Woodys of Woolamai is located in peaceful Cape Woolamai on Phillip Island. Close to all amenities including surf and safety beaches, cafes, restaurants, wineries, shopping and much more.

We offer the best of both worlds walk out the front Turn left and 5-10 minutes walk is Coramandles surf beach or turn right and 5-10 minutes walk and you will reach the safe swimming back beach of Woolamai.

Our architecturally designed house is the perfectly set up with quality fittings in all areas of the house. Big enough to accommodate 2 big families in 4 bedrooms and 2 studies

The open plan living room leads to an outdoor deck perfect for summertime entertaining. There are 3 Flat screen TVs 2 with built in DVD players and as an added bonus there is an old style arcade machine with 1900 games including all your old favourites like Galaga, Pacman, space invaders and track and field just to name a few. This will entertain both big and small kids all holiday long.

The man cave (or garage) has darts, pool table and table tennis table to entertain as well as plenty of room to store your Bikes

Listen to waves crash from the outdoor deck which is a private oasis consisting of a family style BBQ, 8 seat outdoor setting, and an outdoor covered fire pit, perfect for relaxing or entertaining

Our Holiday Retreat has all the comforts of home and more with - fully equipped kitchen including microwave, oven, dishwasher and large fridge. For those who feel they need to we also have a washing machine and hills hoist for those longer stays.

We had an amazing trip down to cape woolamai. We stayed here for easter holidays and it was a perfect home with so many activities to do, very close to the beach, fire pit outside and a beautiful fire place inside. The place is great for big families and friends. The only minor issue i could pick out was the toilet doors didn’t have locks and thats it. Very kind owners that respond very quick. All up i would 100% recommend this place for big families or groups.

We stayed at David and Narelle’s house for a much overdue old friend reunion. Plenty of room for the 7 adults and 5 kids. Great BBQ and outside space for grilling and for the kids to run around. Loads of movies, games and arcade table to amuse the kids. Very well equipped kitchen with everything need to make large group meals. Plenty of space for everyone to reply feel relaxed- and a great fireplace to warm us on the blustery rainy night. All the family’s staying have taken the listing number for the house and we are already planning our next visit- oh, and David and Naralle were super to communicate with, have us all the info we needed for a perfect stay.

House was clean and tidy. Had all new clean bedding, sheets, very comfortable. Owner left a kids a little Christmas gift which was a lovely thought. Cupboards stocked with essentials which was great. Owners helpful and responsive. Great location, short walk to back beach which is stunning and not far from foreshore. Great family holiday, we would definitely recommend.

We had plenty of room for the 7 adults and 5 kids. Beds were clean and comfy, and the kitchen was fully equipped. Close to the beach for a quick stroll, and shops are 2min drive away. Host was also flexible with check-in/out given the property was vacant before/after our booking. Thanks again for having us!

Woody's is a fantastic place to stay. It is extremely well equipped, with a complete kitchen plus barbeque, and on the leisure side of things, pool table, table tennis, arcade games and an enormous selection of DVDs. The two little lounge rooms offer an opportunity to break off, which is useful for a group of friends or multiple families. Despite the heat, the fans and excellent air conditioner kept the living area comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would be very happy to return to Woody's for future holidays.

My family and I enjoyed a very relaxing holiday at Woodys. We had plenty of everything. On arrival the place was tidy. Our kids enjoyed using the table tennis and pool table. The undercover outdoor area was a great place for our dog to hang out. It was a quiet neighbourhood and within easy access to the beach.

An amazing all rounded experience. The property had everything we needed, plus more. There were times where the kids didn't want to leave the house to go out, as they were having so much fun with the games provided. When the kids are happy, so are the adults:)

A huge house with loads of rooms - perfect for groups. My children LOVED the games machine, table tennis and pool table and darts. This is a great house for a wet and windy visit to Phillip Island as it is warm and provides lots of other things to keep the kids entertained.

Such a wonderful house!!

