YOU WANT TO STAY HERE!
The first thing you will say when you open the door is WOW! Here you have plenty of room to move about, store your stuff, take off your shoes and relax. The kitchen is stocked with new cooking utensils - the beds are super comfy and everything is spotless. You have your own designated parking spot and Aspen Life is right outside the door, yet far enough away that it's quiet when you want to rest and sleep. This unit is spacious with 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a pull-out couch in the living room. There is a King Bed in the master and a perpendicular twin/queen bunk in the guest room. The beds are equipped with great mattresses and soft sheets. The towels are new and plush. The location is fantastic at S. Mill Street between the Hyatt and the St. Regis, one block up. Some nights we never even leave the street as most of the Aspen action is right down the road! With ample snow, you can ski home from Lift 1A and the Gondola is 2 blocks away. The owners have a locker available for a small charge at the base of the Gondola. The Aspen bus system that takes you everywhere is conveniently located - one block away. The kitchen is well stocked and bathroom amenities are provided. There is even an area in the entry to hang and dry your gear. Find TV's in both the living room and the master and the master can be locked off to serve as a hotel room type accommodation. If you are interested in just a hotel room, inquire about this, the rates are lower. You won't find any left over personal effects in this property -- it's your home for the time you are there. This place has a lot of charm and is perfect for a group or family.

We have been coming to Aspen in the Summer for years now and decided to stay somewhere new this year. I am so glad we did. We stayed for 2.5 weeks and the place was perfection: quiet, close to town and incredibly well-stocked. The owner really thought of everything.

Prisca works so hard to make sure she thinks ahead of every detail to make the stay wonderful. She is very communicative & helpful. Location is perfect... ski right to the front door and under 5 min walk to restaurants. Highly recommend.

Location is superb relative to town, the St Regis and the mountain. Very quiet. It was super hot while we were there, but the apartment has nice cover from the sun since it is on the bottom floor with walkways above, and high sloped walls on the outside of the walkways in front and back. We did not use the hot tub but the area looked nice and other users thought it was great when we asked about it. Good for kids since the place is nice but not “too nice.” It was a very good value for the price and the owner was pleasant and helpful. Note: Go to the Recreation Center during the summer if you have kids.

We enjoyed our spring break ski trip. Great room for two kids and a large master for the parents. In the center of town a block from the transportation center and a couple blocks from Apsen mountain. Less than 10 minutes walk to most places in town. Great trip!

Really enjoyed the location and hospitality!

Great location, walking distance to lifts. Place was clean and very well appointed. Host was very responsive. If you have more than one car, parking is challenging but we were able to find relatively inexpensive parking in a covered lot in town. Overall had a great experience - would stay there again.

I have spent time over 40 years visiting and living in Aspen and my wife and I really loved this condo. The location is right in the heart of town, easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and Aspen mountain. The unit feels quite large for Aspen and had all the amenities we needed. It is a great choice of for couples or families.

My sister, daughter and I spent a week in Prisca's well appointed condo. Just a short 3 min walk into town made for an excellent spring break, girls ski trip. The condo had all the necessities of a home included. We loved our stay and hope to stay here again. Everything was just perfect! Thank you again for being so accommodating and for allowing us to stay in your home.

We loved this condo. It was the perfect set up. Very clean and well organized. The owner has everything labeled which makes it very easy to find things. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. So are the bedrooms and bathrooms. The bathroom is stocked with shampoo and conditioner. There’s laundry detergent and dish detergent and paper towels. The TV has access to Netflix and Amazon prime so you can watch your own shows. The location is perfect. Very close to town, including the Ruby Park bus stop.

This property is nicely located within walking distance to anything you will want to see or do. Private parking is a plus and the condo is well equipped with cookware and paper goods. Had a great time for two weeks in Aspen.

As other reviews have stated, the condo was perfect for our group. A block from the bus station (and the Gondola) made easy access to all mtns. The kitchen was very well stocked (including coffee bean grinder!) towels and bedding were high end and plentiful. The owner responded quickly (within minutes) to questions :-))). Supplies were ample (not limited to one roll of tp, etc...). We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended.

We stayed in the unit for almost 2 weeks. The location is fantastic as it is very close to Aspen Mtn and also to the downtown area. The condo was also extremely well stocked and the beds comfortable. We will be back.

This condo is all one could ask for; comfortable, clean, nicely decorated and well organized. We were two couples enjoying Aspen and the condo was well located, wifi worked, washer-dryer available. Everything local was easily within walking distance. Aspen has much to offer in the summer. The directions for 'check in' were clear and precise. The owner was easy to contact. Thanks!

You can’t beat the location of this condo. Close to town and the slopes. Well stocked with conveniences such as detergent, trash bags, shampoo and soaps. We’d definitely come back!

There’s nothing cheap about Aspen and, when you try to cut costs, the travel horrors soon follow. Not here! The condo is absolutely immaculate. Very comfortable bedding and towels. Spotless bathrooms. And the host sets it up well-appointed for a stay. The location is wonderful...a block and a half to the gondola. Don’t expect views out the windows. It’s a ground floor unit. BUT the price is right and we found it very comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas in this comfortable, cozy, clean and very well equipped condo. The location is great and convenient to everything yet quiet and private. We enjoyed family time cooking and staying in as much as exploring Aspen restaurants and shops. Spacious enough to have local family over for dinner. Sitting in the hot tub offers a splendid view of the mountain, too! Prisca was great to work with. Highly recommend!

We loved this condo! Over the years we have stayed at various other places, but hands down this was the most comfortable, clean, well stocked condo we had ever stayed at. We were super close to downtown, Silver Queen and downtown. The bed was very comfortable, the space is functional and it was great for entertaining. Our family of 4 stayed here, but we had several other folks that were in town, in the evening we would have everyone over for a drink or two before we turned in and it was very welcoming and spacious! Thank you Prisca for a great stay in Aspen!
