I will provide a full refund assuming you provide me with at least 30 days notice prior to your arrival date. Refunds for cancellations within 30 days notice will be provided if I re-book the suite at the same rate and duration of the stay. Please consider travel insurance which includes COVID and hurricane cancellation as those events are not refundable

Keywords: Junior Suite located in Sorrento, the Ocean Club building of the Fontainebleau Resort. Elegantly furnished with 550 square feet, with a king bed, convenient sitting area with desk and double sofa bed. 45 inch high definition TV, iHome radio and Kitchenette with mini refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, sink and microwave. Marble and Granite bathroom with oversized jet whirlpool tub and separate glass enclosed shower and TV in bathroom.

110 square foot balcony overlooking Fontainebleau owners pool and ocean. No Smoking. Glass-enclosed state of the art gym, 40,000 square foot two-level Lapis Spa with world famous treatments. On-site several beautiful restaurants: Steakhouse, 24 hour high end dining, poolside cafe, coffee shop, live nightclub, Blade Sushi Bar and Ultra-Lounge. Multiple pools, beach with chairs and umbrella, designer clothing boutique, spa shop, smoke shop and pool shop.

In general I have a 4 night minimum but will accept requests of less than four nights if I only have those dates available. Therefore if you need less than 4 nights send me the request and I will see if I can accommodate the request.
Cleaning will be $155 for departure cleaning and at your option $80 per interim cleaning. Payments made via credit card or vrbo will incur a 4% fee.
There is a one time fee imposed by the hotel at checkout of $18.84.

This was our first visit to Miami Beach, we were pleased with the accommodations. The condo was simply a converted hotel room but was spacious and comfortable. The room didn't have any drawers to place our clothes in, so we ended up living out of our suitcase. Nice view of the city and ocean from the balcony. The resort itself is very expensive for pretty much everything. The check-in process wasn't smooth but manageable. We would stay here again.

We loved our stay at this resort. The beach and pool were great. We got massages at the spa and dined at the many restaurants the hotel had to offer. We plan to bring more family here in the future.

I was very disappointed. Got the room very late. The fridge inside the room was very loud. I asked for late check out and was denied even though i was given the room very late. Also when i booked, it said free spa certificate which never got it.

This is the third time I stay at one of Chris’s places and it has never disappointed. It was very clean, comfortable and great view from balcony! I will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed two nights at Chris' condo with two teen boys and it was exactly as pictured. Communication with Chris was easy and seamless. The condo is on the 14th floor with a nice partial ocean view. It overlooks the Sorrento pool and the top of the Soho Beach House. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony, especially at night because while the Ocean was to the left, the city was to the right. The lights looked great at night. Our room was not originally ready at 4:15 p.m. but they had it ready by 4:30 p.m. so no complaints. Check-in was easier than I anticipated and there was no line. The hotel was in better shape than I expected after all of these years. One item that stood out was the staff - they were friendly and helpful but they all seemed to like one another. That was sort of a nice family feel you don't often get. Not a shocker but the onsite restaurants are expensive - even for lunch - especially the Mediterranean one between the pools and beach. Liv was cool and we loved the people watching in the lobby. We hope to stay there again next time we're in Miami.

The Appartement was o.k. The staff for the valet parking was very friendly and the view was great… the owner was reachable, this is a big plus… the weather was very bad , therefore we couldn’t enjoy our stay - not because the room😉

We came to Miami to celebrate my bachelorette trip and stayed at Fontainebleau. I am so glad that we decided to book through Chris! My fiancé and I stayed in this suite in the Sorrento tower and my friends stayed in the main tower. All were excellent but the quick responses from Chris and the cleanliness of the room put this room at the top of my expectations. Thank you so much Chris for your customer service from start to finish. We will definitely be back and I hope that you end up with space at the fontainebleau in las vegas because we will be there too!! Thanks again

Booked trip to celebrate my Husband’s 50th birthday. Such an amazing resort..!! Miami is very beautiful, but very expensive. There is a lot to do and you aren’t far from downtown Miami. Definitely enjoyed our time here. The room was immaculate, except a bit loud sitting on the balcony as the next building has loud ac units on their roof.

The Fountainbleu is a nice hotel and the Sorrento Tower was great because it had it’s own entrance and a quiet pool. But when there is a convention at hotel the main pool area and restaurants are taken over and are often closed for private events. The room was attractive but missing some amenities that women like. There were no drawers in the room, just two freestanding closets with a few shelves. In bathroom the shower had no alcove for soap and shampoo. Also, not enough places to hang towels or wet bathing suits. The key issue was no private internet. The hotel’s was slow.

The property could not have better suited our needs. The apartment was beautiful, well appointed, and very clean. The service throughout the property was outstanding. We enjoyed the private beach access and the pools very much. Several of the restaurants on site were really good, and the location was ideal. We will definitely return.

The only problem was the hotel had us booked for 2023, but my confirmation on my phone showed 2022. So we had to go to a different dept for check-in. Also, housekeeping changes $50 a pop so don't forget to hang you "do not disturb" sign. Other than that it was great.

A great time with beautiful views! 😍 room was exactly as described. Enjoyed going to Ocean Drive and Espanola Way. Pool staff was very friendly. Nick & KobeTowel guys very helpful. The only thing we wished was pools and hot tubs open later atleast til 11pm that was a downer. But overall was a nice stay.

This vacation surpassed our expectations! The room was beautiful and the view was amazing. The description online and pictures are exactly what you get. The hotel is very nice. The staff at the beach were the best! Boone was amazing! All staff members throughout were friendly and accommodating. We are looking forward to renting from this owner again next winter. If you’re considering it I highly recommend this unit.

I was pleased that the pictures gave a true representation of what the unit was! The bed was extremely comfortable with great sheets. The location was great and resort was top notch. The view of the ocean was amazing to wake up to everyday and the spa passes were for sure a great bonus! I would for sure book this unit again...

Overall very nice. The gym could be larger for so many guests. Also, a separate coffee shop in the morning would be helpful. Chez Bon bon was always packed. The pool hours could be later. Beautiful property though.

Beautiful property. We enjoyed most of our time in our suite, for much needed R & R. Check-in process was seamless, did have to stop at the front desk for check-out. Communication w/ property owner was hassle-free, he was very responsive to the few questions asked. Highly recommend and would book again in the future.

The VRBO and Fountainbleu Hotel are absolutely beautiful! Our 17 and 20 year old sons loved the atmosphere. Restaurants on site were great, we especially liked Vida.
