Location, well stocked kitchen, views, host and hostess were very nice and accommodating. The property was large and the views were spectacular.
We had a large car and the parking space was small but that is normal for Italy. The positive is that the parking was gated.

Lovely host, gave us suggestions as to where to park. The place is clean, good temperature in the room, great property location - 5 min walk to all the shops, restaurants and museums. Breakfast wasn't huge but perfectly enough - you have a choice of homemade bakes, local honey, local cheeses and meats and also eggs. So get options for both - sweet and savory. Good coffee.
You may have difficulties getting to the room if you have big and heavy suitcase as no lift and narrow staircase, but with hand luggage is totally fine

Easy place to stop en route if you’re on a road trip and lovely staff.
The B&B was dated and could do with an update. The room seemed a bit disheveled (but clean) and the bathroom was small. There is also a very busy road outside, but you can’t hear it much inside.

Excellent, breakfast and very friendly host
The bathroom was very small, however, it was very clean and not a problem for us

Stephanie was very pleasant and was helpful in terms of offering advice about the location. The room was a an ok size, the sheets were changed daily.
breakfast was a let down.We are all non meat eating family, which left us with mostly cake to eat for breakfast or omlettle cut into small pieces to share, which i have never seen before.I tried to let my head rule when choosing the hotel and looked carefully at the reviews. They were all very good but i am afraid i didnt agree. The decor is very old and the furniture in room shakes when walking across floor. The flimsy net curtain was held by a rod, that fell down each day. There were steps into room and down into bathroom which was a hazzard, especially if the floor was wet from a shower. When undressing in bathroom, there was no where to place/hang clothes as bathroom too cramped.(NO NEED FOR A BIDET) although surrounding area is lovely if you are physically fit, the road is busy and narrow, noisy and difficult to walk up.A stones throw away are 3 beautiful B and B'S, which i had actually looked at but didnt go for (you live and learn) our flight was cancelled for 3 days so we had been put in hotel style german hotels, which were luxury in comparison and less than half the price. we arrived 3 days late, tired, stressed and very hungry.I foolishly thought a cup of coffee /sandwich may have been offered, but was told there are restaurants on the square that do take away.So the 3 of us walked down to the square and bought tagliatelle at a cost of 31 euro (this was all they had to take away) we ate it with our fingers as no cutlery!! breakfast room at hotel locked.Bedding consisted of sheet ,short blanket and a thin top cover , there is a radiator however.

Too much traffic right outside the entrance.

Neat, clean room with beautiful views of rolling hills. The linen was clean. The room had a water kettle for making tea/coffee. A very good spread for breakfast with cakes, jams and cheese from local produce. Very friendly and helpful staff. Even though the room window is on the main street, it was not noisy or disturbing. All the main shops, restaurants and the bus stop are 200 m downhill from the place. The room was cleaned and made up every day. Free parking 250 mts down the stairs opposite the B&B and then to the right.
The soap & shampoo pouches and the tea bags etc were not refilled during our stay of 3 days.

Super nice b&b right in the center of Fiesole with a beautiful view on the hills.
The room was bigger than we thought and clean. Stefania who welcomed us is a superstar! She contacted us to tell us that we could check-in and get our room earlier, which save us a lot of time, plus she is super friendly.
On top of that, the breakfast is soo yummy!! And all the products are locally sourced!
Would definetly come back if in Fiesole again.

it was very pretty
no kettle for tea /coffee in room - but the very kind owner brought me one - I don't know how far he had to come to do this but he came anyway - it's handy if you need tea/coffee between meals which is a funny English custom! 😆

The host, Laura, was a charming woman, who was attentive to her guests, cheerful, and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful and the room was comfortable.
It would have been nice to have a hot water maker and tea/coffee supplies in each room. Also, the lights by the bed are not bright enough to read by. Everything else was perfect.

We had the 'room with a view' over the Florence hills. Small, but beautifully decorated. Well located close to a Piazza and Roman amphitheatre/museum within walking distance. Host Eleonora was very helpful and offered us another larger room with a small bar fridge (hot time of the year), but that room didn't have the window view (or same air flow) so we declined. Parking our car was a few streets away but was free and secure so that was a bonus. Easy and cheap to catch bus into Florence.
We missed having a common area (our room too small) to sit and enjoy a glass of wine after a busy day. Apparently access to the 'breakfast' room was stopped during COVID. Our host did kindly chill our sparkling wine for us on one occasion to enjoy. Steps to room steep, OK for us but could be an issue for some.

The host, Eleonora was super warm and friendly. Everything was perfect. It is super clean, the breakfast was very tasty, especially the scrambled egg with Fiesole olive oil.
Definitely recommend to stay here.

What a gem this place is! It is so quiet and has a real Tuscany vibe yet so close to Florence( bus 7 was very handy). The place is sparkling clean and the host went above and beyond to take care of our needs.
She checked us in the after hours when we were delayed because of a missing luggage. She gave us her personal phone number and was only a text away responding to every need we had. Room was cleaned and towels were changed every day. AC was running great.
I will miss the abundant breakfast and the cappuccinos.
I wish I could stay longer

it preserves what it needs to be conserved in terms of architecture, interior design, but most of all, a welcoming warm atmosphere.

The hotel's staff, breakfast, location and the building's history was excellent. Fiesole is a perfect suburb to visit Firenze if you have a car or OK with transport by public bus.
