to keep all the beers and rose wine fresh for the apéro! No need to fight for the best bedroom cause they’re all fantastic, perfect size with a lovely Italian shower/bathroom and separated toilet... but most important a proper AC!! The pool and the pool area are great too and well oriented so you get to enjoy the sun all day also someone is coming early morning to clean the pool everyday and a midweek cleaning of the house is organized. It’s honestly the best Airbnb ever for a big family with kidsfor a group of friends. Marie and her team were absolutely amazing and very helpful if needed so thank you so much for the superb experience. We’ll definitely come back !! Thibault

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour! La villa est très moderne. Le fait que chaque chambre dispose d’une salle de bain et d’un WC privatif est vraiment un plus. Nous avons passé le plus clair de notre temps entre le pool house et la piscine, très appréciables les jours de forte chaleur. Un service au top et une équipe souriante et disponible. Merci!

Les 2 soeurs
We stayed 2 weeks at this property. It is ideally located to discover many nearby destinations. People are very friendly and accommodating. The house suited our family of 4 couples and a child. Every room having its own bathroom is a plus. We enjoyed the house as well as the pool area. We have stayed in many houses in various countries and this is the first one not to exceed our expectations.There are a few things that need attention.
The pool system does not operate well as the pool was never completely clean. We had to clean the pool to get rid of all the bugs and debris floating on the surface of the water. Lots of needle were at the bottom of the pool as well, and although there was an automatic brush, it was seldom activated and remained in the pool, not moving, for much of the time.
There were so many big aunts in the house and when we complained they sprayed the perimeter of the house with insecticide. We then had to worry about our granddaughter. We went out to buy aunt traps at the grocery store and kept the doors and windows shut.
The kitchen is not as well equipped as you would expect for a house of this caliber. Common utensils like a garlic press...were absent. There is no trace of any food at all, not even salt or pepper. From past experience, we have found some basic herbs/spices are usually provided or left behind by other renters. We had to buy all new oils, balsamic, herbs, spices, soaps... which we left behind. I would hope that these remain for the next renters as well as the garlic press that we bought. It might be better to charge a bit more up front and have some necessities available .
The electricity went out on two occasions both in the middle of the night. There appears to be insufficient voltage capacity and this needs to be addressed.
The owner did not touch base with us to see how we were doing unless I contacted her which I did because of a septic smell that became unbearable. She did send someone over to fix it.
No literature is left behind to assist renters in regards to procedures and many details that the owner informs you when you first arrive. I had to contact her again to find out what to do with the keys upon our leaving. It would have been easier to refer to a list left behind .
The cleaning twice a week for a total of 6 hours by two lovely ladies was much appreciated as was the big basket of local fruit and vegetables supplied by the owner.
I would return to the area, but look at another property.
