Seriously, this is a hidden gem tucked away yet convenient to everything. Located just outside Zion National Park, Utah (2 hours drive from Las Vegas) on three acres and only minutes from Zion National Park, this is the perfect HQ for trips to Zion, Grand Canyon and Bryce Canyon and a multitude of State Parks. The bright blue sky, mountain vistas, and the starry nights will astound you while you enjoy your stay as our guests. Swim in the pool (open April 15 - October 31) relax on one of our two patios sipping your favorate beverage and watching a fantastic sunset or sunrise. We sit smack in the middle of what many say is the best mountain biking in the USA. If you want epic single track and slickrock then stay with us!! We are a year 'round destination. of trails was awarded 'Epic' status by the International Mountainbike Association. Hike or ride 50+ miles of singletrack trails from your 'back yard'. This is a perfect retreat with the nearest neighbor being 1/3 mile away, yet accessed by 100% paved roads. We are a short drive to many beautiful places......Zion National Park is a few minutes, Cedar Breaks, Bryce Canyon, Grand Canyon North Rim, Sand Hollow, Coral Pink Sand Dunes are all easily accessable Your Guest Casita is 870 square feet of open and airy space with sleeping arrangements of wueen beds and a comfortable pull out twin. A full kitchen makes preparing meals easy...or you can choose to sample some of our fine local dining options in Virgin, Hurricane or Springdale. Maximum of Four Guests. A NOTE ABOUT OUR PET POLICY.....READ THIS IF YOU HAVE A DOG. Due to a stay of an irresponsible pet owner who's pet destroyed two furniture items we have adopted the following pet policy. The only pets allowed are dogs 80 lb maximum. Please refrain from allowing your dog on the furniture. A DOG MUST NEVER BE LEFT ALONE UNLESS IT IS CRATED. There are no exceptions to the crate policy, so please do not ask. We have a large size crate for your use for free...just bring a dog blanket to put in it. We charge a $30 pet fee which covers the extra time it takes to clean after a per stay. Driving times from St. George is 35 mins, Bryce Canyon 2hrs, Grand Canyon 2.5hrs, Las Vegas 2.15 hrs, Los Angeles 6 hrs, Salt lake city 3.5 hours. Can’t say enough good things about Monte and his nice little apartment above the garage. Everything was clean, in good shape and well stocked. Location was amazing. Zion and Bryce Canyon are cool but we were just as amazed by gooseberry mesa had amazing biking hiking and views with almost money around. Snow canyon state park was awesome. Even the view sitting at the apartment was amazing. Watched the sunrise every morning from the nice patio area at the apartment. Monte was always responsive and even shipped my wife’s kindle back to me no charge. Will definitely be back.

This location is just out of the really busy area for Zion. not too far from hurricane if you need to pick up some groceries. owner is great to work with.

Well maintained property in a beautiful setting close to Zion Nat'l Park. Bryce Canyon and Grand Canyon are hours away. Hosts are wonderful resources for trails and adventures. A very quiet, comfortable apartment over a garage. Our winter visit precluded use of the entire property.

The property is set in a beautiful, quiet location with all the amenities you could need while visiting Zion or the surrounding mesas. Monte and Bonnie were exceptional hosts who made us feel at home answering any and all questions we had about the surrounding area. Would highly recommend!

This is one of my all time favorite locations. Close to Zion without all the crowds. Excellent restaurants and provisions within a 5 minute drive.

Great place for a two people, or more if you don’t mind being cozy. Proximity to hiking and mountain biking is ideal. Hosts were quick to respond to any needs/inquiries.

I stayed here for a week visiting Zion and Bryce Canyon Parks. The location is perfect, with no neighbors and a perfect backdrop of the mesas to view while at the pool. The drive to Zion is only 20 minutes. The house was clean and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Bonus was that Bonnie and Monte were incredibly nice and also had some helpful tips on things to do in the area. If I’m ever back in the area I would love to stay here again.

