We've created a space that is just the right amount of everything you need to base yourself on Great Ocean Road with family and friends. Positioned in a quiet cul-de-sac, this property has one of the best position's in the court with park and ocean views, extending to the fairways of the RACV golf course. With easy access to all amenities such as the Surf Life Savings Club, Jan Juc Village shops, cafe and Pub. But most importantly it only a short 750 m stroll to the patrolled Jan Juc surf beach.
Guests will enjoy the many walking & cliff top trails, boardwalks along the creek reserves that lead to playgrounds and sporting amenities in the area. The world famous Bells Beach is under a 10 minute drive and Torquay shopping and dining precinct is an easy walking or riding distance so you can leave the car at home and explore on your push bike.
Situated with a northerly aspect you can take full advantage of the 3 large sunny decks the home has to offer all with comfortable outdoor lounge and dining whilst cooking up a storm on the Webber BBQ. Jan Juc Beach Break is a split level home with generous accommodation and can accommodate 2 families easily making it a great place to come together for a memorable family holiday, groups of friends or executive travellers.
The upper level offers the main living area, kitchen, dining and seamless connection to the main outdoor entertainment deck which is a great spot to watch the abundance of native wildlife.
Beautifully decorated interiors complement the timber floors and extensive glazing that invite the sun all day long. Perfect spot to relax in the 8 - 10 seater leather lounge suite whilst watching TV with RC air conditioning comfort.
Generous size kitchen with all the mod cons and gorgeous reclaimed timber 8 seater dining setting make for effortless entertaining.
Kids are catered for with plastic bowls, plates, cups & utensils, high chair, cot, stair gate, board games and books. With a fully fenced and secure backyard the kids & well behaved fur babies will have plenty of room to play outside.
Downstairs a second living area is an ideal family space with TV, videos and comfy leather chairs.
All four bedrooms are beautifully appointed with hotel quality linen, sheeting and bath towels. All bedrooms have electric panel heaters and ceiling fans and all beds have electric blankets for those chilly nights. The master bedroom has an adjoining private ensuite and the family bathroom boasts a large bathtub and shower.

A beautifully presented home in a great location .
Everything you needed was in the house , information to all the local attractions, local eateries & things to do.
Being pet friendly also was a major attraction for us as we travelled with our 2 fur babies & the property had plenty of secured yard for them to play in.

The property is a short walk to Jan Juc beach and has beautiful beach vibes for your group. The bedroom configuration was perfect for us with 4 rooms including one with a cot. Place was clean and comfy with great balcony for barbecue dinners.

Thanks to Traci, my family and some international guest felt right at home in the property. Although the weather was poor, we were in walking distance to the beach and coastal walking track, and a short drive to the shops, etc. The house was spacious, clean and well stocked. The beds and furnishings were comfortable and the premises was spotless on arrival. Traci was easy to contact and made us feel welcome. I would highly recommend a stay at the premises.

Nice quiet, clean place in Jan Juc. The bed we slept on was a bit uncomfortable and after adjusting the water temperature for showers/baths it still wasn't hot enough. Would suggest getting a cordless stick vacuum if you expect guests to vacuum a three level house before they leave.

We had a wonderful time at Jan Juc Beach Break. It was very clean when we arrived and the garden looked amazing. The mattresses are very comfortable and having two TV’s kept both the adults and children happy. This is a fantastic place to stay for a big family or a couple of families getting away together. The whole house was fantastic.
This is also a great spot for families with a dog. Being allowed to have our dog inside with us meant she had a great stay also. Just around the corner is an off lead reserve where we were able to take our dog for a run every day. This reserve meanders its way to the beach which is very close and has a section which dogs can use all year round.
Communication with the owners was very quick and friendly.
We would definitely recommend this accommodation to others.

We were a little disappointed this time that some of the amenities had been ruined by previous occupants (bikes/boogie boards). It would be great if these could be replaced for future use. Relaxing beach house in quiet surroundings
The house is perfect for families, with rooms on two levels. Bright and spacious living area, and kitchen has all the essentials, and a great balcony area for outdoor eating. A short walk to Jan Juc beach or village, and short drive to Torquay. Friendly and accommodating owners, especially due to the disruption of the pandemic. Highly recommend.

We really loved our stay here. There was plenty of space. We loved the outdoor deck on the top floor. The bedrooms were very comfortable. We had a small problem with the hot water but the owner was very helpful in letting us know how to get it restarted. I would definitely come back again.

Clean, comfortable and roomy. Quiet and relaxing. We booked because we were lead to believe from the photos you can see the beach from the balcony, unfort not. And quiet a walk to the beach. Great location, 10 minute walk to beach. The child gate meant we could keep the dog out of bedroom areas. Would comfortably accommodate 2 families. The deck off the main living area is really nice but the bbq needs a good clean. Otherwise faultless. Lots of choice for local eateries, don't miss Swell Cafe.

Great location and house has everything you'd need while on holidaying in rented digs. Several outdoor balcony deck areas - really hot or a little cooler all good, one will be still work so can enjoy the outdoors. Only criticism would be TV reception is really poor - luckily they've got lots of games for you to occupy yourself with.

Fantastic layout in a nice quiet street
We had a full house and we still had plenty of room to relax and have our own space even with 4 kids running around, great layout. With the shops, cafes, pub and beach a short stroll away it’s a nice location. I’d highly recommend it to anyone with a large family or group with kids, we’ll certainly be back

Everything you need
We have stayed at Jan Juc Beach Break two years in a row now and loved it. We are a family with adult children. We love that there are queen beds in every room. The décor has been updated since our last visit and is very tasteful. There is plenty of room in the bedrooms. The lounge has seating for 8 people and the kitchen table seats 8 too. The kitchen is well equipped and the beach is a 5 minute walk. The only issue I had was the balcony is in full sun for most of the day so we didn't spend too much time out there. Tracey was very helpful in returning my emails promptly. We loved our stay here and will be back!
