Lovely stay location great will stay again 😎

we know the location well as parents live on the same urb so we were aware that you need a car to get about etc. extremely spacious villa with a lovely pool and tremendous views. furnished to a basic standard but comfortable and slept really well. baby (1) also slept well. key holder Michele was great in communicating. overall, really enjoyable stay.
Wi-Fi would’ve been useful with work (as I always have to do bits for work whilst away). the villa is in need of some t&c -loose concrete slab on side of pool, bathroom light hanging off etc. the latter didn’t impact our stay though.

The house itself was very well appointed, views were really lovely, very good sized pool. Barbecue needs updating. Really needs a sun umberalla,
Very conveniently situated and enjoyed eating locally.
No privacy whilst sitting outdoors and swimming, the surrounding walls we're very low and open to public view.

Friendly hosts. Good communication.

A very atttractive villa set on a reasonably sized corner plot with excellent views of the distant mountains. The property includes a large well maintained pool,
The villa is furnished in a fashion which is acceptable within the holiday rental market but really no more than that, Bedroom furniture is a little sparse but has ample cupboard and drawers. The kitchen is fitted with a washing machine and dishwasher. Allowances must be made for the fact that this property is equipped for holiday rental and therefore does not feature high quality furniture, fixtures and fittings . However, having made the most generous allowances, there are serious problems in the lounge/dining area which features a three piece suite which is shabby, broken and generally worn out and offers absolutely no comfort. I must say that I was offended by the fact that I was expected to use furniture in such dilapidated condition, My wife who suffers from Parkinson’s requires an area in which she is able to rest and relax the absence of which detracted from what we hoped would be beneficial holiday, Very surprising and equally disappointing

The villa is spacious with a lovely pool. It was clean enough and the location was quiet. Kitchen was well-equipped.
The villa was freezing cold. The weather was extremely cold but the spaciousness of the villa made it impossible to heat. Electric heaters were provided but only 2 could be used at a time as the electricity tripped when more were turned on at once. There was a fireplace which could potentially have been used but the sofa was placed so close to it and partially obstructed it, so using it would have been dangerous. We moved out to stay at a friend's house on the third day as the cold made it too uncomfortable to enjoy. I'm sure it would be a lovely place to stay in warmer weather and would be fabulous in the summer as the pool did look lovely and was a good size.

We knew you needed a car to stay on the urbanisation because a friend owns a villa there too. The villa was lovely.
We knew that the power may trip if too many things on before we arrived but as it was March it was still cold the first 2/3 days and we all needed heaters on so it kept cutting out..could maybe upgrade...

Difficult to operate the TV.

Views into the Hondon Valley are great.
The house was absolutely not clean, allthough we had to pay 60 euro cleaningcosts, what was not clearly communicated via the website, but came as a surprise in the confirmationmail. Outside furniture is not sufficient, especially if you imagine that you can stay with 6 persons in the house.