I really want to write pages of how wonderful not only this house, but it’s owners are. They have been absolutely incredible and a pleasure to deal with. The only complaint that I could possibly have is that there was too much of everything...too many kitchen utensils, too many DVDs, too much toilet paper, too many blankets, too many games and things to do...and above and beyond with everything that you can possibly want and need in a house. I look forward to going back and I highly recommend this house and it’s owners...it and they are wonderful!!!

Very nice house, quiet street, short drive to all the attractions. Host was very friendly and helpful and look forward to returning as house was very spacious with nice fire place and split system but preferred the fire feeling. All school arcade game, pool table etc was great for the whole family.

There was plenty of room for everyone (2 lots of parents, 4 young kids, a couple and my mum), great activities room for the kids, the arcade game was a big hit, and the location was great. We loved bringing the dogs too.

Really enjoyed our stay at Woodys. Lots of room for six kids and six adults. Very secure yard for the little ones and lots of things for them to play with. Very well equipped with everything you need for a self-catered holiday. Maybe a little tidying up of all the bits and pieces inside but this is in no way took away from the experience. Great beds, very comfy.

Awesome stay, house is nice & big not much yard area more house that caters for big families, there’s a shed full of games the kids loved it, heaps of beds everyone has there own areas & space, close to the beaches, really nice area, fire pit out the front we loved it kids with marshmallows so cool, fenced off & high gates very private. Down side washing machine didn’t work other then that was perfect will definitely return

We absolutely loved this house, it was so warm and cosy, the kids were entertained the entire time and we spent a lot of time in the man cave!! The owners had provided all the essentials which made our stay feel very welcome, thank you once again!

Fantastic place! We recently spent a long weekend at the house with 3 families (13 people!) in total and the house accommodated our group perfectly. The rooms are well located and the house was well designed to have space for everyone - with three TVs! They also thought of everything in the kitchen with supplies of glad wrap, plastic bags etc- even coffee, and all the crockery and cutlery were good quality and plenty of everything. We hope to go back again over summer. Highly recommend this house.

Our stay at this house was brilliant !! David and Narelle were fantastic. Thankyou from all of my friends and family. The house is perfect for all ages. We did not want for anything it was all here. The pool table and Ping Pong table wre great hits. It was terrific that we could also take our furry babies with us. Thankyou both. Highly recommend yourselves and this property.

We booked this property for 5 nights with a group of 14 people. When we arrived we were gob-smacked at how nice the place looked. The bedroom were well furnished and didn't feel like a plain old motel. With a large table and kitchen area, the house easily catered for our large group. The owners were easy to contact and quick to respond. The trip was an overall success, owing most of that to the property.

Had a boys weekend with around 10 other guys here. Plenty of beds for everyone to sleep in. Plenty of games to play and things to do too. The arcade machine was good fun. Also the table tennis table and the basketball contest thing in the garage were great too. Had a really good time. No complaints

We have been staying at Phillip Island for 5 years now. Woody's of Woolamai is so far the best house we have rented. It's a large home, with open plan living and plenty of sleeping spaces for a big group. We had 4 families in our group - total of 14 people, and we where very comfortable. There is loads of things to do in and around the home when the beach weather is not so great. We had 2 small dogs with us and the property is fully fenced to keep pooch's in. The only (very small) problems we had, was that the hot water ran out very early in the day (very easily done with 14 people) and didn't re heat until off peak hours. There is a booster button in the meter box that you need to remember to press if you want to have a hot shower later in the day. Also, the kitchen cupboards where very musty smelling and a bit on the nose. The Foxtel pay TV and the access to Wifi where massive winners with all the kids too! As was the arcade machine, pool table and other games.

We stayed down for the Woolamai races, with friends. From the very start the the owners are very helpful and accommodative! Even left us a bottle of wine for our race day! The house is a lot bigger than you think and very clean not far from the beach or block of shops! Enjoyed our stay thoroughly, we will be back

The property is in an excellent condition, spacious, and most importantly it's clean..! Living room, kitchen, bed rooms are in excellent condition. Love the master bedroom especially. This is a highly recommended place to stay.