My mom and I stayed here for our trip to Zion. This property was amazing!! It’s close to the park yet secluded and private. This was perfect for us. Owners were attentive. Property was extremely clean, well taken care of. We will be back!

There was nothing missing at our stay, the pool was great, everything we needed for the kitchen was there, the ac is great, grill worked great. Overall we had a really nice stay here. The sofa bed is very very noisy and an upgrade to a smart tv would be a nice addition. Besides that this place is a 10/10

Great stay across the board. Easy to access, visually beautiful setting, close to Zion. Pool was a perfect feature for July given the heat. Hosts were communicative and friendly. Large room/kitchen were clean and functional. No issues at all. Would recommend.

This was such an amazing place. The owners were fantastic with communication from the time I booked the place until we left. Offering plenty of information from places to eat and the best way to handle Zion. The views at the house were amazing as well. Will definitely stay there again if we come back to Zion.

We stayed here for a girls trip from Alaska. It’s the perfect location to get to Zion and not very far from Snow Canyon either! Wonderful and beautiful place. Monte and Bonnie were friendly and fun to chat with! Would defiantly stay there again.

The location was very convenient for visiting Zion and the surrounding area. The house has beautiful mountains as it’s backdrop and in warm weather I would have enjoyed the pool and sitting at the fire pit in the yard. The upstairs studio had everything I needed. My dog and I had a really nice time. Owners were super helpful and friendly. Checking in and out was a breeze. Highly recommend staying here and hope to return.

Extremely clean, comfortable, and spacious studio with ride out opportunities for mountain biking and short drive to Zion and many surrounding trails for hiking. Great spot for anyone who wants to play outside and explore all the surrounding areas. Bonnie and Monte are kind and make you feel welcome without being remotely intrusive.

I stayed here during the week of Thanksgiving and absolutely loved it. It was super clean, quiet and has everything you need. The owners are super nice and accommodating. I am so glad I stayed here instead of in Springdale- so peaceful and a great area.

We loved the casita, Monte and Bonnie were so kind! It’s in a great location to be close to Zion but still very private and not on top of all the activities. As a horse lover we enjoyed having Perseus and Siluetta in the back. The property is quiet and there is a fabulous fire pit for stargazing and hotdogs! We would love to stay here next time Zion is calling!

This was an incredible stay for me and my husband. Monte and Bonnie were wonderful hosts and we really enjoyed meeting them.
The property is beautfil and very conveniently located. We were able to easily explore Zion National Park and the surrounding area. It is also conveniently located to grocery store and restaurants.
The casita is very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed being able to use the pool after long hikes. We highly recommend staying here!

My Son and I had a wonderful trip to Utah. The views from the property are breathtaking. We explored Bryce Canyon, Zion and the Grand Canyon. Accommodations were perfect. My Son and I enjoyed the pool daily.

My family stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Zion. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen met all our needs. Monte invited my kids to come feed his horses which was a highlight. The kids loved the private pool. Highly recommend this location!

Just a note, the bed is a Murphy Bed and one side is against the wall. This was a non issue for us, but it could make getting out of bed during the night a little challenging for the person against the wall.

This was a non issue for us, but it could make getting out of bed during the night a little challenging for the person against the wall.

Feel lucky to get to meet and chat with them. I love that the put out feeders to feed the birds while stunning view of the plateau on the background.
The kitchen is fully equipped, big fridge, great powerful hot shower after a whole day out.
There is a few things probably need to do something about is that the mattress is too soft, once one person lay on it the other person will roll into the middle which it's so uncomfortable for both of us for couple of nights. We tried a few way to improve on both mattresses together at the end we end up using the firmer mattress and sleep on the floor. The bath towels are thin, small and old. My husband find the tv too small.
Overall I will give 5 stars for the wonderful location, safe parking, incredible beautiful owners and 2 stars for the mattresses.
I honestly like Monte and Bonnie a lot ! I could see myself hanging out with them if they are my neighour for happy hours. :-)
