About this apartment rental
This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo features king-size beds. There is a white noise machine in each bedroom. It sleeps 7 and includes a sofa sleeper in the living room. There are 3 full bathrooms. The master bathroom has a jetted tub/shower.
The living room has a comfy newer queen sofa sleeper and two nice rocker recliners. There is a large flat screen TV with Cable. We have a DVD Player with movies included.
The newly remodeled enclosed sun room provides additional space and offers games for relaxation after a busy day on the lake or other Branson activities. There are games under the living room TV.
Enjoy a family dinner in this fully stocked kitchen. There is seating for 6 at the dining room table and bar.
It is located at Emerald Pointe Gated Community and in the Crown Jewel of Table Rock Lake.
Relax by the outdoor swimming pool or enjoy a game of shuffleboard at the clubhouse by the condos. A Handicap Pool Lift is available.
There is another clubhouse up the hill that is on Crescent Dr that includes a terrific view of Table Rock Lake from the outdoor pool. The tennis court is right next to the pool. There is a nice fitness room, meeting rooms, areas to hang out and enjoy the nice lake views. There are two bathrooms with showers.
Our on site marina offers a courtesy dock, boat rental and storage. The marina also provides fishing licenses, tackle and guide service. Enjoy water sports and some of the best bass fishing in the world. Just minutes away from all of Branson attractions.
Emerald Pointe residents and guests can indulge themselves with all the comforts of the boating lifestyle, with just a click of a button your vessel will be launched and moored dockside waiting for your arrival. They will also prep your vessel with fuel, beverages, and ice for a day of fun on the water. Upon your return, your vessel will receive a wash from the rub rail down. Keep that added peace of mind knowing your boat is in professional hands. No worries or headaches, enjoy your stay, leave the hard work to them. They also offer a Marina Store with beverages, snacks, ice and more.
The marinas hours are Mon-Sun 9-6.

If you are bringing a boat and/or trailer of any kind, you will need to store the boat and the trailer offsite, such as at Branson Bay Marina. Contact them for all details.
Absolutely NO TRAILER PARKING is allowed in the parking lot of the marina (per Branson Bay Marina rules) or in the parking lot in the condominium complex (per COA rules). Any trailer will be towed at the expense of the guest. Please heed the signs that are posted on the resort property to comply with the COA rules.
Children and pets shall be supervised at all times. (Note: This is an association rule, our property does not allow pets.)
Children are not permitted to climb on rock walls.
Fireworks are not permitted in the Emerald Bay Yacht Club complex at any time.
The maximum speed limit is 15 miles per hour within the complex. Watch for pedestrians including children playing.
Excessive noise and boisterous behavior within the unit and in the common areas is prohibited.
Use of charcoal grills is prohibited.
If there is any fine imposed for any violation(s) of the association rules and regulations by any of the guests, the guest who booked the property agrees to pay the fine, which may be in excess of $500.
As a standard disclaimer at all of our properties, we are letting you know that our condo is located in a community and state where cigarettes, cigars and marijuana are permitted. While we strive to maintain a clean and pleasant environment, there may be odors of any of the aforementioned items in the unit due to nearby units or previous guests.
Emerald Bay Yacht Club (COA) and Emerald Pointe (Master POA) are quite strict when it comes to parking, especially trailers and anything that takes up more than one standard parking space (18 ft x 8.5 ft). They watch for parking violations and impose fines and impound vehicles/trailers that violate the rules. You agree to be charged for all such expenses incurred. So, let us know if you are wanting to bring 3 or more vehicles, or any trailers, RVs, or anything that takes up more than one standard parking space so that we can make sure everything goes smoothly.

We were so pleased with our stay. It seems that many condos we rent were very nice at one time, but have become like low rent apartments now... neighborhoods tend to decline. That was NOT the case with this one. The neighborhood was perfect, peaceful, and beautiful. The condo fir our needs perfectly. We had the opportunity to use the A/C AND the heat during our 4 night stay and both kept the home pleasant. Thanks again.

Very nice condo
The condo was clean and we liked the location a little distance from Branson. It was easy to get to any attractions we wanted to visit. We had everything we needed for a pleasant stay; however, it would have been nice to be warned about the ongoing construction at Emerald Point. The first morning of our short stay, we had to take the time to find a place to get a flat tire fixed. There was a roofing screw through my tire that I picked up in the parking area. The contractor was nice enough to reimburse me for the repair, but the area where they were working was a mess.

Thanksgiving Getaway
Nice stay. A little further away from Branson entertainment than I expected. But overall it was a good getaway for our Thanksgiving Vacation. Rooms were nice and comfortable and fairly clean. The only thing missing was an ironing board, we called the manager the first night we were there and they said they would bring one the next morning but they never showed up. Water line hook-ups are backwards on washing machine. Other than those two things it was enjoyable and we would do it again.

Very nice, clean and comfy.. 10 minutes from Branson. Easy access into the unit. Walls were kinda thin, we could hear the neighbors at night. The air conditioner is weak. Kitchen is very well equipped..

Perfect stay
This was a girls' weekend get away. The condo was spacious and had plenty of room for the three of us. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, grill provided was a bonus and the family room had comfortable furniture. Thank you for such a pleasant stay!

Nice Getaway!
We had 8 people staying in this unit, it was tight but we managed. The balcony area was useless to us due to the water damage musty smell and having to be closed off to keep the a/c from freezing up. The note above their thermostat stated not to turn below 70, well with 8 people in July, it can get hot! Needless to say the unit had been have issues and we had to send numerous emails and texts to finally by the third day, have the compressor replaced! Other than it being stuffy for a few days and the lack of towels to accommodate 8 people, and the hot water running out, it was a nice unit with a nice location.

Summer stay
Good location- a little smaller than appeared on pictures. Bed in master needs new mattress- the middle is sinking. All bedrooms need a ceiling fan. It got hot at night regardless of keeping the doors open. Otherwise we had a great time! Easy access to the lake and nice to not have to climb stairs to load and unload.

Great Condo
The condo looks like the pictures. We had 6 adults and it was roomy enough for all. We all enjoy our stay there. Would recommend this condo and we will be back.

Great midweek pick me up!
My husband and I decided to make a quick trip in midweek to Branson for a brief escape. The condo we chose was on parking lot level...no stairs to lug our luggage! The inside of the condo was very comfy. A large sofa that I claimed and he chose the big easy chair each evening to relax. We brought breakfast food and ate out for lunch and dinner.....vacay right!? Everything we needed from the corkscrew to the coffee pot was provided. We had our choice of three bedrooms and three bathrooms. We splurged and between the two of us we used two bathrooms! The towels were very thick and soft. If jacuzzis are your thing, there is one in the condo. We felt very safe in the gated community. The front door was coded just for us. If you want to grill, there is a grill available. The condo is very clean and I did not feel the urge to run the dishes through the dishwasher before we used them. The condo and residential complex is off the beaten path. It is very peaceful and yet close to the strip and outlet mall! For our next trip to Branson, we will stay in this condo.

Overall, very satisfied.
Nice place and all 3 couples enjoyed the stay. Only real issue was that we did not think the floors were cleaned very well before our stay. With just that one issue we would definitely use this property again.

Lovely and nicely located condo nearby the Branson Strip.
My family and I had a wonderful stay for a week at the condo. We we're really happy to have provided to us a boat slip and also a BBQ pit there. Overall great condo and the lake was only a hop, skip, and jump away!😁�
