Are you looking for a fun family vacation home with the surf and sand at your door step? Then this wonderful OCEANFRONT duplex is for you! This is an up/down duplex allowing for the preferred convenience of one level living, with this top level unit having 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Rent this unit, or for the perfect large family gathering, combine this unit with our other lower unit, VRBO #474865 listing, for a total of 8 BEDROOMS.

There are five TVs, and high speed WiFi! The living room has a large flat screen TV with premium cable service and a DVD (Blu Ray) player. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV streaming Netflix. The kids and teenagers will enjoy the bunk/futon bedroom configuration, especially when they can retreat to their own room which also has a DVD (Blue Ray) player. Make sure you keep one of the two beautiful ocean front bedrooms for yourself.

This unit has a full length front deck with marsh views, and a full length oceanfront back deck, so you can enjoy all that Holden Beach has to offer. A boardwalk right from your back deck takes you over the dunes to the ocean’s edge. You can also relax in the open air ground level common area where you will find casual wicker furniture and a charcoal grill. ENJOY!

Great views and seen dolphins daily. Home was clean and I was impressed! Kitchen was well stocked with essentials and we cooked daily. Beds were high quality. Robert and his wife were a dream to deal with. We hope to return in the future. BOOK THIS NOW BEFORE ITS GONE!

This WOW location gives you the ocean out your back door! The houses on this street have private access to the beach - no crowds - no setting up early to get a good spot - plenty of beach, sand, and TURTLES. We were located between two turtle nests and got to see two hatchlings rescued after they failed to exit the nest in the initial hatch. The two king size beds in this unit were very comfortable and each had a full bath it shared with an adjoining bedroom. Bedrooms and bathrooms were roomy with good water pressure. The furniture was comfortable without being fussy. The back deck was long and amazing with several large rocking chairs. There was a hose at the mid-point on the deck to wash off sand and benches to sit on with morning coffee. We had 6 people in our group but there was plenty of room for more. The only thing missing was a grill. We found a smoker but not quite what we were looking for. We highly recommend this rental.

Our family rents both units, and there is plenty of room for everyone to sleep and gather. We ate together, played games together, and had lots of beach time together. The tents went up on the beach first thing in the morning and were taken down late afternoon. A common comment was "Once I arrived, the only time I left the cottage was to go to the grocery store on my cook day." This was a true vacation for all.

We enjoyed our stay at Robert's property. It was perfectly situated on the beach where we were able to enjoy time on the beach multiple times a day. The house itself was fully stocked with enough silverware to feed an army!

The house was among the cleanest vacation rentals I've had the pleasure of staying at. The layout is basic but manages to have everything you might need for a vacation with ample seating for mealtimes. When we had a question, Robert was very responsive. We would definitely consider staying here again!

I cannot say enough good things about the property and Robert!! This was the second stay for my family of 5 adults. Robert is always quick to respond to a question. We arrived the day after hurricane Ian - Robert updated us on any water or power issues. Everything was clean and stocked on arrival. Will definitely book again next year!! We have stayed at this property about 4 times now and we won’t go anywhere else! The views are incredible. This year we moved to the top floor from the bottom- an extra set of stairs but so worth the view! Being right on the beach is an added bonus with a toddler for ease of going back and forth for food and naps. Robert is great to communicate with and quick to respond!

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. The porches provided beautiful views toward the ocean and the marsh, and the rockers on the porch were great for morning coffee or afternoon reading. I found my bed and the living room furniture comfortable and attractive. We could have used a night stand and reading lamp on both sides of the bed. The beach is just wonderful, and this year I learned to see sharks' teeth! Shelling was also good. The nearby turtle nest didn't hatch while we were there, but I don't think the owner has any control over that! We had a wonderful week!

Close proximity to the beach for all ages. Clean and welcoming. Well stocked with what you need for food preparation on the beach. Loved the porches with rocking chairs. Great time away and would highly recommend. We rented the entire house and it was perfect. A+++

We had the upstairs floor of a duplex. It was very clean and stocked with enough toilet paper and dish detergent for a couple of nights. The covered porch with rocking chairs was amazing. We all sat out there every night. Our downstairs neighbors were lovely. We did have a TV remote control missing, and the dryer needs some attention, but we weren't there to wath TV.

What an amazing time we had at Roberts property. Sunrise had everything we needed to enjoy 7 days of sun, sand, and relaxation. Plenty of kitchen items to cook with, comfy beds and televisions in each bedroom. We spent hours walking on the beach picking up sea shells, sharks teeth and sea biscuits. Thanks for one of the most relaxing vacations ever. We will be back!!

We booked this house a little last minute for our beach wedding. The house was perfect and exactly as described. It was clean and spacious with comfortable beds and living room furniture. Plenty of television for everyone. The deck takes you right to the beach and it was exactly what we needed for our big day. The showers have endless “hot” water and we give a big thumbs up to the tankless hot water heater. The owner is wonderful to work with. Robert goes above and beyond to make sure you have a enjoyable and relaxing time even leaving us some cookies and champagne. We had such a great time, we are already planning to go back in just a few months!

The house was clean, well equipped and perfect for our family! Robert checked on us to be sure we had everything we needed. We spent time as a family sitting on the porch, building a puzzle and playing a board game in the dining area. Priceless! Will definitely be back. We were lucky enough to have Robert and his family staying in the bottom unit during our week stay. He and his wife were so friendly and kind! The house was great! Everything we needed was provided! He even set up ordering bath towel sets for me! He went above and beyond! We were able to order a canopy thru island time beach rentals as well! Loved looking out in morning seeing the canopy already up waiting for us on the beach! Great week, hated to see it end! Will definitely rent from Robert again! Next time maybe the whole house! Thanks for making it so easy!

The location of this property is ideal for getting around at Holden Beach. Great experience because a turtle nest hatched right on the beach at the property. Convenient to get to the beach, lay out on the beach, and fish off the shore. We want to keep enjoying our vacation at this beach property!
