A fabulous option in the heart of Batemans Bay if you want to treat yourself.

A lovely apartment in a central location at Batemans Bay. A good choice for a stay over the Christmas period. The apartment was well furnished, excellent beds, and a fully equiped kitchen as well as a BBQ on the balcony which was easy to use. A hot tub is included on the balcony. Great views from the balcony over the entrance to Batemans Bay and although it was peak holiday period surprisingly quiet at night as well. That may be down to the fact that the police have car parking spaces at the entrance to the building. Makes for a safe area as well. A fabulous option if you want to treat yourself.

we have no complaints about the apartment or the support from the owner.

Was told to pay $700 for a foam cleanup from the spa.

The location was amazing

-Coffee Machine was used -Open carton of milk in the fridge -One Bedroom seemed to be used (smelly pillow, creased bedsheets and pillowcases )

Perfect location, luxurious apartment.

Everything - it is a superbly equipped, very high quality apartment that left nothing to be desired. Great view of the bay, in a wonderful quiet location, yet still close to the cafes, restaurants and shops etc. Secure car park close to the lift made moving in and out very easy. The arrival instructions, and those within the apartment for the appliances etc were both very detailed and well written.

An extremely chic apartment with amazing views!! Personally I would love to be able to pick the apartment up and take it back to Sydney and live in it 😍 really couldn’t fault anything!

Only thing to note is that the spa turns off at approx 9:15pm and doesn’t turn back on until 8am.

Location and Luxury

The lock box was difficult to open. Had the right code, but just an awkward thing to open and close.

Could have had the fire place working, it was a winter weekend. Though it was not advertised to be fair. Had a/c.

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful location.

The apartment definitely has a "wow" factor when you walk in and has a stunning 180 degree view of the water. The sunrises are spectacular. Location is great and it is an easy walk to all the supermarkets, shops and restaurants. The building has access straight onto the Promenade for a lovely walk and fishing spots if you desire. Definitely recommended.

Idyllic View - Comfort Plus!

Ideal location with a fabulous view of the bay. Very clean and well equipped with everything we needed inside and on the balcony. Comfortable, large bed and roomy bathroom with plenty of robe space. Spacious living area, great TV with apps. Walking distance to shops and water/marina. Loved the secure parking. Great communication from owner. We will be back!

A shade on the small window in the main bedroom would be ideal.

Best place to stay at Batremans Bay.

Always stay here when we come to Batemans Bay. Wonderful large, clean, modern and well equipped apartment with sweeping water views, right in the centre of town on the Promenade - and secure parking (for 2 vehicles). Would never stay anywhere else.

There is nothing about this property that you can fault.

Fantastic spot to unwind

This place is perfect. It has such a relaxing feel that makes you want to stay forever. Location is amazing. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms with lots of little features. We will be back again.

There isn't anything we didn't like. If I had to make a suggestion would be a TV in one of the bedrooms.

chic comfort for couples by the bay

location and easy parking. good disabled access although internal facilities were not disabled friendly. microwave so high it was dangerous - easy to spill hot food as you took it out. very responsive and accommodating host although he didn’t seem familiar with devices and facilities. information in visitors instructions was not always correct

almost too chic to be functional. probably ideal for a couple who didn’t cook but difficult for an elderly traveler.

Excellent penthouse

The location, the views, the spaciousness of the unit were fantastic. So were the performance of the air con and heated floors.

The spa was outside and not convenient to use in winter. All appliances were high quality Miele, but the microwave was a bit underpowered.

Views were amazing. Convenient location to shops n beaches. Super clean and modern. Easy access to apartment and underground parking great.

The only downside was the bed my wife felt it could have been more comfy but that’s just her preference. She said linens were lovely though
