You will not need your car, and that's always a great thing! Uber or Lyft are the most convenient ways to get around and both are always readily available. If you're up for a little exercise, then Broadway and all the honkey tonks are only a 10-15 minute walk from the front door.

I can be there for check-in if you would like to ask any questions,. The door access code will be sent prior to your arrival so that you can just let yourself in! I will be a phone call or text away to help you with anything you might need for the duration of your stay.

Quiet time from 10pm to 8am. This is a residential community. Our neighbors have agreed to allow us the privilege to rent our spaces short term. The majority of the residents are single, or young professional couples in their mid 30's, with no kids. We all have fun dining, exercising, clubbing, and enjoying all of the cultural activities Nashville has to offer... At the same time, we are conscientious of our surrounding and our neighbors rest. This is a big, happy, and relaxed community; please help us to keep it this way.

This property offers lots of comfort in a great location close to downtown. We enjoyed watching the river and wildlife from the balcony patio, the swimming pool, and had a great experience with management communication. Would definitely stay again!

The property was very close to the downtown Nashville area but still a bit of a walk. It was on the 3rd floor and there was not an elevator which we were aware of beforehand. The condo was nicely decorated and the kitchen well equipped. What we did not realize from the website is there is not a door on the bedroom - it opens into the living room. This was a bit of an issue when my partner gets up to make breakfast and I wanted to sleep in! As long as people know about it that is fine it just wasn't clear to us how the condo was configured. Overall a nice place to be located in Nashville.

This day was a gift for parents who were first time visitors to Nashville. Great location and close/within walking distance to downtown areas. Convenience parking. On the water/riverfront. Host was super responsive when we had questions regarding check-in. Great find!

The property was clean with very Nashvillian touches. Nicely appointed with a great view of the Cumberland. Walking path to downtown. We were on the third floor - there is no elevator for those that have mobility issues. And the management decided to close the nearest stairwell to our condo while we were there. The city needs to spend some time addressing the safety of the walking path as it is the most direct and most scenic route to Broadway. We appreciated the bottled water and coffee from management.

The only thing that threw us off is that the property manager was communicating with us through 2 different sites, so when the second email about our stay came in, I wasn’t sure if it might have been phishing. Other than that, the process was easy and the place was great and in a great location

In from Dallas and enjoyed Nashville. Apt was clean and good location. Didn’t walk to city due to construction around and some people congregated along the riverfront at dark. Still felt safe in the property but drove downtown. Had some issues with door combination locking, but was able to lock it after several tries.

Perfect spot to easily enjoy Broadway and other Nashville locations, We walked and used Uber to get where we were going and it was perfect, safe area, great view of the river, quiet and clean condo. Want to come back and its only been 2 days since we left.

Everything eas great the only thingvwe did not like there was no elevator to go up and one of our suitcases broke carrying up the stairs but other then that it was great.

Clean and updated condo within walking distance to downtown. Pull out couch bed was comfortable and perfect for the kids. We really enjoyed our stay would definitely book this again.

This is a well kept condo with a few "extras" supplied by the hosts. The bed was very comfortable and we loved the riverfront view! There was a mix up upon arrival in that we were given the wrong unit number and entered an already rented condo. While waiting to hear back from the owner, we contacted Vrbo who told us to enter that unit again and take pictures of their dog!! We refused and, thankfully, the owner/host called us, apologized for the mix up, and we got into the right place. Not sure we can consider using Vrbo again as their solution was to basically break the law! However, we would stay at this condo again....hopefully through a different source. And, yes....we did purchase the Vrbo insurance.

Cozy and great location - a quick 20 minute walk to Broadway and all the attractions. Coffee, water and snacks on the counter upon arrival is such a nice touch. Deck overlooking the Cumberland river. Fully equipped kitchen and super comfortable bed with plush linens and pillows. Will stay here every year!

The property details descriptions are perfect. It was so convenient to be so close to downtown. During our 4-day stay over a holiday weekend, we alternated between the 15-minute walk to Broadway and taking a quick rideshare. We loved the owner's responsiveness and above-and-beyond tips for Nashville newbies! What a great weekend!

Overall property was as listed. No issues with check in or out process. Toilet needs flapper repaired/replaced, water would run every hour or so. Other than that no issues.

This property was very clean and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. I would stay here again; it is within walking distance to Broadway but it was too hot so we Ubered and didn’t have any issues getting one.

Love this actual place. Beautiful set up inside. Alot of construction going on around the area, but convenient to everything. Uber was quick and you were 5 minutes from broadway by Uber or 20 minutes walking. This was one of the best vacations taken.

The location was perfect. Close enough to everything. The Condo was very clean and welcoming. The décor was perfection. It was great to take a dip in the pool when we got back from walking all over. The parking is covered, which was GREAT! It was really peaceful there. The only thing that was a bit difficult was no elevator. My husband had knee surgery in February so that made getting to the third floor with luggage a bit tricky. That was on us though. We should have asked. If there was an elevator, we just didn't see it. I would highly recommend this property. Loved it!

I really liked the condo! Felt safe going for jogs. Only thoughts are 1) the carpets should be washed. ( not to bad but are in need). Also google maps shows the front of the place the awning… it looks like it is under construction, and I was very nervous driving there thinking the condo was a scam! But it was a very nice place!!! I would visit and stay there again !!

The condo was very clean! We forgot about the time difference and arrived early. The housekeeper was very nice about it and offered for us to bring our stuff up. It was an easy walk to Nissan Stadium. Rebecca was very responsive to messages and suggested many restaurants within walking distance where we could make reservations. We had a great stay! Would stay here again!

My fiancé and I decided to take a short trip away together. We decided to go to Nashville because we heard the food and atmosphere was amazing! Not only was that true, but we got to enjoy this amazing condo as well. It was beautiful inside and out! We couldn’t have asked for a better mini-vacation.
