Very spacious apartment
Isolated if you didn’t have your own transport.

老板的服务特别到位,因为不太喜欢背阴的房间所以和老板申请更换房间,老板只用了半小时就收拾好了另外一间并且立刻让我们入住,好评!
很满意,就是地理位置不太便利

Loved the mix of Javanese and Balinese interiors. Small hotel, spacious, clean 2 bedroom apartment. off the beaten track but local shop within walking distance, bike or car. Segara beach 10 minutes by car. lovely swimming pool suitable for families. breakfast plentiful either included in the price or pay extra. advise to take own food drink and snacks as hotel only has a small selection. Adi and his team were friendly and helpful. We were a family of 3 Adults a noisy 3 year old ( apologies) and a 3 week old baby ( very quiet and content)
a mirror in the bathroom would be good

We stay here as our first night after our arrival to Bali so we can easily access to the port the morning to go to Nusa Penida - it's like 10 minutes away from Sanur New Harbor, make sure you communicate to your driver if your meetup point is the New Harbor port or keep track on your Google Maps, or else you'll need to walk 400m to the correct destination.

Pool, good kitchen and bedroom.
The location is too far from resting places.
The doors are too loud.

I truly like the design, and how our villa is designed to cater for families with a spacious living and dining room. It is also quiet with comfortable bed. The staffs, including the manager, were very hospitable to my elderly parents and that is a winning point for me.
The road to the villa is very small and only enough for one car. I know there is nothing that the owner can do about it, but that is the thing that I don't like.

Very nice quiet place with smiling and helpful personal. Swimming pool was great and apartman almost like new on inside. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Thanks

Nice, quiet, clean place. You can choose one of three option for breakfast (american, continental, indonesian).
A little far away from Sanur center. We need to take a taxi (50k in one way)

The 2 bedroom villa was really beautiful. The bedrooms, outdoor bathrooms, kitchen and living areas were all really nice. Most comfortable bed in my entire month in Bali, so that was a great surprise. The staff were so kind and helpful and made a very nice breakfast each morning. The upstairs villas have balcony areas with extra seating whereas the downstairs villas don’t have that extra space, so I recommend trying to get one of those if you can. Quiet neighborhood, but a couple of small markets and warungs in walking distance. The beach in this area is different than most of Sanur. It’s quiet and mostly black-sand and really unique. Really nice sunrise from here. If you walk to the north there’s a temple right on the water that’s worth checking out, and if you want to get to the busier part of Sanur it’s not a far taxi ride away. Really enjoyed our stay here and would absolutely come back again when next in Sanur.

The staffs were friendly and helpful. We stayed for 6 nights and they cleaned our room on every day. The breakfast was good, we tried their local cuisines fried rice and noodles, both were delicious. The pool was clean and no time restrictions for usage. We stayed in executive villa, it was really big and the bed was comfy. In our villa we had a kitchen with all utensils and also a smart tv. Air conditioners were powerful and also the wifi connection is good.

-Beautifully decorated rooms. Comfy big beds and pillows.
- Very clean
-Plus and lush clean white towels and linens. Great smelling as well
-Nice TV with a great selection of (inter-) national channels
-Beautiful looking yard and swimming pool
-Very often it felt like we had the entire premise to ourselves. No other guests or staff to be seen. Writing this I realize this was an inconvenience as well. During check out there was no staff present at all. Kinda akward.
Some minor flaws/room for improvement:
-Would be nice if slippers were provided
-No mirror In the bathroom. Only one small mirror in the bed room
-An open-air ensuite bathroom seems charming but is far from practical after sunset. A lot of bugs and critters at night were attracted to the light.
-Thin walls
-Same breakfast everyday (either bami, nasi or some cereal). Sometimes with or without toast and fruit spreads (I guess depending on availability). Delicious and varied fruit platter though!
- Often times unreliable and weak wifi signal in the room
-Be mindfull as the location is a bit remote. You will need a mode of transportation
-Staff not always present / avaible
