Do not hesitate to rent Lucas’ sunny sanctuary! We were so pleased with our accommodations. The place is nicer than expected and the pool area is divine. We were close to beaches, grocery stores and restaurants. Everything you need is at your fingertips. For a stress free vacation, I highly recommend!

Luca is a Pandora box, you never know when he will answer your texts, if ever. When we insisted and complaint over and over about the A/C and fridge that were not working, he never answered again.

Family vacation
My husband and I invited family to stay with us and the space was perfect for us! Lucas was a great host and was quick to take care of 2 issues that needed attention. The pool and outside deck are were beautiful and used every day.
Everything was clean and well appointed and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes pots utensils etc. It was a great place!

This property was in a perfect location. Quiet neighborhood. Close and convenient to everything: fishing, kayaking, jet skiing, beaches, restaurants, shops, and more. The property owner was very attentive to our needs. I would recommend this home to anyone.

Nice spacious house 5 minutes from Sesita Keys.
The house was clean and spacious. Just a short drive to the Sesita keys beach. It was near a no outlet road in the neighborhood so very little traffic came through the area. There were lots of shops and eating options within walking distance. The shed had tons of beach stuff for us to enjoy. The pool was clean and we really enjoyed our time.

Nice but needs maintence
Overall the location, space and layout of the home was great. Pool was AMAZING! Just FYI... toilets are very lose to showers so a tight fit.
When we arrived we did a walk through and found several light bulbs blown out, the trash cans were still in front of the house and the ice maker was broken and missing a major part, dishwasher was loose. Not sure if all the bathroom towels had been washed. Aire filters need to be changed. Owner was quick to respond and very nice. The master bed was HORRIBLE! My husband and I both ended up sleeping on the sofas.
Kids and husband enjoyed the pool table. Outside furniture was in need of repair or replacing. Pool guy came but did not service pool as we were using it and left chemicals for us to put in pool. We did not as did not want liability. Would be helpful if owner scheduled pool maintenance on check out day,
OVERALL... We expected more for the price we paid for our week stay. We would probably try to find another place next time, however if these items were addressed and a new mattress was put in Master we might stay again as the location was perfect for us.

Soccer Week Long Trip
I highly recommend this property! We had 4 Moms and 4 teenage daughters with us. It was a GREAT house to accommodate all of us. 3 baths was a huge plus! Great location close to Publix, other stores, and a few miles to the beautiful beach. The pool was a plus too for the girls. The property mgr was AMAZING with quick answers to my questions. We will be back!

Delightful Stay
Our family immediately felt comfortable and at-home upon arrival to this lovely home. The kitchen and furnishings are very nice and clean with everything we needed. It is easy to find, in a convenient location and close to a beautiful beach. We had a question for the host and got an immediate response. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe for our children. They enjoyed the nice pool as well. It was a delightful stay and we would visit again.

Took my wife and high school senior with 5 of his friends to Siesta for the week. We were very happy with this house. It was very clean and comfortable. The pool and pool table were definitely great amenities for our group. Lucas, our host, was awesome! He had an issue with the pool fixed in a few hours. We would definitely stay here again!

BEACH VACAY
This was quite the cozy house. It was close to everything ( i.e. beach, grocery store, restaurants, shopping). Lucas was very responsive to any questions and requests we asked for. We had originally booked for 4 nights and asked if we could stay an extra night and Lucas was very accommodating. The house was well equipped with amenities (i.e. kitchenware, beach and bath towels). We BBQ’ed quite a lot and LOVED IT!! The shed in the back is stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation ( i.e. umbrellas, folded chairs, and floaties. The pool was also very clean. The only thing we would say about the house that need a little improvement is more lighting in the kitchen area, lights are dim, the air flow in the converted garage/bedroom is insufficient to keep the room cool , although they had a small fan to help, and the assortment of remote controls for the main TV confused us a bit. Other than that we had a FABULOUS TIME!! Definitely would recommend especially for big families. We were a family of 8. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Family Beach House
We loved everything about this house for our family Siesta Key getaway! Communication was impeccable and Lucas was very responsive and attentive. The house is very nicely appointed and plenty of room for the 6 of us! Easy to get to all the local beaches, water sport rentals, shops, and groceries! Highly recommended for your next Siesta Key stay!

Lagos 4th of July Trip
The house was perfect for a family of 8. We where 6 adults and 2 kids under 18. We were not home much but when we were the house felt cozy. It is literally down the street from everything and the neighborhood is safe. If I had to give a review on a dislike it would be that there is not enough lighting in the kitchen. We like to cook and the lighting was too dark for my taste. Our stay was for 4 days and would recommed the house for large families to get away. Our trip was dedicated around Siesta Key Beach so if you are a smaller group stay on the island. Parking is a pain in Siesta with limted spaces. Of course it depends on the weekend that you are going but if you are a large family the house is spacious and right over the bridge before Siesta Key. Have FUN!!!

