From the very beginning, our experience was absolutely perfect! Zach was quick to respond to all of my questions and the house exceeded our expectations. You could tell that a lot of thought went into making the house feel like a home… so much so that we didn’t want to ever leave!
We are already talking about when we can go back and create more wonderful memories with our family. Thank you Zach and Shi Shi!

Perfect location to go on hikes snowboarding and visit heavenly village. The property has a Perfect area for snowplay. My kids had a blast just playing in the backyard sledding and snowball fighting. Beds were very comfortable and we had everything to cook home meals make cakes and bbq outside.

My husband and I wanted to celebrate our anniversary in Tahoe, and we wanted to bring our dog with us to experience the snow. This was our first VRBO stay, and we were extremely happy with it! The host was very responsive and provided so much information about the home before our trip. The house was clean and cozy, and the location was perfect, with easy access to everything…restaurants, grocery stores, casinos, skiing, the gorgeous lake. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. Since our pup enjoyed the snow and traveling with us so much, we’d definitely stay at this home again in the future, it was a very positive experience!

a beautiful and very spacious place equipped for our needs, my children were comfortable in their beds, there are 2 bathrooms very suitable for our group, the area very quiet and relaxing, many pine trees we really enjoyed this house I recommend it you will have a wonderful adventure. Everything is central to go skating, the lake and food stores. Excellent place!!

The house is great. It does get a little warm upstairs due to the fireplace pilot but if you toss one of the provided fans in the door you get great cross breeze. It seems like the fence in front had fallen at some point but our dog was to scared to jump off the raised area which surrounds the yard so we were fine. The kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms and a full bath were situated upstairs with an amazing view of forest and blue sky's. The balcony is also located on the top level and was a great way to start and end your day. The downstairs is a large bedroom and full bathroom, it was cool and quiet except for when the kids decided to get up early LOL. We spoke with Cherie who I think was the property manager due to an issue with the door lock battery but not a big deal as she was able to give us the garage door code so we just entered and exited through there. Which with the kids and the dog was super easy. She also told us about a trail at the end of the court. DO NOT SKIP THE TRAIL!!!!!!!! it was so worth it we just kept left and met a guy about 1/2 mile in that said go right at the green gate then stay left across the path and you will find a creek. It was like a private oasis nobody around no trash super peaceful and the kids and pup loved it. The house sits next to an open lot for firewood cutting and a house on the other side the back had ample amount of forest and wilderness for the kids. We enjoyed so much about this property and stay and would rent again next time.

I booked the house for a family vacation for myself, my wife, my children, and my grandchildren. We wanted a family snow vacation for us and our dogs. The experience far exceeded expectations. There was a sledding trail right outside our door that previous occupants had carved into the hillside that we used throughout the trip. Everyone spent hours playing on that trail. It was so awesome that we didn't even use the expensive, crowded hills that are in the area. The house even came with numerous sliding equipment.

Relaxing in Tahoe!
We had a wonderful stay at this property! I was there with four young adults (18-22) and everyone had enough space to relax in the large living room and the outdoor deck. Our two dogs also liked the large side yard. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by trees, which is exactly what we were looking for. There are TONS of trails nearby for walking and mountain biking; we rarely ran into others on the trails! Would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful 3 Bedroom open concept
Beautiful home away from home! All your necessities! And marvelous wood pieces throughout the house. Kitchen living room bathroom and the 2 smaller bedrooms upstairs. Master bedroom with bathroom and access to garage downstairs. Beautiful huge balcony! Master bedroom has the king bed, bedroom 1 has a queen with desk and bedroom 3 has 2 sets of bunkbeds (1 twin/twin and the other is full or queen with a twin on top!) Had some snow sleds/toys in the garage. Loved the property is pet friendly! The home owners even left some doggy poop bags! We brought our own but such a nice gesture! Kitchen had cooking utensils, pots/pans bowls dishes silverware and pretty much all you need in the kitchen also had some spices already as well. Now when I say beautiful wood pieces throughout, the dining table here is GORGEOUS! Had a wonder stay and we would definitely recommend staying here!

Excellent stay!
We had a lovely time at this rental! We had planned to go on a big hiking trip during our visit, but unfortunately the Dixie Fire caused the air to be too unhealthy to go outside. So, we actually spent more time here than we expected, and it was absolutely lovely! The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking and all the beds were very comfortable. The downstairs actually keeps especially cool in summer, which was really nice.

Nice and clean cabin at great location
We had a great time at this property. There were 10 of us (7 adults, 2 kids 8 and 9, and a 1 year old) and the cabin fit our family size comfortably. The property was clean and Zach was very accommodating and communicated well. Check-in was a breeze and code access was excellent. There was even a child gate to keep our little one from going down the stairs. The kitchen was fully stocked and everything worked. We highly recommend this property for your next Tahoe vacation. We will stay at this property again.

Great location, secluded and quiet neighborhood
Great location! No neighbors to the left nor back, which was nice if you have kids who are typically loud. Nice gated yard for pets and backyard to hike or explore. The house was clean, nicely equipped kitchen, everything in working order. The owner was great at communicating everything that I needed to know about the property. He even left me messages when the neighborhood had a minor outage.

Overall good place
Overall a nice place to stay. Nice , quiet location. Neighbors were nice too! The kids loved going on walks in the neighborhood. If bringing a pet please clean up after yourself- there was dog poop in the backyard. The master bedroom is downstairs - and unfortunately not very quiet because every footstep upstairs sounds like elephants stomping. Great place for dogs though - fenced yard and huge deck. Zach was very responsive.

Great!
It was a great stay! The house was ideal for kids and dogs, had a lovely porch, and great location with walking trails nearby. We found a number of dishes put away dirty but I think that’s probably more a reflection of the guests that stayed before us than the vrbo itself. Communication with the hosts was great - quick response, thorough information, and very accommodating! Definitely recommend!

Quiet retreat close to it all
Well-stocked (generous quantity and variety of bath/kitchen supplies), comfortable Tahoe home in a great neighborhood. Wifi is strong and I was able to get some work done. Loved the fireplace, electric heaters, and central heat. Great fall weather good for biking and hiking and sightseeing without the crowds, on weekdays.
Went to the recommended Thai restaurant twice. Enjoyed German food at Himmel Haus. Easy drive to Carson City for cheaper gas, shopping (including free bags), and Nevada State Museum with it’s cool, realistic basement mine exhibit.
Zach was responsive throughout the whole process. You will enjoy it here!

Tahoe at its best
Our time in Tahoe flew by so fast! The house is in a great location with easy access to the lake and extensive hiking / biking trails. It's in a quiet neighborhood on a street that dead-ends into the trail system. The house had a well-equipped kitchen with everything we needed to cook at home while the restaurants were a short drive away. Zach was always quick to respond to questions and accommodate requests. Overall a very memorable trip and we would love to come back soon!