Nice property...Overpriced IMOA
Overall a pleasant stay. Kitchen Well stocked. The addition on the back of the home made it spacious for the kids to spread out.
A Few comments to consider.
Back of the property backs up to a shopping mall. Noise was not an issue, but the lights from the mall building shined into master bedroom at night. Black out blinds would address this.
Very low water pressure in the bathroom shower associated with the master bedroom and shower next to laundry.
Grease on the flavorizer bars associated with outdoor grill created a little bit of a situation with the grease fire. Shut down grill and called it a night.
Although the airflow/temp in the majority of the home was good. It was limited in the master bedroom. Tried adjusting vent to no avail. purchased a fan to help with airflow.
We would probably not stay at the same property again

This house was extremely nice and fit all our family needs! The pool was perfect for our group of 10. Location is close to everything you need so no long driving! The only thing i recommend for your stay is to bring toilet tissue, they only provide 1 roll per bathroom!

Perfect everything - location, House, communication
The house was exactly as advertised! The communication with property manager was top notch and the house was literally perfect. 4 bedrooms, pool, Publix around the corner. Y’all it’s an easy drive to the beach and Siesta Key Village.
Can not wait to bring the crew back again.

Family trip
There were a lot of positives about this house but also a handful of negatives.
Pros: Great layout, lots of space, excellent location (super close to Siesta Key), stocked with kid stuff (bouncer, high chair, pack n play), quick communication with property owners, easy access to the house.
Cons: Couldn't check in until 15 mins after check in time as cleaning crew was still there. A pool maintenance guy showed up one day to clean the pool and we were told we couldn't go in it for 2 hours after. I understand that happens but it would be nice to know ahead of time as we planned that day to be a full pool day at the house. Biggest complaint was the cleanliness of the house. I would describe it as 25 yr old me would have been fine with it, 35 year old me found it very dirty. It needs a deep clean... Lots of dirt in the cabinets, kitchen items were disgusting, remote was covered in something that looked like chocolate, pool chairs had mud on them and everything just felt dirty.
Overall while it was a nice enough house we would not stay there again.

Beach chairs needed to be replaced and the property owners had said they were going to be replaced so that would be nice.

It was nice to have the beach towels, bath towels and nice to have a washer and dryer. The grill was also a nice convenience.
The owners of the property contacted quickly back and forth with any concerns or questions.
would definitely rent again if we headed back down to Siesta Key.

Great January Golfing Stay
Perfect location for our annual golf trip to the Sarasota area. Short drive to the beach and easy access to golf courses near I75. Electronic lock on front door made access easy and home was exactly as described in the listing. Would rent again for future trip.

Lovely home
The home is beautiful. The location is perfect for being quiet but close enough to the beach. The owners were lovely and responded very quickly to all messages. However we did not have access to a washer even though one was advertised we ended up washing our clothes in the bathtub to get by. The owners were aware of this issue and were looking into replacing the broken one.
Over all a great home, lovely stay and would recommend this to a friend.

It was like your very own paradise!!
When we arrived at this home I was amazed at how nice it was. Everything was in order. All the linens and towels were like new and clean. The kitchen was chef quality!! The bedrooms were very nice and the beds were comfortable. Naturally we were drawn to the pool which was beautiful and we used it every day. We had two children and an infant and felt very safe in this neighborhood. We checked out the local cuisine since these places were so close. Capt Curts was our favorite place to eat. All in all we had the time of our lives. We would like to thank the owners very much for letting us use their home.

We really enjoyed our week here - the house was great! It was spacious (we are a family of 5) and quite well equipped. The heated pool was fantastic and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. The grocery store is very close and there are beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler that we used on beach days. My only (minor) suggestions would be to have some more lights outside (it was a bit dark trying to eat dinner out there) some games around - even a deck of cards, and some reusable bags for the grocery store.

I cannot say enough good things about this vacation home. It was clean, nicely remodeled, spacious and well stocked. The pool and Lanai area is beautiful and we spent most of our time here! The location is excellent, close to shops, grocery store and the beach! The neighborhood is very quiet. The management team are very professional and respond very quickly to any questions. I would definitely stay here again and HIGHLY recommend this great gem to anyone. Thank you Jesse and Donna for providing a great vacation home, you do an excellent job!

We have rented in Sarasota for the past 3 years and this is the best rental yet. This property is very nicely laid-out. Lots of room to congregate and visit with your friends. The property has plenty of sleeping (4 bedrooms) and bathrooms. The pool area is very nice and the entire property is very clean. We give this property two thumbs up.

This is a fantastic rental! It was welcoming, relatively clean, and had a good feeling about it.
We had a few little issues but they were no fault of the management team. We checked in early on a Sunday (The team was FANTASTIC about that.) Garbage needs to go out on Tuesday night. So on Tuesday night my husband and I had to deal with the trash in the wrong bins, that previous people left, and put in the large recycling bin, loose dirty diapers, the whole 9 yards. It was not fun, but again NOT management's fault.
We had to flip the breaker switch every morning for the pool to heat. Not a big deal, but it wasn't ready for us when we got there, so it was slightly annoying, and it was a little dirty because the pool people don't come until Wednesdays. On the last day it was very cold, and somehow we got kicked off from Netflix, and couldn't find the login information. But we really aren't tv people, so that was ok.
The house itself is completely remodeled. One of the bedrooms is in what used to be the garage, and set away from the others. This was perfect for my in-laws. The king bedroom had older windows, but they were fully functional, just not "new" super clean. And the bed in that room is not the best, I think it needs to be turned as my husband and I felt a lump in the middle. BUT then again that's NOT management's fault, those things happen. I should have turned It, but didn't.
Other than these small things the place was FANTASTIC! And the management team is the best! I would stay again in a heartbeat. Thanks for letting us stay!
